I'm basing this on just their filet mignon pho and Vietnamese coffee since I used a delivery service. I decided to try this new place out today, but to my discretion, it was less than satisfying. Pho noodle and meat were over cooked. They didn't include any condiments such as hoisin sauce and Sriracha. Their basil leaves were wilted and looked old. My family and I were in the area and saw this spot. Checked yelp and reviews looked mixed. Although most reviews suggested the pho. It was 89 degrees out today so we tried the garlic noodles with shrimp and the vermicelli with charbroiled pork. The garlic noodles didn't have much flavor. It tasted like boiled spaghetti with a hint of garlic oil. The shrimp was bland, don't think it was marinated at all. The positive, noodles were cooked al dente. The vermicelli noodles were cooked just right. The pork was not cooked char like the description and flavor was lacking as well. The ratio of noodle was 80% to 10% veggies. From my personal experience, there should be 50/50 ratio. It's suppose to be a summer dish more of a salad. Anyhow, probably would never return to try the pho. read more

Found them on UberEats & ordered about 10 times from them since then. Chicken pho has chicken broth base which was a nice clean flavorful soup topped with sliced chicken breast. Short rib beef pho is absolutely the best. Broth is also very flavorful & clean not oily at all. Good amounts of meat which was soft & easy to eat. Spring roll is not too dry & prepared just right! Egg rolls are not oily at all Garlic noodles are so good! Definitely get their chicken. Tried shrimp but chicken was better. Saigon Wings are so good! I recommend asking for lime to squeeze on top to dip in the sauce they provided. I think it was a spicy Mayo type sauce. Customer service is very friendly! Wow!!. What a great little place. I was having Pho withdrawals with all my regular fav spot closed, and I discovered this place was open for take-out. The beef Pho was excellent. The quality of the beef used was excellent and generous amount of veggie add-ins were provided. The broth had great flavor. Among the best Pho I've had. I can't wait to try their Oxtail soup next time. I also love the Pho to-go container that keep the meat/noodles separated from the broth so you can combine as you like. Highly recommend this place. Food was decent. But what ruined it for me was the service. The cashier or owner was so damn rude. My gf and I went to get some lunch and when I ordered my food I asked for my meat well done and the cashier didn't understand what I was saying, I repeatedly told him what well done was and he gave me the dirtiest looks. My gf then explained to him what it was and told him they looks he was giving us was unnecessary. Once we got our food I asked him for Siracha sauce and he literally threw it at us. Don't bother ordering online!! The food itself was great. Good broth, good quality meat and fresh veggies. However, I ordered my order online and specifically requested extra onions, bean sprouts and lime on the side....all of which failed to have been received. I ordered two Vietnamese Iced Coffees as well. They were TOO bitter and improperly mixed. The colors were visibly different; one was a dark brown while the other was a light cream color - both were extremely bitter regardless. Again, the food tasted great but I didn't even receive any hoisen sauce or sriracha with my food... luckily I had sriracha at home, but unfortunately I didn't have any hoisen sauce so that was a bummer. String that along with the lack of extra onions, bean sprouts and lime that I requested and it really put a dampener on my excitement to have some warm pho and a cold day. I'm sure things would've gone a lot smoother had I ordered the food myself directly at the restaurant but I don't see myself ever ordering online from here again. My son and I went to this Resturant for pho, tonight, both pho's meat are bad, fat part were yellow color, I thought that might be there way of cooking. After eat pho, my stomach totally upset, very strange smells in the mouth. My son had diarrhea right way when he get home. Meat was fall off tender and broth was graciously refilled by the humble and kind owner Charly. - grilled short ribs: freshly charred and tender to perfection (informed ahead of time 15 mins to prepare, a good sign cuz it was really straight off the grill). Almost at the bones too. - chicken winglets($7): nice quick bite esp if you're going for something light and flavorful (Charly gave us a heads up that they're small bite sized which was much appreciated) - spring rolls: fresh and crispy. can't go wrong - viet coffee / Thai tea: always goes well Verdict: 10/10 would return again on my next visit home! Like their garlic noodles is sometimes awesome and sometimes just ok. But the oxtail pho is always good and is a great value as well. Ordered ox tail pho for togo. It took about 18 minutes to get my ordered ready. People who ordered after me received their foods before me since their were dine in at outside table. Their ordered were ready to serve within 4 to 6 minutes. As you know pho restaurants put MSG. I have reaction to MGS, so I try not to eat broth. After finished pho start to have headaches.
