This burger might be good if it didn't sit there getting ice cold in the back after asking twice where my order was. I asked for extra sauce as I do most always Ts and the thing was bone dry. No desire to try that again

Convenient location in the Times Square area to grab a burger and they have gluten free options available also. Service was ok and it took over 20 minutes to get our order. The burger was fresh and had a good flavor and the fries were hot and fresh.

I will forever love Schnipper's. And even though this place has lived across Port Authority for as long as I can remember, I always love introducing this spot to new people, even if they've lived in New York their whole lives. And this time it was my current intern's turn to experience the magic of this place. As per usual, the food was spot on and was enjoyed all around. Also, the person behind the register was one of the nicest I've had there. If you need something quick, and you're around the Port Authority area, you can't go wrong with Schnipper's.

Schnipper's is exactly what you want in the middle of Midtown: fast, reliable, and better than it needs to be. The location near Broadway and Times Square makes it an easy stop before or after a show, and the quick-service setup keeps things moving even when it's busy. The burgers are solid across the board. Juicy patties, good buns, and no gimmicks--just straightforward, well-executed burgers. Fries are crisp, generously portioned, and hold up well under toppings. Speaking of toppings, don't sleep on the sloppy Joe. It's messy in the best way and surprisingly satisfying if that's your thing. Milkshakes are huge, borderline comical, and easily shareable. Thick, classic, and indulgent, they feel like a throwback in a good way. Bottom line: Schnipper's isn't trying to reinvent anything, but it executes the classics really well. A dependable, crowd-pleasing option in an area full of tourist traps--and a great choice when you want something quick without settling.

Food was good and service was fast. We needed somewhere quick and easy while we waited for our hotel. Def a good choice. My husband got a burger and I got a sandwich. Definitely check it out!

The inside is bigger than it looked from the outside. There is a huge menu board with all sorts of things from burgers to salads. Once you figure out what you'd like you order, pay, and find a seat. You have to listen for them to call the number on your receipt. I got the bacon cheeseburger and my daughter got the chicken fingers with fries. Maybe I was hungry but that was a maybe one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. The patty was hot and juicy. The lettuce, tomato, and onions were fresh. The bacon was crispy and plentiful. It was satisfying. The chicken tenders were hot and crispy. They weren't bad but not the best I've ever had. Overall not a bad place for a quick bite.

    Sweet Heat Crispy chicken sandwich

I tried the Sweet Heat Crispy Chicken, and it just wasn't for me. It tasted like crispy chicken drenched in hot sauce without much flavor beyond the heat. I was hoping for a better balance of sweet and spicy. I also wasn't a fan of the strawberry lemonade--it didn't have the flavor I was expecting. It's a no for me.

This is the second time I'm at schnippers. Quick and fast food. Order at the a tablet in the front, pay and grab a seat. Your order will be taken to your table. They have condiment's and sofa fountains if you order a drink so you can self serve. We order the sloppy Joe burger and the cheeseburger. In addition we got chicken tenders and French fries. Food came out quick. Sloppy Joe and burger was good. Chicken tender you can tell the chicken was fresh and the batter was flavorful. The fries also crispy. You clear your own table after you are done so others can use it. Space was huge with plenty of seatings. Price is not bad for midtown.

Grabbed a bit to eat here before going to a show. Walked in and it was a little busy around noon. You could check yourself out or place your order with a cashier. I placed my order with a cashier. My sister started to place an order on her own but, ended up going to a cashier. We were given buzzer that would sound when the food was ready and someone would either bring your food to the table or you could go to the counter and pick it up. We dined in. I had chicken stripe, fries and an angry orchard. Everything hit the spot and wasn't too heavy for a meal before the show. The dining area was a nice size. I felt like some of the tables were a little to close together but, everything else was pretty cool.

Schnippers has a great location for the transients exploring nyc. The place is pretty busy; however, despite this, it seems pretty well run. The burger was well cooked and the fries were ok. The onion rings were pretty oily, but seasoned well. If you need some reprieve from the city and can find a seat definitely swing by. Just be wary if you come with a large crowd, it may be hard to accommodate you.

