This Sizzler is okay....But, for the same money, you get a whole lot more good tasting and healthy choices at Souplantation when it comes to a soup and salad type lunch. My husband and I Had lunch there today at about 12 o'clock. We both had the all you can eat salad bar. It was delicious. The salad bar was fresh there was a nice variety everything was cold and chilly as it should be on a salad bar. Jenny, our order taker was very helpful and friendly, made placing our order very easy to do, making adjustments for my dietary needs with no problem. Our server, Robert, was also very friendly and extremely attentive, making sure we had everything we needed to make the dinner out (literally out - under an 3/4 enclosed canopy) a great experience for both of us. Upon finding out, as we were leaving, that it was my birthday, they both wished me well and gave us two ice cream cups & spoons to go. Place was dirty . Table was dirty Got the salad bar. Could not get anything from one side of the salad bar where the nachos the spaghetti the meat and the tacos were there was a guy working underneath the shelves right there and had all his tools on top of it around the food so it just looked very unsanitized. Then the ice cream machine the guy was working on that he had his tools laying all over the place and the machine was so dirty and gross there was dust all over the place it was just really bad so they had no desserts in their salad bars from where the guy had all his tools I think the cottage cheese got spoiled or got some kind of tool in it because the cottage cheese taste really gross. They never brought us new plates to take back to the salad bar from what we could get from all these people working around the salad bar and just was so on sanitized with their tools laying everywhere so we had to take our plates back to I would call it the lettuce bar and take dirty plates back there because they were not giving new plates and the place was just very unclean people running around with no mask on which I guess that's okay right now but you know with all these tools laying around everything everywhere and this guy laying all over the floor and another one all over the other part of the salad bar was just very gross and on sanitized they should have just had the salad bar clothes for the day read more

If you are looking for BBQ Ribs that melt in your mouth, this is not the place. I had the steak, shrimp and Ribs. Shrimp was good, steak was great!! Ribs were heavily over cooked and hard. I wanted to try Sizzler since my son likes soup & salad bars. This outlet must have been around for a while. But none-the-less I ordered a NY Steak for myself and the salad bar for him. Besides the "greasy Bread" cheese toast, my steak only came with a baked potato. Another side would have been nice. The steak tasted much better than the pan fried sirloin steak I had at the Pantry. We came here to eat dinner and it was ehhhh. The good thing is that the chicken wings were good and kept on coming out. The salad bar was excellent. The potato that I got with my steak dinner was very soft and delicious. However, that is where the good ended. The other hot items at salad bar were very bland and tasteless. I love this location at lunch time. It isn't crowded. If you are looking for a quiet leisurely place to eat lunch this is it. At lunch time there are lunch specials you can order, and once you are seated your server brings you free cheese toast! I don't even need to bring a coupon here! I remember Sizzler from my childhood. Amazingly it's still here. It's survived. The service is usually good and the food is fine. I can't rave about the food here, there isn't anything amazing about it but it's solid and always served hot. I love the quiet ambiance here more than the food. Did I mention it was quiet? Sizzler.... it is, what it is. Mediocre food for a decent price. I go here for lunch once every couple of months and the only thing i ever get is the Chicken Club lunch special (comes with fries, drink, and side salad) for $8.99. They used to let you make your own side salad at the salad bar but no longer allow that and instead give you a premade side salad. I've also noticed the lunch combos have had their prices go up a little bit from time to time (i think when they first offered these combos a few years ago they started at $6.99). The best part of the meal is getting the free side of cheese bread that they bring by before your food comes out. The cheese bread is pretty dang good if you get one right out of the oven. The place is in good shape and has a good amount of room so you won't have to wait for a table and the parking lot has plenty of parking. I've always had good service there during lunch hours. The servers are genuinely nice and come by often to refill drinks and to check and see if you need anything. read more

