This is one of the better coffee places in DTLB that I book-marked for a while and haven't been able to make it until recently. Since then, my colleagues and I came back twice. The reason for why we don't frequent this place enough is because it's quite a trek by foot from where we work. Since we didn't come that early, most of their freshly baked goodies are mostly sold out by the time we usually get there (late 9-10am). Service is great, plenty of places to sit indoor to work/study, and just be. Coffee and matcha are also yummy! Def Rec!

Absolutely Amazing! They were able to recreate this beautiful cake for my little sisters birthday. I looked incredible and tasted delicious! They were very accommodating with our requests and very kind. The inside of the bakery is very beautiful and inviting. I'll definitely be coming back to try their breakfast pastries! Overall, 10/10 will order another cake again.

Custom cookies for my granddaughters 1st birthday

My daughter ordered custom cookies for her daughter's first birthday on 2/15. We picked them up on 2/14, and the cookies in the shop were so cute! Everyone raved about the cookies at the party, so cute and delicious too! There were none left so all were enjoyed !

Stopped by this lovely little coffee shop after the gym, and I got to say it was the best experience. It was nice and quaint with a hard working barista getting all the orders done. The value was reasonable especially for a cafe shop the lattes were at $5.50 and the pastries are around $4-5, breakfast sandwiches around $10 but they're so good so I accept the price. We sat in the cafe and the vibe was very calming and definitely a place you can enjoy your day either working remote or knocking out some errands. Plenty of parking and a lot of natural lighting can't wait to go back for another bagel.

Food was good. Coffee was mid, not amazing but not bad. My boyfriend ordered the peanut butter latte which was surprisingly really good and I got the pumpkin spice latte and it was just ok. The barista dude was a little dry, not bad service just didn't seem to be having the best day? Asked for hot sauce and took about 5 minutes. I think he forgot.

I really like their tres leches latte (i think thats what it's called) and their biscuits are great! service are great, and the place itself is nice and well lit :)

I've visited Saints & Sinners a few times and honestly I've been unimpressed. The only upside to this place is their mini chocolate chip cookies but that's about it. The service here could use some work as one of the men who works here has somewhat of an attitude. I asked if they had any other pastries and he had rudely said something along the lines of, "what you see is what you get". I ordered a vanilla iced coffee and it was horrible. He basically gave me black coffee with some sort of disgusting vanilla syrup. I had to add some Splenda packets in an attempt to salvage my drink but it was still gross. My boyfriend urged me to ask the guy for another drink but I didn't want to receive any further attitude so I ended up just trashing it. All in all, I wouldn't be back as this place just gives off "snobby hipster" and mediocre coffee.

Cheddar drop biscuits with Bacon, lavender ice latte

Update: tried the Cheddar Drop Biscuit breakfast sandwich with Bacon and that was the moment I knew this place should be a Michelin bake shop. The Lavender Ice Latte is really good but it can sometimes taste milky, they tell you to speak up about it but honestly, it's kinda hard when someone the staff are super busy, and I feel like they get annoyed easily so I don't want to inconvenience them. They are a family owned Bakeshop of 4 and everything is definitely worth the wait. There's one particular guy there who super nice and very patient and he very customer friendly. With the food being a 10/10 each time service is a must for me, and who ever that nice guy is, he's merely another reason I keep coming back. I understand that's it's super earlier and sometime you don't want to deal with people, I get it I deal with that everyday as well. Just remember although your food speaks for itself self so does your customer service. I go super early like maybe 10-20 minutes after opening and I'm not always the first person in there, they also have a lot of fresh baked items that don't start rolling out until maybe an hour after opening and some ppl are mad at that. I understand that's if an establishment says they are open at a specific time they are expecting to get the items they are looking for but let's not forget that they have tea and coffee and other baked goods that come out earlier. Anyways, I know they tired of seeing me but they have such good food. Anyway, I would say that's a must try as well.

Cute little coffee shop in downtown Long Beach. Great pastries and coffee. Plenty of seating and the barista is really nice.

ok. best bagels in lbc hands down. low key want to gate keep but the lbc residents need bagels!!!!! they sell out on the earlier side usually but that can vary by day. i went at 10 and they still had a few left. i had a cranberry scone and the drop biscuit yesterday bc they had sold out of their bagels. pleasant surprise with the scone. so delicious. perfectly dry for a scone. loved every bite!!! i didn't love the drop biscuit but i could see it working as a full sandwich deal that they sell. it's somewhere between a scone and a biscuit in terms of texture my only gripe is the everything bagel's seasoning was a bit burnt and that didn't taste tooo pleasant but the bagel texture is on point. i prefer the plain for that reason tho - the burnt pieces of seasoning was no good. they also use good beans for their coffee - boy and the bear - but i have yet to try their coffee! will be back for more soon. the guy at the register was nice today and appreciated me bringing their paper bag back! the ambiance is a little bit bare bones and giving a little bit of home goods decor vibes - but cannot complain since their craft is on point.

Any gluten free options? Is this the same as the bakery in El Segundo?

Are there any sugar free options..?

Does the restroom have a changing table?

    No it does not.

    Any vegan baked goods offered?

I'd really question if this spot knows what vegan is as owner answered this question stating a bread with honey in it was vegan...ugh, nope

A very welcoming vibe upon entry, we were greeted by a friendly couple who answered our questions about popular drink flavors. We decided to go with a Hot Cinnamon Dulce Latte and an Iced Blueberry Lavender Latte. While waiting, there were plenty of chairs, tables, a comfy couch and even a bar area to sit and relax. Tons of board games, books and wonderfully mellow music helps make the experience feel comforting and inviting. Our drinks were prepared quickly and shouted at the coffee bar for pickup. The presentation was great, but the flavors, out of this world! The Cinnamon Dulce Latte was OUTSTANDING. So good, in fact, that my girlfriend stole it from me! Not to worry, her Blueberry Lavender Latte was also top-notch, with a smooth, not-to-sweet flavor combination. Friendly staff (which comes with occasional karaoke renditions from the Bluetooth speakers), a chill vibe and outstanding drinks make this a top spot in the area for hardcore coffee lovers. Check them out!
