The prices are also reasonable with a small comes out to around $6.50 with tax. Definitely will be back to try other flavors. I won't make a bad flavor a reflection of what every other flavor at salju tastes like. I would just recommend to not get the mungbean flavor. That just tastes weird in my opinion. Came here after lunch on a Sunday. There's a small parking lot shared with other businesses but a few spots were still open right in front. There were a few parties there and a small line but it got a little busier later on. The line went fast and we didn't have to wait long. There were 4 of us, two couples. Each couple decided to share a medium shaved ice. My boyfriend and I got the taro and matcha (they were out of pandan) and for our 3 toppings we got graham crackers, mochi, and lychee jelly. My friends got the strawberry and mango with strawberries and mangoes. I really really loved the taro. I think it's actually ube (people like to use them interchangeably) but it was sweet and very flavorful for ice. The matcha in comparison was not as sweet but had strong matcha flavor. I wished they put this one on top because it tasted bitter at first after eating the taro, but that improved as I ate it. The mochi was multicolor which was cute and the lychee jelly was nice too. I didn't really like the graham cracker but I'm not really a fan of things that can get soggy. I only tried the strawberry ice of my friends' cup but it was very sweet and flavorful also. They said the mango wasn't as good and the mangoes were not that ripe, which I think is a little common when cubed mango is used as a desert topping in America. Overall a great and refreshing dessert for less than $10. There was a huge amount that two of us could barely finish (we also just had lunch).
