This review may be premature as we just ordered two custom made walnut beam mantels. So far service…read morehas been great and Joshua was very helpful in assisting us while making a decision on the type of wood that would work best for our fireplace project. We paid an additional $25 for 4 sample finishes so we can decide what finish we would like. From there they will stain the mantel accordingly and then it is ready for installation. I will update my review once the mantels have been completed. We were told it would take 7-8 weeks.

I was searching for the perfect fireplace mantel for our remodel when I discovered True American…read moreGrain Reclaimed Wood, and I'm so glad I did. From the start, I heard outstanding reviews about their exceptional craftsmanship, professionalism, and their ability to truly guide you in bringing your vision to life. Visiting their showroom confirmed everything I had heard--the woodwork was absolutely stunning, with incredible attention to detail and character in every piece. The entire experience was seamless and enjoyable, from design guidance to execution. Today, we have a beautiful, one-of-a-kind mantel in our formal living room that has completely transformed the space and become a true focal point of the home. The quality, care, and artistry are unmatched. I highly recommend True American Grain Reclaimed Wood to anyone looking for timeless, high-quality craftsmanship and a team that genuinely cares about the final result.

I recently purchased a garage epoxy kit from ESI and had a bad experience for several reasons…read more 1. The costs ended up being much higher than advertised. After I placed my order, I was called by ESI saying that they needed to change the shipping costs from $150 to $350. I agreed and said fine. Then, after the the kit was delivered, I was upcharged by the delivery company for another $150. So the total shipping was $500 not $150, and some of it I didn't even consent to. 2. The kit I received was missing items and was not as advertised. The kit I received was supposed to include brushes and instructions. The kit showed up without either of these items. I had to contact ESI to get the instructions and pay for the brushes out of pocket. 3. The kit arrived with chemicals spilled all over it. The boxes of paint chips had spill marks on them, and the epoxy containers had wet/semi-wet chemicals on their exterior. It looked like someone spilled on them before they were shipped. 4. Lastly, and most importantly, the epoxy cured much faster than it was supposed to (5-8 minutes), and my project was a failure because of it. I coated about 20% of my garage before the epoxy cured; I was supposed to have 20 to thirty minutes, but it cured way too fast. I reached out to ESI for help explaining what had happened, and they did not respond. Here I am, out $2000, and I have decided to call in a professional to fix my garage, which will cost another $3200, and they have to grind up the ESI failed epoxy. I would never recommend that anyone attempt to do their own garage with an ESI kit after what I went through. Call a professional.

I got a three word response to my detail request for a quote…read more From the information they provided they look like they do exactly the work I'm looking for. Business must be good.
