We came on opening day. It reminded me of a deli with the volume turned way up. The pros: Amazing service from our server, Susan and our busser , Isaac. Sometimes i felt like I was at a fancy steak restaurant with the way Isaac was buzzing around us and being so attentive. The decor. The place is bright and beautiful. Great taste in decor. The food. With the exception of the flambé half grapefruit, everything was very very tasty. We had the Cobb salad with mouth-watering blue cheese dressing. The everything bagel was served warm, and it was fresh and delicious. The yogurt parfait was amazing. The cons: There were about 5 managers standing around us. I observed only 2 of the gentlemen approach tables, make eye contact with patrons, or smile. The rest were noticeable, standing around with no smiles, telling the servers and bussers what to do. Three men (I presume to be the owners) were also standing/around. They stood out like sore thumbs. I get it, it's opening day. But smiling or interacting with patrons would have been nice. The price. Bit high for the food imo. Update: we went back 2 days after opening day to give it another try. Much better. Staff looked happier, managers/owners looked happier and more relaxed. This time I tried the house salmon with an everything bagel with chive cream cheese and it was dynamite. I look forward to going back and trying out more items on the menu. read more

I've never heard of Sadelle's until I saw a sign that soon there will be one in Bellagio. Foodie me obviously researched about it and found out that it's originally from NYC, so of course I had to try it. I was very hesitant to try this place because of the mixed reviews. I'm not sure why that is because my dining experience here was excellent. I went with my friend after work on a Thursday afternoon, we did our research and specifically wanted to check out their sunset hour menu. Everyone that works here were very friendly and courteous. The cocktails were refreshing and everything we had was sublime. We really enjoyed the grapefruit cocktail. The French onion soup,shrimp cocktail, tuna tartare and waffle fries were all superb. Definitely, make reservations! We planned a staycation and booked a reservation 2 weeks prior to have breakfast here since we were staying at the Bellagio. First off, the lines are long for walk-ins. Secondly, they need to have a much BIGGER sign for the reservation line. As pictured, the font is minuscule beneath the members advertised. People, this is Vegas. Half the people are hungover and the others are foreign tourist!! Lol seriously though, make that sign bigger. I did like their process for check in and the awareness of the staff for party sizes. We were a party of two and it was nice to be seated in a timely manner. We each ordered grapefruit mimosas. Water was served right away we had a garden window view. A lil obstructed because of lower area being lower elevation but it was pleasant. I ordered the Vegas omelette with cheese danish, fruit salad, hash browns and sourdough toast. My husband ordered the western omelette with stick bun, fruit salad, hash browns and a raisin bagel. The sticky bun and cream cheese danish were served first. I wish they would've been warmed up as the danish was a lil tough and the sticky bun wasn't as sticky or gooey as we wouldn't liked. The hashbrowns were cooked perfectly: crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The omelette was perfectly cooked and fluffy. It was like biting into a cloud. I loved that the served it with toast and had both whipped butter and strawberry jam to be able to spread on. The server was extremely busy, however, wish he would've checked on us more. The rest of the staff made bigger efforts like filling water and asking if they could clear plates. Overall, would recommend. Minor details that would need attention but overall great. read more

