A piece of breaded chicken breast, with a slice of ham and a slice of Swiss cheese on top, perfectly layered and melted, with beads of sweat on the cheese. I'm not sure what happened but Sizzler has changed so much over the years....for the worst. It's extremely overpriced and the food portions are so small! Like wtf. They became really cheap and stingy on their food and because of that, business has gone down the drain. Don't come here. I used to come here with my dad because he would crave their salad bar. The Malibu chicken is pretty much a piece of frozen/microwaveable chicken from like Costco with some ham and cheese. How original. I remember I would always order a side of fries with my meal. On my most recent trip, I was surprised how little they gave me! So sad. On my prior trips, there would be so much leftover food for my family to bring back home (because we couldn't finish it all). The salad bar was not great for the price. The meals did not include the salad bar, which most restaurants do. Our waitress did not keep up with drinks or clean plates. The restrooms were disgusting. Went out for dinner. The night was Friday, Feb 13. We come to this Sizzler from time to time. It was very busy. We placed our order. I ordered the Steak and Shrimp. My wife had the Salad Bar. WHAT COULD GO WRONG??? The salad bar was good. My Steak was warm. You would think they would broil it when the customer ordered it. It seems they just warm up the Steak. The Shrimp too was only warm. This is a great place to stop by for a quick good meal. My boyfriend and I eat here for lunch or dinner due to the variety offered from the salad bar. Amazing service staff! The food was pretty good also. I had the 6 oz sirloin house favorite with broccoli and my boyfriend had the grilled shrimp skewers, and both were pretty delicious. I was pretty full though after the yummy garlic cheesy bread and fresh dinner rolls with honey butter, yum! My entree also came with the full salad bar, and it has sooooo much food! We recently visited this location. Hadn't been here in years. Food & service was great. I was totally surprised to be honest. Went back again, big mistake. Horrible service. Nobody acknowledged us for the 1st 15 minutes. Asked for straws for our drinks. Took about 5 more minutes to get them. When our food was brought to the table, realized they forgot the onions & mushrooms on the steak. ( which you do pay extra for) Took the waitress 10 minutes to bring a small plate of mushrooms, forgot the onions. No one ever came back to check on us. Had to walk around the restaurant to find an employee. Finally found a manager, who was at a table eating. He brought us a container, which I asked for. We got the grilled tri-tip family meal. It was sliced steak on a bed of rice and we picked salad and baked potatoes for our sides. It also came with bread. The steak was so tender! Everything tasted fresh even though we ordered it late at night. Our order was ready when we got there. The manager was so friendly and had put plenty of everything we might need in the bag. Not friendly to recent surgery patients! I respectfully asked if I, s any adult, could purchase a child's buffet dinner since i had recent surgery and my stomach couldn't handle much food. So, I went and sat at an empty table and the manager came over and asked me if I had paid yet. I explained that my husband was in line to pay. He then said that I cannot take a table unless everyone is there. Now, we go tonight and there's a lady standing at a table waiting for it to be cleaned while her husband is in line. So my husband asked the manager Arturo why can she wait for a table when we were told by you a week ago that that's not allowed. He said it was fine. So then my husband asked for another manager and Daniel came and said to my husband to calm down it's ok if she waits for a table. So we proceeded to get our money back and left. Extremely disappointed! I've been going to this location for years with my daughter and my mom. We love going there on Sundays, at least once a month. A couple of the servers even recognize us when we come in. We have always received exemplary service from all the staff, including today. This is the reason for the 2 stars instead of 1. Today, unfortunately, the management let a situation get out of control with a homeless woman. She was bothering the customers and getting verbally aggressive with anyone who got near her. She was clearly dirty and getting close to all of the food, pouring food on her plate and then putting some of it back. I know this is a difficult situation to be in, but something should have been done the moment she walked in, like offering her food to go. Why this was allowed to go on for as long as it did is beyond me. I was completely uncomfortable and did not enjoy my food at all. Instead, people, like us, left and most of the others were upset about the situation. Even some of the people in line to order left. This isn't the first time we've seen homeless people enter the restaurant but the situation is normally handled quickly and the manager keeps a close eye on the individual.
