I hate this place!!!! They left me with dried out vegetables!!!!!! I can't believe a place like this exists anyways. I hope the health department comes and shuts it down asap!!!!! I won't ever eat here again and I advise you don't either, trust me am saving you money. Do not waste your time at this nasty place, did I mention the rat feces around the tables and I can see the rat feces from were I was standing just barely looking into the kitchen and I saw rats and mice maybe even spiders!!!!!!! I wanted to love this place but it's just a hard NO! First time customer and ordered on the website for pick up. They said the order would be ready in 10 minutes. Got to the drive thru 15 mins later and they hadn't even seen out order come in and told us to go out of the drive thru and across the parking lot to another parking lot. After another 10 mins and seeing several people go through the drive thru with their orders, I walked across the secondary parking lot and up to the window for the order. I was told they were "working on it" I told them it had been over a 1/2 hour since I ordered it and she said it wasn't ready because we came too early! I said just refund me and cancel my order and she said no, they are still working in it, which was not true because after me asking again how much longer, another employee said, "it's right here". I ordered the Caesar wrap and my husband the Cobb salad. The wrap was not a wrap, it was a tortilla with the salad just plopped in the center and put in a foiled paper. The chicken was nothing but mush, mush with a little salad dressing mixed into it like a chicken salad spread. On the website, the Caesar wrap is pictured as a WRAP with Chunked chicken, not mush chicken. It was at least 1/3 croutons and no Parmesan cheese. I had to add some that I had at home along with some salad dressing I had at home. When I took a bite, well, it was just inedible! I was like someone poured lemon juice all over it, it was horrible tasting and I could not eat it. AND to top it off, there was a STRIP OF PLASTIC inside the wrap/salad!!! My husbands Cobb salad was just ok but it had moldy rotten tomatoes on it! I'm sorry, but I expected so much more from Salad and Go, we will not go back. Yeah, it's kind of cheap but it's not cheap when you can't even eat what you buy. read more

Nothing says popular and successful like 2 drive-thru lanes. Five vehicles were ahead of me, so I zipped through to order and pickup quickly. At home I emptied my Cobb salad into a large plastic bin, squirted the bleu cheese dressing on top, put the lid on, then shook it until the dressing coated everything. Every bite was tasty. My Thai wrap was a watery mess and I ordered extra Thai peanut sauce and not only didn't I get that one but I didn't get the sauce that was supposed to get. Stopped here to get a salad on my way to work wished I would have kept going. There was literally one car in front of me when I arrived took me 14 minutes to get through the drive thru. Didn't even get my order right and when I did get my salad It looked like somebody ate half of it before they gave it to me....very disappointing...One one Speedway is way more crowded and way faster.... I don't understand all the rave reviews! I have had two meals and both were horrible. Breakfast bowl was just pulled from the refrigerator when I got to the window. Given in a bag so I drove off. No salsa, ice cold, and had to heat up in microwave in that plastic bowl. Tasted ok for the price. Lunch was a salad with ingredients past the sell by date. Super soft, oozing tomatoes, lettuce old and yucky looking, a glob of avacado that was brown. Won't be back. read more