First time dining here. I had a $100 dining credit and heard how great the food was here so I booked reservations for breakfast during my vacation. It was a short walk from the Cosmo where we stayed at. This restaurant was very busy, but we were seated promptly thanks to our reservation. Service was excellent. The location of the restaurant is adjacent to the Bellagio Conservatory giving you an excellent view of the attraction that draws so many visitors on a daily basis. My friend and I ordered the steak and eggs along with some blueberry pancakes. I also ordered a tuna melt sandwich to-go just so I could use up the whole $100 credit. Being a local on a staycation we visited the Bellagio conservatory and decided to have breakfast at Sadelle's. Honestly with all the times that I've gone to the Bellaggio I never even noticed this restaurant right there but so glad we stopped in today. From the moment we walked in everybody was so welcoming. Sadelle's is okay. We were staying at the Bellagio so it was convenient. Their menu looks impressive but the food doesn't taste as good. I ordered the Garden Omelette which had way too much oil used (to the point thats all you could taste). The bagel was hard and probably a few days old. We made a reservation at Sadelle's and we requested we want the circle table next to Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Garden, oh it was nice! My egg salmon Benedict was so good, ambiance is pretty. Except our waiter was been avoiding us, he never check on us at all, on how we are doing. I love Sadelle's in New York, so I was excited when I found out it was coming here. The one here is located in the Bellagio Conservatory. Atmosphere: The decor is much different than the New York location, but it's beautiful. It's very open and the color scheme is beautiful. Plus, it overlooks the Conservatory so you get an amazing view. Food: The food was great. They had items on the menu that's not available at the New York location. We started off by ordering one of everything from the pastry cart. My favorites were the babka and the zucchini (I think that's what it was) bread. Next we ordered salmon Tower. At first I was shocked by the price ($125) but it definitely can feed a lot of people. We had 6 in our party and we couldn't finish it. For my meal I had the Crab Louis. I was told it was one of the newer items. It was delicious! It felt super light, which was good after eating so many bagels and pastries. Mindy and I often visit Sadelles for breakfast and or lunch. It is one of our favorite go to's in Vegas. Our breakfast orders have always exceeded our expectations in freshness and presentation. First time at Sadelle's while visiting Last Vegas. We walked in there during happy hour and we were very pleased with the services and the prices. I really can't speak for their food since we ordered a couple of happy hour appetizers and they were both good. We had a few drinks and enjoyed the Bellagio spring garden view. Drinks were delicious and worth the price. Seating was comfortable and elegant. We were seated promptly without a reservation, which was nice. Value for money is not there, as we paid $100+ for french toast, a bagel, bacon and eggs, apple juice and a bowl of matzo ball soup. Highlight was the french toast, as it was super thick cut bread with crisp edges, and was wonderfully custardy on the inside. Still not worth the price though. If it weren't the Bellagio I'd expect to pay $50 for what we got. Service was under a lot pressure during the lunch hour and they seem under-staffed. Dining room had nice decor, but like the Bellagio was starting to show its age, it could use a freshen-up. Too pricey for what it is, you can get better for cheaper elsewhere. read more

We came in after visiting the new spring Japanese cherry blossom exhibit in the conservatory. We were pleasantly surprised that Sadelle's was offering a $7 Sunset Menu!! I'm not sure if it is only at the bar or not, but it's definitely worth a trip in! We had the blood orange cocktail and the coffee cocktail. Both were delicious and big, a huge surprise for only $7! We were on our way to dinner so we didn't order any food, but the menu looks amazing. They also have a Theater Menu that looks great. Can't wait for our third visit!! Whenever we come to Vegas we reserve a table at Sadelle's for brunch. Because everything is so good, our table orders pretty much one of everything to share. I cannot say enough about the house salmon. It is sushi grade and by far the best we've ever had. Don't miss out on the French toast, waffles, hash browns, Benedict--it is all incredible. It was a very busy morning and the manager Luc took extra special care of us. We appreciate the experience and top notch service. Sadelle's is a great new addition to the Bellagio. It is nice to see a fresh look to what was the old "Cafe Bellagio". They have great breakfast/brunch options which include what they are known for - their bagels. They were very busy, and seemed low staffed, during a busy holiday weekend. Several open tables, but not enough wait staff to clear and seat guests. The long line went well into the garden, we were approached by a server who would offer beverages for sale from the outside cart. The decor and ambiance is very nice, but service could be better. Will visit again, but do not go if you are starving because you will be waiting for quite a while. read more

Had an amazing breakfast there with my girlfriend for her birthday this past weekend. Incredible food and drinks. The service was wonderful, all the staff were amazing and very nice. On Sunday, July 30, 2023 at 2PM Peggy was serving as the senior front of house staff at Sadelles. She was exceptionally efficient and cheerful as she repeatedly scanned the restaurant and effectively and rapidly seated the long line of guests. Her experience and cool head made the wait very worthwhile. 'Eric' was our table server. He took our orders with perfection and provided Good follow up care after our meal was served. My wife and I were very satisfied with our meal choices. Eric was careful to insure that my wife's meal was gluten-free as requested. My riesling wine was an excellent vintage, as was my wife's Chardonnay. The Only puzzlement during the meal was a final Prosecco, which was served in a broad goblet, rather than in a traditional flute.
