I hired Space Moving for a local moving service from 2 bedroom apartment in San Diego downtown to 3 store townhouse in 4S Ranch. Space Moving gave us a good/reasonable rate and was very responsive and professional to our questions pre-move. On the move day, 2 guys Alex and John moved boxes quickly and confidently. I had 3 young men and 1 truck. They each arrived equipped with masks and gloves which they kept on the entire day. They worked diligently and non-stop. They were each very courteous and professional. Their wrapping skills were obviously not from unskilled labor. They disassembled, wrapped, moved and loaded all our furniture with precision and care. They were very careful not only with the furniture but with the walls, staircases, children, pets and everything around them. They continued to work hard the entire 11 hours of our move. This is the second time I used Space Moving and I just can't stress this enough, very kind people both times. But I got Jose and Michael this time and they worked hard the entire time! We shared laughs, felt like I was around with some friends. They even did me a huge solid, I asked them if they could wait a few minutes so I could walk with them, since the loading zone is as in a alley, and I left my car near them! And they did, they didn't have to, but it meant the world to me. It was about 6 hours of moving but they were upbeat the whole time, I felt comfortable with their presence! So impressed by the two movers, Andrew and Demetri. They worked very efficiently and carefully to take all of my mom's belongings out of her house, wrapping everything for the move and being careful not to scratch the hardwood floors or gouge the walls - truly professionals! They also had the patience of saints, looking for my mom's walker which had been packed and she decided she needed. Then we asked to take some furniture to put in my garage and a piano to be delivered to yet another address. The price was still reasonable even with all of these curveballs thrown in. I am so thankful I hired space moving. As someone without much help on moving day since it was short notice, there was absolutely no way I could do it myself. Booking was easy, transparent pricing and answered all my questions. I went with them over other companies due to the 3 hour minimum instead of four with others. They also provided wardrobe boxes and wrapped anything fragile like TVs and furniture. They were fast - I have a LOT of stuff and they did it in one trip.