Yay!). I got the breaded shrimp and salad bar, and he got shrimp and steak. I was not expecting much as it has been 15-20 years since I have last been to a Sizzler, but boy was it good! We were blown away by how much we liked the food. The shrimp is off the chain! I don't know what Sizzler is doing to their shrimp (and I don't wanna know), but they are doing something right. The salad bar offered some good options and one could, in theory, live off the salad bar alone, but honestly, you need that seafood, so I don't recommend the salad bar alone. Get the seafood. The only thing that gave me pause was I thought it was a bit pricey. Our bill came out to close to $50.00. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but I wasn't expecting it to be that much. Nevertheless, I don't think this will stop me from returning every now and again. Plus, my husband now loves the place, so we are going to be heading back at some point. This location now has outdoor dinning. You go in the front door as usual, order and pay, then go out back door to the covered tent. It is completely shaded, and fans are going. I went there yesterday and got my usual senior steak dinner, that comes with soup or salad, one side, cheesy bread and beverage of your choice. It was great. They know how to cook a steak here. The table and chairs are the same as inside. They have hand sanitizers inside and out, and wipe the tables after each use. This place is so close and there's always plenty of parking, the wait is never too long so I dont mind coming back here, that is why I called it our local steak place! Tonight the steak is cooked just the way we like it. My hubby like it rare, I like it medium rare. With addtl 4bucks, you could add salad bar! They could re-vam to make it more colorful & inviting for pp to eat but the lighting around the salad bar areas are pretty dim & un-inviting, some if the choices/plates/decor are very old & ugly. There are not too many fresh fruit choices, the greens dont look that fresh and most of all my favorite corn-ball or corn fritter is not there! I asked the manager & he said they changed up the menus, honestly, that is the 1st time i went there for dinner and they dont have it! Waitress has to be asked for a new salad plate. I'm a big fan of this Sizzler and eat here several times a month. I usually order the small 6 oz. steak with the salad bar. Most of the time the steaks are consistently good and flavorful for the price. Occasionally I get a tough steak or one with no flavor but it is rare (no pun intended). The salad bar is very good but I wish they would have shredded carrot to add to the salad. Also, I wish there would be more variety of soups other than the standard clam chowder or vegetable beef. The experience of tonight's dinner was ruined by the manager "owner" there was a discrepancy in the tab. Which the manager refused to split the tab and over charged us. The 2 ladies that took our order and served our food were great very attentive. When we went to pay, he was the one that punched in the order. He tried to blame the waitress for the error he was so rude to her he degraded the poor kind lady by telling her " get out of here" telling her to not make these mistakes and to pay attention to what she's doing, saying she shouldn't make these errors! All the items on the hot bar were either lukewarm or cold, approached the owner if this location and brought this to his attention, and all he said was no my items are hot, but they weren't. I had him go get a thermometer and it was below what it was suppose to be, but he said it was acceptable enough, he has been doing this for 37 years. I asked if we could have something else, he said all we could have was lemon chicken or Malibu chicken and he would reheat that for us. I said reheat? Manager is rude and likes to argue with customers. We have had issues with him in the past for not honoring coupons. I am not alone in feeling this way. I have never had such problems with other Sizzlers ever! I was far more patient, respectful and professional than the managers on duty! I never raised my voice or made a scene, but that is exactly what happened to my wife and I. I would advise skipping this particular Sizzlers restaurant due to the unacceptable attitude of the manager here. I will be contacting Sizzler corporate about the issues with this franchise owner thinking he can just push around customers and call all the shots. Please refer to Sizzler corporate website and Google reviews as well as Yelp. You will find complaints on each one of them from various other customers detailing poor treatment to match his lousy attitude. I hope you lose your franchise license. read more

It's Sizzler so expectations weren't very high, and they were pretty much met. The cheese toast was the highlight and we got seconds. Our server was very nice, as was the gentleman at the counter. We got sizzling garlic herb chicken, served on a sizzling plate, there was some garlic but no other visible herbs. It was ok but a little dry, could have used some sauce. Didn't try the salad bar. The back exit door, which everyone used because it's a much more direct route to the parking lot, slammed shut with a bang each time. Which is lovely if you're sitting right next to it. Also could have done without Fox News on the TV. If we'd been playing a game where you eat a slice of cheese toast every time you hear the word "Benghazi" that would have been an awful lot of cheese toast.