I came here on a Saturday and ordered from the counter. (You can also order from the tablet but the line for the cashier was shorter.) Once you order from the counter, grab a number and find a seat (they were plenty of seats) and they will bring you your order. I ordered their cheeseburger special (comes with cheese burger, fries and drink), sloppy joes and chicken fingers. They were all delicious. Free fountain drink refills. I will definitely come back to try other items on their menu.

This place has a nice environment and consistently good service. I really like their sloppy joe and chicken fingers. Sometimes I'll come here just for a root beer float. It's a big space with a lot of seating, so it can handle the crowds, and it feels spacious during off-peak hours. They even have outdoor seating in the warmer months.

Honestly with the place being in Times Sq I shouldn't have expected anything more but a tourist trap but I was starving and it was around 9:45 and I needed something to eat so me and my friends settled here. Ambiance: [4/5] The place is very big and spacious with an open kitchen so you can see what's being done. Seats everywhere including outdoor seating incase you don't want to sit inside. The place is pretty nice with nothing too extra going on. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting with urine all over the floors, I wouldn't expect anything less given it's on times square. Food: [2/5] [Sloppy Fries + The Big Schnipp] Mediocre and overpriced. I was surprised on how disgusting the food was given how expensive it was. The burger tastes like a burger you'd get at shake shack except a lot worse and very plain. The sloppy fries tastes like something microwaved and thrown together. I understand it's meant to sloppy or chili cheese fries but it didn't taste good at all, just tasted like unseasoned slop with microwaved cheese. I wouldn't expect anything more since tourist would eat anything placed in front of them and I should only blame myself for coming here especially 20 minutes to closing. Service: [5/5] The service was great. The cashier was nice and had recommendations. We were also brought our food as well which was neat. Overall, unless you're starving and you want to waste money I'd avoid at all costs. You're better off going to a shake shack or a hot dog stand where you'll get food that matches the amount of money spent rather than getting some overpriced nonsense that doesn't even taste good.

There are a few locations, but I decided to visit this one because it was the most convenient for getting to and from home. I got there around 7:00 PM, which felt a little close to closing time since Google said they close at 9:00 PM, but it wasn't busy at all. In fact, I was only the third customer to place an order. I ordered the La Summer sandwich and added pesto. After sitting down and taking my first bite, I immediately understood the hype. Without a doubt, this is one of the best sandwiches I've had in a very long time. I'm not even a huge sandwich person when it comes to subs and deli meats, but everything tasted incredibly fresh. The ingredients paired together perfectly, and you could still taste each one individually. The only thing I'd change next time is the meat. I had no idea prosciutto was a type of ham, but honestly, it didn't even taste like ham to me. It was sliced paper-thin, slightly salty, and worked surprisingly well with everything else. Next time, though, I'll probably add salami just to see how it compares. Overall, this sandwich was a solid 10/10, and I will absolutely be back--whether it's to try a different sandwich or, if we're being honest, order the exact same one again with salami added. I will say it's on the expensive side, but that's New York City for you. Apparently, all of the ingredients are flown in from Italy. After tax and tip, I paid a whopping $28 for a single sandwich. That said, it was incredibly filling and definitely kept me satisfied. The workers were also really nice and accommodating, and the indoor seating was beautiful. The atmosphere felt like a fancy Italian café, complete with couches and artwork throughout the space. I wish I had taken pictures, but honestly, I was too busy enjoying what might be the best sandwich I've had in years.

After being in a car and on a flight and in another car all morning, we weren't mad about the standing part. We were all able to share and sample each sandwich, and honestly, we were not disappointed. We were all full and happy when we weren't finished, so what more could we want for a relatively quick NYC meal? Being under the plaza, the restrooms were outside the shop but very close by so we were able to wash hands and such before journeying out into the wild. I would definitely stop back by again on another trip! The guys and I all gave Alidoro's two thumbs up - so 8 thumbs total, if you're counting.
