This is the Sonic closest to our place and tends to be our first thought when we need a quick lunch or dinner. Unfortunately the wait can be long, but I've experienced that at other Sonics. The staff is very nice and rarely mixes up our order. (Once I asked for a certain toy and they didn't have it right on hand but offered to go through their sealed boxes of toys for it! This has got to be the worst sonic we've ever eaten at. 2 times going back and forth with their manager Landen/Landon/Landin however he spells his name the crew manager Bailey as well as she talked behind her mask in the kitchen and glaring at us through the window! This team is horrible and they don't respect their customers! We requested a refund when we got back to the location and the manger requested all the food gets returned while our kids are home eating their food he still said he won't give us a refund even for our burger being made improperly! We asked for no lettuce no tomato's no pickles no onions on our burgers and add Mayo ketchup and mustard and we got just mustard and all the vegetable we didn't want on our burgers. To top it off the manager claimed everything is made fresh and we live 2 minutes from the location and our food should have been hot or at least expected to be hot and we had cold food!!! While there to return the manager opens the burger wrapped up and states it was made fresh and offers to remake them well if it was made fresh it would have been hot considering how close we live! Even after remaking our order it's still not accurate and the manger still wouldn't accept giving us a refund even after not correcting his first mistake! I must say that is the absolute worst customer service we've ever dealt with from any sonic location before!!! I definitely hope everyone reads this and that sonic closes its doors for good this has been a consistent issue we've had and now I'm leaving a review because of how disgusted I am with these people! Worst sonic ever. Full of idiots. Every time I go here I get the same "sorry for the wait" and they mess up my order every visit.

We parked at a stall and pushed the button multiple times in a few minute span. No response, so we went through the drive through. We ordered 3 shakes and the girl dropped one of the straws on the ground. We asked for a third straw and she replied with "I think you still have enough", then handed us the third straw. I have gone to this location for hot fudge sundaes three times in the past month. Twice the hot fudge machine not working. Found out after approx. 30 minutes in line. Tonite I went over again. I was told no hot fudge so I ordered a chocolate shake and caramel shake. A 40 minute wait in spite of the fact only 3 cars ahead of me! I got up to get my order and was handed one hot fudge sundae and one caramel. Both half melted due to long wAit. Not sure what is going on here but they need to get people who know what they are doing and equipment that works. read more

Its a drive trough. And its the type of drive through employed by mostly high school kids. That being said, they provide their function. Sonic always has the best cold drinks. We just waited 45 minutes for a Diet Coke. Not one of the employees has come and apologized for this. There is probably 5 other cars in the parking lot. I would give zero stars because this is seriously ridiculous to have to wait this long for one drink. There were plenty of workers there yet not one car has gotten their food and 3 cars in front of us have just given up and left empty handed. Worst service ever. There are very few restaurants near by so It's disappointing how terrible the service is. The place is dirty and SUPER SLOW and the employees literally don't listen. I have them repeat my order and they always repeat something way off (random azz shakes) When I go I always get a Reese's blast and my bf gets a waffle berry blast but somehow they can never get it right. If I could rate this store 0 stars I would. I've been coming to sonic for a long time and since it's gone under new management the store has gone down hill. I come a lot for happy hour and my drinks are ALWAYS full of ice when I say easy ice & when I get my mom a strawberry slush there is hardly any strawberry and is always watered down. Then I went to try the new chili and they gave me chili that they put on the hot dogs. Not sure if the new management is trying to cheat the system or what but I want things to go back to the way they were. read more

Well I went to sonic a couple of nights ago and it was packed. I ordered a couple of drinks and some tots. After 30 minutes I received my melted Drinks and cool tots. They were busy so I did not fuss at all, and the kid was very apologetic. So I spoke With the Gm and she offered to replace my order the next Day. I told her my what I ordered and she offered to give me the order. Very nice but when they replaced it with a lesser item. I told her large and a got smalls. Well I can't complain about free food. I ordered a five piece. Got three. Ordered a sundae. Got nothing. Why do I keep coming back?

