This is the second time they have given me the wrong order.. How hard is your job? Seriously.

This place screws my order up every time I go there. I highly recommend that you pass it up. That's another sonic two miles up the road.

Never go to this sonic. The service is terrible and the drive thru line takes forever to get thru.

With the one year anniversary of the covid pandemic coming up it's important to support companies that you believe in and trust. This sonic location has proven time and time again that they aren't to be trusted. My latest complaint is that on March 3, near 10:50, a little before closing time, a worker prepared my drink with her mask off. I order a large grape slush that cost $2.91, and watch the employee make the drink, and hand it to my husband who was in the driver's seat.I didn't feel comfortable drinking the slush so I tossed it out. We went up the street to Taco Bell and got a Baja blast instead. The workers there were wearing masking at both windows. I have been a fan of sonic for years, they have the best drinks of all the fast food companies around,but I will no longer be supporting them as not properly wearing a mask is a huge deal breaker for me. This location has plenty of bad reviews and for a while they were turning things around with new management but this behavior is unacceptable. Not to mention if they aren't following current protocols what else are they not doing. Hopefully they don't get anyone sick. Time to buy a slush machine off of Amazon. read more

A good place to grab lunch if you work in the area. Everything's pretty greasy and there are not many good diet-friendly options, but that's fast food for ya. read more

The absolute worst sonic I have ever been to. I LOVE my sonic drinks, but at this point I refuse to go to this location anymore. 30 min wait for a simple medium drink. There were only two other customers, yet 7 employees inside. It's hard to blame employees when you know it all starts and ends with bad management. Employees have also been rude and unprofessional on more than one occasion. I would love to see this location really take a step back and reevaluate what it means to be in the service industry, and begin implementing employee training with management on site. This sonic location right now is a joke, and it seems most people leaving reviews believe the same. read more

Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru and their sorry excuse was because they're waiting for the chicken sandwich, this Sonics is nonsense, terrible customer service never coming here again ,they had the audacity to just smile and laugh because we got upset about the wait, on top of that a lot of cars behind us were even leaving the drive thru... read more

This location always gets my order perfect and my orders are usually pretty picky. The unsweetened tea is always good, and you can always tell if a place is good by their unsweet tea! Only thing I would improve about this location is their speed...sometimes takes too long to get my order. Besides that, it's a great location. All of these previous reviews are pretty dated so they must have taken their advice and improved everything. read more

I love Sonic - just not this location. Service is consistently slow, employees are rarely friendly or smiling, and food is frequently incorrect. My first experience here resulted in watery slushes and cold tater tots. The next time, I ordered a Frito Pie with onions, but I got home to discover no onions. They regularly do not give ketchup even if you request it upon ordering. My trip today will be my last trip to this location. I have been in the parking lot for 25 minutes waiting for a shake, a burger combo, a jr. burger, a soda, cheddar peppers, and a Frito pie (preferably with onions). First, they forgot my shake, then I noticed the burger was wrong. I asked them to sent the ranch they forgot with the shake, but they didn't. The had to make a third trip for that. Very disappointing that one of my favorite fast food chain can't seem it figure it out. read more

I have never written a yelp review but I thought that I had to after receiving MISERABLE service at this sonic 3x in a row!! I've never waited for a meal for this long EVER! After hitting the red button I waited each time approx 20 minutes and after placing my order I waited another 20-3 minutes! Every single employee at this location should be fired... on the third occasion I drove up to sonic at 10:45 presses the button and it said someone would be right with me after waiting and waiting until 11:00 (closing time) they cancelled my call and wouldn't let me order. The employees are LAZY AND SLOW! This establishment needs quite the revamping. Definitely not going back to this location again. read more

