It is located inside the beautiful garden of bellagio . With pastel tone mint green walls , pink employees uniform, and a lot of floral decor, you will feel like a princess when you have chance to step into the restaurant . I ordered Grapefruit Cocktail which is refreshing with sour grapefruit , sweet of cream brûlée candy topping, and mint leaves for extra freshness. After the freshness, it's the hit of sweetness of Babka A La Mode . The vanilla ice cream melts down and absorbs the richness of chocolate cake , that's taste like heaven . The meal is more full fill with a cup of English breakfast tea from Harney & Son. However, the customer services here is a big no no . When I tried to ask for restroom, all of them ignored me . And the waitress who served me , clean my table while I were in restroom . So even I wanted to stay for a while but I couldn't, so not much pictures for the beautiful cafe. read more

Cute little restaurant located in the Bellagio that serves up classic American Fare such as sandwiches, salads, and breakfast items. My sister and I came here on our last day in Vegas since we had several hours before we had to go to the airport. The wait time wasn't too bad by 11am and we got into a good seat. For my meal, i got a cappuccino, a cobb salad, and a french onion soup. The cappuccino had good body and thick foam. The salad was large and had finely chopped lettuce with the chicken, bacon, avocado, and egg on top. The salad was good, and the lettuce being finely chopped made it easy for me to eat. It was in a large bowl, but i managed to eat it all with ease since it was more voluminous than anything else. I had it with a lemon vinaigrette to make it somewhat lighter and it paired very well. Now for me the star was definitely the star of my meal as it was actually THE best French Onion soup I've ever tasted with the savory broth, hearty pieces of bread, and that thick skin of mozzarella cheese. The interior itself was a sight to behold, brightly colored and inviting. Keep in mind, that the food is going to be pricey because it's in the Bellagio and the location, so when in Vegas, just be prepared. The service was also outstanding, and they checked up on us frequently during our visit, but they didn't rush us. With the comfortable, beautiful surrounding, its definitely a great place where you would want to sit around relax. read more

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. The customer service offered here at every level was incredible. Our waiter, Mike, was so attentive and had the best suggestions for our meal! In addition, we were celebrating our five year anniversary and he created such a great memory for us. The meal was absolutely delicious, but it was the atmosphere, considerate service, and thoughtful attentiveness that will bring us back every time we are in Vegas. One of my favorite Resturants in the city. I come about once a month. Have to try the pastries. The pancakes are to die for as well. Service is always on point as it's a Restruant from major food group. One of the biggest sadelles in the country as it over looks some beautiful scenery. Bagel towers and the triple decker here are a must. read more

PSA: If you have been to the Sadelle's in New York City and are expecting the same quality, you're in for a huge disappointment. The Vegas location doesn't serve the Sadelle tower which is crucial for the true brunch-at-Sadelle's experience. I ordered the Benedict with house salmon and one of my eggs was over cooked. My friend also ordered the same dish and both of her eggs were overcooked. She may as well have asked for soft boiled instead of poached. Located in the back of the Bellagio Came here on a Saturday for lunch. Highly recommend making reservations as the line can get quite long at peak hours. Sticky Bun: Their most famous dessert item. Very unique play on the original recipe that is a mixture of crispy stroopwafel on the outside and a buttery brioche on the inside. It is on the smaller side. House salmon with bagel: good flavors, but for $27, they don't give you much fish. Triple decker: roast beef and turkey. We got the full portion that came with 8 sandwiches (no fries). Sandwich tasted fine, but not memorableq. Waldorf Salad: nice sweetness from the raisins and apple, and good crunch from the celery. However, really wished they used better greens then iceberg lettuce. I would say that the most unique item here was the sticky bun. If that's not something you are looking forward to, then I would recommend looking elsewhere as the food quality doesn't justify the cost and long queue to get inside. read more

