They came and did an inventory of our items and was able to give us a flat rate so that there weren't any surprises about how much the move would be. Greg was responsive with questions. They were on time during the move day, and not only on time with the drop off but earlier than anticipated. When the movers same they packed up our 1500 sq foot home in about 3-4 hours. Everything was squeezed into the truck to the max. They drove the truck up the same day and met us at our new home the next morning. Please stay away from this company! I called them for a local move in Murrieta and they are a nightmare! Starting from Greg who promised everything when I called but disappeared on the day of the move when the whole problem started. Movers are not professional and had no clue of what they were doing. They had no tools to work with and half of the time, they were on the phone speaking in Russian and wasting time since they were paid by the hour. They loaded my stuff in their truck and left my refrigerator behind because they had no knowledge of how to remove the doors. At the end of the day, I gave them the address to my new destination and they went towards San Diego on purpose, good thing I was on their tale and had to stop them on the freeway. I asked them where they were headed, but had no explanation. Eventually, I had them reluctantly follow me to my new place and when we got there, they sat in their truck and refused to offload. I had to call the cops on them to get my belongings. DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR MOVE! They are fraud. read more

Update: so After reading the review I got a call from the company that they will send the people as a courtesy and it will not be charged to complete the move or update the hours nd compensate me since the initial crew of 3 people was unable to do the same in 9 hours! To my surprise this time a crew of 2 did the job in 4 hours which the earlier was not able to in 9! On the side note: the crew still did not wear a mask and I gave them my own masks when they said they did not have any! read more

The crew of 3 members we got from Space Moving delivered their promise of excellence, integrity, mutual respect and efficiency. Topped it off with hardwork and the great care they took while moving our delicate but heavy furniture, crockery etc. They are a little pricey but it was worth it as they avoided all goods and wall/structure damages to the properties. I'm used to going through a cumbersome process of packing, Labelling, unpacking every single item by myself during our numerous job related residential moves with kids and family. The short haul move between Scripps Ranch, (San Diego, CA) to Rancho San Diego was a positive experience. The movers showed up promptly at 8:30 AM (they had given an estimated arrival time between 8 and 9 AM). The movers were methodical in wrapping the furniture and placing it on the hydraulic lift gate of their truck. Offloading was done in the same efficient manner. The allocated time was 3 hours and they finished it well within that time.
