There is also a display for a variety of beautiful green salads, tuna, egg salad as well as others. I sent my hubby to Sole Soups because I had a minor surgery today and soup just goes with taking care of myself. I asked for the Potato Leek, because it is one of my favorite soups. It was very good and I gobbled down a bowl. I did not ask for the Indian Chicken Curry soup because I thought it might be too much spice for my "fragile" state. Boy, am I sorry I did not get the Indian Curry Soup! My husband ordered it and it is amazing. So flavorful, mild spice but full of tasty goodness! I was stealing bites of his. I've come here a couple times now when I'm in the neighborhood. This is a takeout only place but there are tables and chairs outside in the courtyard. Sole Soups has been one of my favorite go-to spots since l started buying soups, chilis, and stews from them at the Calabasas farmer's market in 2017. It's very rare to find a restaurant that produces in-house wholesome food using whole ingredients instead of unhealthy processed food that's full of chemicals, gums, and fillers like most restaurants and food manufacturers do. In an era where customer service is often overlooked, I find the owner and staff to be some of the most thoughtful and appreciative people at any type of business l've been to in recent memory. Even with the inflation we've experienced over the past few years, their prices have remained very reasonable. I am obsessed with this place. I would say it's pricey but the quality of the food is great. Why not 5 stars? I love their Greek salads but they are usually sold out by the time i get there. They are open Mon-Fri and close at 6 so if i happen to leave work early I'll rush to get there before closing time which means i miss out on some of their soups or salads. To be honest, I was looking for something easy for my elderly father to eat as he's been struggling lately and stumbled across this store. We tried several and they are soo delicious. The frozen ones take like 5 min in the microwave and taste fresh! The fresh ones were the perfect temperature and delicious. I don't even like tomato soup and their tomato soup was to die for!