I went there Christmas night with a few friends from work. We checked the hours online before driving there since it was in fact Christmas Day. The hours showed that sonic was closing at 11pm due to the holiday. We arrived shortly after 9:30pm. Because we were paying separately we took turns ordering. There were three of us there but after the second of us placed the order every light and screen went dark. We were a bit confused because it was only 9:40pm. When an employee came out to ask for clarification on our first order, we asked if our third party member could order. We explained that we all drove together but were just trying to pay separately. He said that his manager told him to turn off all of the headsets so he was unable to take orders. It was 9:50pm at this point. I asked if it would be possible for him to just take her order and he said his manager wouldn't like that. I asked him if I could speak to her and he said, of course, he'd have her bring out the order and speak with us. A few minutes later a woman came out to bring the food. She didn't mention anything about being the manager and wasn't wearing any kind of name tag. I asked if she was in fact the manager. She said yes and I explained the situation to her. She did agree to put in the order but it was very clear she was not happy about it. Once she left, my other counterpart realized her order wasn't even correct but at this point we were just ready to leave. A few minutes later someone brought out the third order. I thought it was odd that the second order never came but decided to give it a few minutes. After no one came I walked up to the door and caught one of the employees going in. It was the same young man who helped us originally (mannie?). It looked like they were mostly cleaned up for the night so I told him I never got my order but I didn't mind just getting a refund. He was very nice and understanding and went around the corner to speak to the manager. I don't know if she was aware of the fact that I was waiting in the open doorway but I proceeded to then listen to her yell and complain. She barked orders at the employees to start making the order but Mannie told her that I just wanted a refund. She stopped yelling and went to the terminal to issue the refund. At that point she probably realized I was standing there the entire time. She didn't speak to me at all and then handed me the receipt. I happened to notice that her name tag had magically appeared. I still asked her name, which was Billie, and wished her a Merry Christmas. I don't think Billie is an awful person. I know it was Christmas and the staff would rather be spending time with friends and family. But from a customer standpoint it was quite an uncomfortable experience. We were not aware that they were closing at 10pm since the website said otherwise. I've never been the kind of person to walk into an establishment last minute before close. My coworkers and I had just finished working a 10 hour shift ourselves. We all recently moved out here for work and don't have family so we just wanted to grab a bite and spend a little time together on Christmas before going home for the night. We weren't there to inconvenience anyone. I'm not posting this to get anyone in trouble. I'm posting this because I work for a company that genuinely cares about guest service. They spend so much time and put in so much effort to teach us how important it is to do everything we can to make our guests feel welcome when they come to our establishment. I have never worked for Sonic but I would like to think they also care and would like to know this information in order to better help educate their team members. read more

Started our Sonic experience this evening at 7:30pm, attempted to order a heath concrete mixer, was told they were out of heath. Ordered two mixers and a small vanilla ice cream. We waited, waited and waited until 25 minutes later my husband went to ask about our order and was told they are short staffed. They handed him our ice cream and he asked for spoons...THEY WERE OUT OF SPOONS! My husband expressed, "you have to be flippin' kidding me, half of what you do has a spoon in it!" Seriously, Mr. Sonic himself would of been disappointed with lack of menu items, the WAIT and NO SPOONS. It's simple really, put someone in charge, wait should never be more than 5 minutes, check your inventory and make sure you have SPOONS :) read more

Ten minutes minimum in the drive through. Constantly have to hand them back the tater tots (I patiently waited for) because they are old and cold. I gave it an extra star because I feel the management is trying. I hate to complain but they are understanding and eager to correct the mistake. I hope this location gets better because it's close to my house and I do like the food when it's hot. read more

If it was possible to give a zero I would due to such an unpleasant experience at this sonic. After ordering 2 lemon berry slushes they were not mixed and only ha 3 strawberries and a lemon. There was no taste and when we asked to have the drinks fixed they said they would but when they came out the response was "we don't blend slushes anymore have a good day" even though we were displeased. Pushed the button, waited, waited. Pushed the button again, waited, waited, psycho-pushed the button, waited waited. Finally server comes out to take care of the car that came in with me. I asked her if the consul was broken, she assured me it functioned. Which means the workers CHOSE to ignore me as I had eye contact with them many times. I've been to this Sonic many times and my experiences have been almost always dis-satisfactory when it comes to customer services - it's like they are lazy or do not care. Too bad, I would frequent Sonic more often except for the pitiful customer service at this particular Sonic. Since I've noticed to poor customer service over time and know the turn-over is rather rapid I have to assume the issue is with either management or ownership. I'll wait until I see better reviews on this store on Yelp before I CHOOSE to return to a Sonic. read more

unfortunately this is the closest location to us and every time we go I REGRET IT more and more I don't understand why we bother. From the long lines, extremely slow and rude customer service and wrong orders, every time we go we have to wait for our food to be cooked and they say 5 to 6 minutes and we wait in line a @ least 20 minutes for 1 meal which is ridiculous for a fast food drive thru it's just not worth the hassle. and last time i told them it was not ok to have to wait so long all the time and the employee said if that was an INSULT AND DENIED ME SERVICE !! then why do you ask if it ok to wait 7 minutes for my food to cook if your going to take my NO as an INSULT and then start laughing because you refused me service .. if that's the case then your obviously asking the wrong questions or working in the wrong field !!!! The employees @ this place are incompetent and very rude kids that do not understand what it means to give customer service.