I've never been on yelp to review a place but I had to for this Sonic on Dessau and Palmer . I went in on December 3 and long story short my order was messed up not 1 but 3 times . I finally just asked for a refund bc I had lost my appetite and didn't want to wait any longer then I already had , I gave her the food back . Plus the manager was already being rude before she even heard the problem !! She said she refunded my card and should expect it in 2-3 business days . 2-3 business days later I called sonic because my card was still charged. I call and she says wait 1 more day so I did . The next day I show up to the sonic which is a 25 min drive from where I live and asked to speak to the manager . I pull up to the window and she already had an annoyed face on her and then I start explaining my problem( she is the same manager from when I called and the first time I went ) all of a sudden she slams the drive thru window and runs away a to get something from them kitchen (idk) .... I just looked at her and was in disbelief because I was mid sentence . Then she started cutting me off and telling me that it was my banks problem and she refunded it to my card . I told her that I was charged even showed he a screen shot of my bank statement . She still kept blaming me . Then she finally decided to call her GM Rogelio and started speaking in Spanish and apperently not knowing I spoke Spanish she started telling the manager it was my fault and I just wanted to get them to refund me Again but they NEVER EVEN REFUNDED ME . She then gets off the phone about 4-6 min later and tells me that SHE NEver refunded me and that she put it through this time and that was on December 6 , it is now December 12 and I am still without a refund and am very annoyed with the fact that she was rude when I was very polite and even waited like they asked . Absolute worst sonic around. Food is never good and it takes FOREVER to get your food. No idea how this sonic is still open.

Waited a quarter of an hour to order, no answer from the kitchen. Carhops outright ignored me when I asked if they were backed up inside or if the speaker was broken. Definitely get your fast food fix somewhere else. You just might starve if you go here. read more

I used to frequent this location until one day the car hop decided to take it upon himself to tip a few dollars. I thought sense I went to the lamplight location and they were awesome id give this occasion another try... soo this morning I went up there and ordered me a cherry limeade and breakfast burrito... I paid with my card at the drive in but the screen didn't change... when my car hop arrived I told her I tried paying with my card but it didn't look like it worked.. the lady got in her personal system and tried paying AGAIN but it denied saying I already paid.. so the car hop girl was like okay thanks so I began eating my food.. 10 minutes or so later she Comes back out and tells me that inside shows I didn't pay. I said okay no biggy let me check my bank account as I'm pulling up my bank account the manager on shift came out with an attitude and told me the same thing the car hop girl who was being very polite said... my bank showed that I DID in fact pay for my meal and as i show my bank about to your car hop she was like yeah it's there the manager pushes her way by and shows me her stupid recipt saying I didn't pay. Feeling harassed at this point I tell her I'm not giving her my card and once again showed her my back account. The manager gets pissy and walks away and goes back inside. Now I try finishing my what now is cold eggs.. I feel your managers eyes staring through the drive through window the remaining time I was there... sure enough everytime I looked over she was staring directly at my car as if I was a theif... from a person who has been sick for over a week and finally back at work on morning break this was THE WORSE expireince I have had in a restaurant... I will NEVER return to this location nor will I EVER give this sonic a good review to anyone.... read more

Me and my boyfriend went though the drive thru at 9:40pm last night. To start the lady running the speaker was not in the slightest bit friendly and from her tone I could tell she did not want to be taking our order. There was only one other car already at the window and recieved their food shortly after we pulled up behind them and when we got to the window they handed us our drink and then shut the window. We were waiting about 5 minutes when two other cars pulled up behind us, 5 minutes later they were given their food and left and we were still at the window, keeping in mind we had two items we were patient, after 15 more minutes of just waiting my boyfriend knocked on the window to get their attention because they had said nothing to us about how much longer it would take or a wait time, or anything. She opened the window and he asked to speak to a manager, the manager came to the window and said "we are still waiting on the chicken strips" .. for 25 minutes? I don't know any chicken strips that take that long, they aren't homemade so the wait time on that is quite ridiculous. After 5 more minutes they gave us our food and "mended" the situation by giving us 4 cherry limeade tokens with a side of attitude. This is not the first time we've had problems with this location, from the rude employees to the ungodly wait time. No thanks, Sonic read more

This location is one of the few which has a drive-thru, and isn't too far from home, so it's extremely convenient. While it may be located between Dell and Samsung, it's not too close to the freeway, so that also keeps it from being too crazy-busy, especially on the weekends. Really love the new Chicago Dog, and half-price drinks at Happy Hour are always a treat! read more

Would not go to this Sonic again. First I ordered a chicken same hitch and the chicken piece was about 1/2 the size if the bun, the bun was soggy and gross and the small tater tots I was supposed to share had less than 8 in the holder. read more

Had to give them one star, even though I shouldn't. Worst Sonic I've ever been to. Every time I've been there, they get my order wrong. Just went (for the last time) and ordered a Java Chiller. They gave me chunks of ice and chocolate crap in a cup. The servers can't do simple math and half the time roll away without even giving it to you. Luckily there are a few others close by that I can go to that don't suck. read more
