I ordered coffee and she repeated chocolate milk. When I corrected her she said I talked too slow! Our first lunch here in eons disappointed. Some faves pre-covid are not the menu either. We tried the pastrami which used to be a good choice. Firstly the price was high w/onion rings. Over $21 For both. We wouldn't have minded so much if it had been good but it wasn't lean, had a lot of gristle that kept getting caught in your teeth, and fat (see photo). The o ion rings were greasy too. They have a diversified menu, so I wish we'd tried something else. We saw salads served to other customers that looked good. We also had a cup of chili with onions and cheese. It was good but next time will order onions on the side as they don't dice them. They leave them long which makes it harder to eat. read more

During my quest for the best pastrami grinder in Southern California, Siggys rated third out of the five zI had a chance to visit so far.

We normally LOVE Siggy's, but this time, someone who bagged the order, was not paying attention. I ordered 3 burger combos with specific instructions. A Bacon Cheeseburger combo with no tomatoes and another cheeseburger combo with spread only and a burger combo with extra pickles. The ticket order came out correct. Unfortunately, the cheeseburger with avocado and bacon with NO spread, was probably someone else's order. My husband absolutely HATES avocado and loves spread. Needless to say, he trashed the burger! We live in Winchester so there was no driving back to reorder. PLEASE pay attention to the order and make sure the order is correct. My husband made a special trip to Siggy's because the food is always great! I now have to make a special trip to get him something to eat n unfortunately, with a bad back...Carl's Jr is the closest. . read more

Compared to the one on Temecula Pkwy, all I've taken away from this location is bad experiences. The service is very slow. The food is good but you're usually met with some inaccuracy in your order because of the apparently incoherent staff compared to the better location. I get that mistakes happen once in a while but it is unacceptable that they are AFFILIATED with this specific place. By law when leaving a tip for your waiter or waitress on the table , the server gets the tip , When you do this at this establishment and not hand it directly to your server , the bus boy is allowed to take it and pocket the money himself. The owner is aware of this situation and is allowing it to happen . Please diners , hand it directly to your server , after all they only make minimum wage and are counting on tips to pay their bills. I can only recall eating at Siggys once in the 20 years I have lived in Temecula. It is one of those out of sight out - of mind type places, and both the Siggys in Temecula and Murrieta are both located in that out of sight - out of mind locations for me as I don't pass by them often (let alone when I was hungry and locked up the brakes). This review is for both locations as in recent weeks I have had the opportunity to patronize them both due to being on statewide lock down with too much time on my hands. My son was visiting this past week and wanted to hit the place up. He ended up taking our orders and going to the Murrieta location. All five of us who indulged were happy with the foods we selected. As for me I had a pastrami sandwich and onion rings. I recalled that one time I ate at Siggys this is what I bought and I didn't recall being unhappy with it. I was not disappointed these many years later! The pastrami sandwich was very tasty, with just the right amount (for me) of mustard and sliced pickles (I don't care for them to be piled high in my sandwich). The amount of meat in my sandwich was phat! I'll try attaching a photo for your review. The onion rings were plentiful, thick, just the right amount of coating, not greasy, and only needed some extra salt. I felt like a bloated cow after eating all this food - BURP! Today I had a hankering for that pastrami again, so I went to the Temecula Siggys. Yep, I also ordered their onion rings again. Damn, if it wasn't as good as the Murrieta version and just as filling! I know, I know, I am basing my review on the same menu items that I pigged out on (I did not note what others had selected). Their menus are extensive and whenever I return I can't say I would try anything else; I'm just being honest. I like what I like! Both encounters we had no issues with the employees. I've have been coming here since 1997 (Temecula), when we bought our house. WE LOVE SIGGY's! Tried pretty much everything from breakfast to dinner and board room breakfast burritos. My adult kids love the chicken club and chili cheese fries. My husband always orders the fish and chips or fried chicken dinner. I love their crispy chicken salad or their Greek sandwich and their crispy onions. Their breakfast is delicious and anything on the menu is delish! I live the Ortega omelet and my carnivorous family loves the bacon or sausage anything! Portions are humongous and you will always have leftovers for a nice snack later. Thanks Siggy's for being part of our family for over 25 years. You are now part of my grandkids lives with your spaghetti or chicken tenders or cheese burgers! Siggys Restaurant hit the spot. I was in Murrieta for an early morning can release at Electric Brewing and after we got our line bracelets we decided to go get some food. We came across Siggys and it's a normal looking "we make everything" type fast food place. I got the chicken fried steak and a coffee. The coffee was really good and the staff came around numerous times to refill it. They were really friendly. The chicken fried steak came with eggs, which I got over easy, and hash browns which were browned and crispy. They were delicious. The chicken fried steak was really good and the gravy was thick and flavorful. It's pretty heavy and very filling. Would come back if I was ever in the area. read more

My hubby recently discovered the corned beef omelette and pastrami quesadilla, both of which happen to be bomb delicious. The omelette comes with hash browns and toast. So.... what a unique review this will be, why you ask? It's on only one item. I have been here many times and have only ordered one...single...item. The chicken club. They used to have the Ortega chicken club but have taken it off the menu a while back. The chicken club is near perfect, so near perfect is why I come back over and over again for this single item. Let's start with the down side first. The chicken. It's two ultra flat grilled patties. So you don't get that juicy taste when you bite in to it that you would from a plump breast. Instead it is as you would think of a very flat grilled price of chicken. But I'm assuming it's for speed of cooking and they do always put two on each club not just one. Now the rest of the club makes up for it!!! The cheese is nice and melted, crispy bacon, huge soft bun and a good slather of mayo. This thing is huge and worth every bit of 7$ after tax. It is very well balanced. Now I haven't tried a single item on the menu BUT the chicken club and I will always go back for it. I kinda wish the chicken was plump and juice however I'm completely ok with how it is. Now the wait can be a bit but that is because it is a cook to order diner. Full selection of breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals (with a few Greek items as well). It is all served either in their large dining room or to go. The staff is courteous and polite and a pleasure to interact with. Special mention for Brittaine, Naomi, and especially Francisco, the extremely friendly ambassador of the dining room.