Good bye breakfast at Bellagio's "WOW X2" = * Was really good when the old cafe ran it. This morning the line was huge so we went straight to breakfast bar. Wife order the steak & eggs, myself Western Omelette. Took almost 1/2 hr, both cold, the steak look like 3 strips of thick bacon. The omelette besides cold too, look like a thick pancake with no signs of the peppers, ham, onion etc..plus cold hashbrns. We told the waitress and she seem to think it was ok, but than said they'll remake them. With a smile. The food look like it was sitting for a while. Great service with immense portions. It's rare that one looks, acts, and gives off the essence of "enjoying their job", but our server was just that. This one fact changed the tone of our entire meal, and Sadelle's should be commended on being able to make someone feel that way in the service industry. I let myself down by not making note of the woman's name, but her attitude was impeccable, and hopefully our tip was a nod to that service. Other servers at other restaurants could take note of what this woman was doing, and it didn't appear to be just at our table. Service mentioned, the portions at Sadelle's are yuuuuuuge. What I ordered had various proteins and some potatoes... all with giant helpings almost enough to necessitate the high prices. I can forgive the high prices, because doing business on the Vegas strip or at any highER line hotel comes with an elevated price tag. I admit that the service may have rubbed off on my meal, but it was well deserved. My dining partner even commented on how the server's attitude "just makes everything that much better". Again, I wish I remembered the woman's name, but it's now lost in time, since the receipt was washed in a pair of pants. Lame excuse, I know. Guys, this is our first time staying at Bellagio and should I say we are customers for life. We are only staying for 1 night for my hubby's bday and told the reception desk that we were celebrating. He came back with a $50 certificate and that brought us here at Sadelle's. My oh my, we were seated with Mike K. and he was beyond exceptional. I was in the service industry for 10 years and he is one of the best servers I've ever met, attentive and knowledgeable. He brought out two different pastries for us to try and even gave us champagne for our bday boy. We will definitely come back just to say hi to Mike K. And talk about his next adventure in San Diego. And did I talk about the food? It was exceptional and the ambience overlooking the observatory, the flowers were blooming and you can smell jasmine, gardenia, roses. Our waiter brought a ramekin of pico de Gallo which was a perfect pairing. The hash browns are the shaved slivers, perfectly crispy and not greasy. The everything bagel is glorious for the seed lover. The fresh fruit had large blueberries, strawberries, and plump blackberries. My partner had the Benedict with bacon and it disappeared. I've always been dubious about these types of casino breakfast cafes in Vegas - while they always seem to be packed, the prices are exorbitant and given that the Buffet on a weekday costs basically the same as a meal here, if you're even a little value minded like me, you might be scratching your head as to why you would ever come here. The main clientele for this place seems to be for people that care about ambiance, and want to drink a mimosa while having a nice view of the pool and ambiance. Some people might enjoy this, but for people that care mainly about the food, this will not be your place. That being said, I decided to give this place the benefit of the doubt - my dad had come to cafe Bellagio numerous times on previous occasions during his stay at the Bellagio, and he said the food/service was pretty reasonable. Boy was his faith misguided - after this experience, even he has sworn to never come here again. I understood that we're paying a premium for location and ambiance, so all I wanted for my 26 dollars was a decent omelette and reasonable service. Instead, it took 15 minutes for our server to ask us for our order after serving us water, and 50 minutes for the kitchen to make a simple omelette. I saw a couple of other tables also angrily complaining, so this seemed to be a common experience during my time there - I dont know if it's just profit optimizing management cutting costs in the kitchen or making the dining area too big, but the kitchen could not keep up with the orders, and so we waited over an hour for something that should have taken 7 minutes to make. In terms of the actual food, it was about the average quality that I expected. The omelette was a bit bland and felt like it had too much egg and too little veggies, the bagel was oversalted, but at least the hash browns were crispy. Probably a 2.5/5 from the food, but the service made this one of the worst dining experiences I've had in a couple of years given the amount of money we paid for this. Management needs to get their act together and limit the amount of customers in the cafe or expand the kitchen - this was simply unacceptable, and an embarrassment to the Bellagio brand. read more

We went to Sadelle's which is located in Bellagio's main garden place. This place is located in a very convenient place especially for the guests staying at Bellagio. In addition, it is a good place to have brunch, especially with ladies who love to eat good food & take pictures!! The price is bit $$ but after all, it is Vegas and you are splurging money anyways so why not spend it on some good food!! My friends and I tried their Egg Benedict & America Omelette and it was amazing. The proportion is great because you will leave this place with a full & happy stomach!! Such an amazing experience! While in Vegas, we visited Sadelle's (located inside the Bellagio) for breakfast. The food was amazing. I ordered the House smoked salmon which is cured in house. It was super fresh, and the presentation was impressive. It is brought out to you on a tiered serving tray with all of the fixings. My husband ordered a simple breakfast sandwich, but he raved about it. The bread was fresh and perfectly toasted. We also ordered the French toast. It was tasty; however, it seems a bit expensive ($24) for 2 triangles. In addition, we both ordered juice (pineapple and grapefruit). Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and super friendly. The ambiance and decor truly took our visit to the next level. To top it off, Sadelle's is located right off Bellagio's conservatory/garden which offers another impressive view/experience. I had a great experience grabbing lunch at Sadelle's inside the Bellagio. The location of Sadelle's is wonderful, as you get to walk through the Bellagio Conservatory on your way to the entrance. The restaurant has a great open air design that allows you to have views of both the Conservatory and the Bellagio pool area while eating. I thought the food was very good - the omelet was large and cooked perfectly, and the bagel was delicious. I will definitely be back to Sadelle's. read more
