We ordered the fried mushrooms- and I loved them! I loved them so much I got a second order of them. We also had a side salad and and soup, they were decent. For the main course - our food was cold and the steak was way way overcooked. However- the manager gave us a discount, that we didn't ask for. It was our waitress' first day, and I didn't want to make life harder for her. She did a great job, and her manager did too! I would give them a second chance for sure.

Amazing food!! The potato soup was the best I have had! Our server, Roman, WAS SIMPLY GREAT! Very knowledgeable and well spoken he checked on us constantly and always had a smile. Great western ambiance with all of your country music favorites playing in the background.

    Delicious Steak meal!

My husband and I had an incredible dining experience at Saltgrass in Tulsa! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and our waiter, Roman, took the experience to another level with his outstanding service. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure every detail of our meal was perfect. The Bone-In Ribeye was cooked to absolute perfection -- tender, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The garlic mashed potatoes were creamy and rich, and the Brussels sprouts had the perfect balance of crispness and flavor. Every bite was a reminder of why Saltgrass is the spot to go to for flavorful steaks. We left completely satisfied and already planning our next visit. If you're in Tulsa and want exceptional food paired with even better service, ask for Roman -- he'll make your meal memorable!

Just think, a Texas steakhouse in Tulsa! And near our hotel. I ordered the special 6oz filet and it was 5*. Salad and side included. Wife ordered a fancy salad with grilled chicken. Great too. Add in a nice portion of bourbon in a glass, and we were happy travelers. Great service from Benjamin.

I consider myself an easy customer. I usually come in by myself and hardly need refill on anything. One of my pet peeves when it comes to service is I expect the same service as provided to someone sitting nearby. Thus, it's really confusing to me when we both ordered the same things and we both wanted bread and butter, I ended up not getting mine and the person sitting nearby got his. Now on to the steaks, I could not find anything on their website except they serve certified angus beef steaks. A different website states that they use USDA Choice grade beef for all their steaks and this is likely due to the price. A 16 oz ribeye entree that comes with a side and a soup or salad costs around $35, a pretty average price. Seasoning is lighter at Longhorn than at other steakhouses, i.e. less salty. Medium rare is a little more on the rarer side, but this is much better than being overcooked. They say you pay for what you get. At Longhorn, for an average price, you get an average steak. And for this reason, Longhorn gets an average review.

Not a bad steak for the price. I got a center cut filet medium rare with a mountain of broccoli. Very satisfying.

Good steaks here no matter the cut. Chicken fried steak cooked well, sides not the best but main parts of fish held the meal together.

They had market prices for all the seafood clearly displayed on the wall. The server was very nice and attentive. We started with the Krak Fries. My husband enjoyed them, especially with the sliced tenderloin pork on top, an unexpected but tasty combo. The side of kimchi tasted old to me. We also ordered the papaya salad with two peppers. It brought the heat, but in a good way! I loved that they included salted crab shells. For our seafood boil, we went with both of their current specials: the snow crab special and the crawfish combo (no picture because not sure if these changes). We also added a pound of clams, and they were able to toss everything together in one bowl, which was super convenient. We got the Flavortown sauce at medium spice. It was flavorful like the name promised! Next time we'll definitely try it hot. Everything tasted fresh and well-cooked. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised. Would definitely go back!

So good that for date night we drove two hours to come back just for their food. Apps Also the garden dip is always a favorite app when we go here now. Entrees Recommend the personal crab boil. They give you in my opinion the perfect ratio of potato, crab shrimp, sausage, and corn. Choose all three seasoning together. You won't regret it. The lobster Mac was good too if you want simple and not as spicy. The crawfish etoufe. It was a little bland but hella spicy. Don't recommend. Desserts For desserts we tried bread pudding, beignets, and the chocolate cake. The bread pudding is like a square block of condensed bread pudding, delicious but those having issues with textures were not a fan. The chocolate cake was super hurt your teeth sweet maybe get a glass of milk to go with it. Beignets were a hit, perfect sweetness level hot and were devoured in minutes. Drinks: Drinks that were ordered were whiskey based. I was not a fan but whiskey drinkers might like. We ordered one cocktail that was more sour than expected and had a strong pour. The shrimp were tiny and the sandwich was covered with a sauce I didn't like. It should have occurred to me that the fried green tomatoes might also be Cajun. We don't like Cajun but thought the sandwiches might not have all the Cajun seasoning. We should have asked. Another lady at the table got the same thing and she didn't like hers, either. She did ask for ranch dressing for the fried green tomatoes. I followed suite. It did make the tomato's easier to eat but they still were not good. We only got 3 slices each and didn't finish them. I left almost all of my sandwich. I broke off a piece of the bread hoping it might be a good rich bread that I could nibble on. No luck. My husband ordered crawfish étouffée. He said it wasn't warm and tasted like it had been under a heat lamp too long. It was also salty and he has to watch his sodium. He left nearly all of it. One couple ordered voodoo chicken and smashed potatoes. They liked it and ate it all. One person got a chicken sandwich that he said was good. The 2 children got hamburgers and Mac and cheese. They loved the Mac and cheese but barely ate any of the burgers. Their grandmother took a bite of one of the burgers and said it was good. She took the burgers home for the kids. They put the gratuity on the check without telling us. My husband was about to add a gratuity but his sister noticed it was already added and stopped him. They charged us to use a credit card. That alone is enough to keep me from going back. The ambiance was New Orleans decor and pleasant.

When I walked into the restaurant, I was greeted by two wonderful hostesses and seated right away. Once I sat down, I had the pleasure of being served by Debbie. Not only did she keep it real about her menu favorites, but she was also funny and sweet. She helped me navigate the menu and made some great recommendations. I ended up ordering a cup of Louisiana Shrimp Gumbo along with the Fried Catfish and Shrimp plate, which came with red beans and rice and coleslaw. Everything was tasty. Just a heads-up, though: the gumbo has a little kick to it. The entire meal came to around $18, which felt like a steal. I spent my time watching the game, enjoying good conversation with Debbie, and just relaxing after a long travel day. There was also a birthday celebration happening in another room, and they looked like they were having an absolute blast, so I'm here for it.
