I've been going to this Starbucks for years probably 20+ years. I'm writing this review because they have changed the quality of some of their products. Specifically they've changed from almond milk to an almond drink! It is nasty. I don't understand why they would cut corners when the coffees they are so expensive. I am very sad by this. I will, however still buy coffees with coconut milk. I miss the almond milk though. I always get a cup of water with my coffee too. Their water is amazing. I would also suggest trying the bacon and Gruyère egg bites or the egg, white and roasted red pepper egg bites. I love that Starbucks is dog friendly that warms the atmosphere up for me. I also want to say the service from the barista's is and always has been wonderful. read more

Awesome Starbucks to be at. Employees are always kind and this store stays pretty busy. The coffee here is up to the Starbucks standard and the employees are always trying to make a connection. I love the bush vibe here and enjoy seeing people I know come through all the time while I'm working on my school stuff. I believe they remodeled the inside and it looks great. This should be posted everywhere at Starbucks that they don't have change for customers that carry cash and they only will accept credit cards so you get to wait in line until you get to the counter because there's no communication that Starbucks does not carry cash to give change to customers who want to provide cash Manage management please take notice of this and corrected immediately. This is my go to Starbucks because it's right across where I live. I like the new set-up, it looks bigger and cleaner. Most of the time I get pretty good drinks, taste-wise. Quantity sometimes would be almost full to half cup full , it probably depends on who makes it. Service. Crews can be friendly or unfriendly, or is it lazy? They see you come in and instead of greeting you, they would turn their back on you (probably waiting for each other). Service. Your cashier/order taker Kathy is very unfriendly, sounded so angry when she took my orders today on Oct 13 at 7:19 am. She couldn't hear what I am saying and the background music was too loud for her. She also asked if I want blueberry. I was confused since I only ordered oatmeal. That just makes things more difficult with her. Just sets up a bad mood for the rest of my day. I usually order breakfast and coffee for me and my daughter on Sunday mornings from Starbucks. I love coming here to study. Today I came in to work and my friend recommended the green tea Frappuccino. I like green tea because it's on the bitter side so I ordered it and it was so sweet! I tried to keep drinking it but I couldn't so I went back to exchange it for an iced green tea. The barista said it was fine but then I knew that what I was exchanging it for was cheaper than the Frappuccino. When I asked how much it was she said "don't worry about it" like she was doing me a favor. Whatever. Unbelievable, it was very hot yesterday and I went to the store to have a green tea and get some relief from my fatigue. I went inside, the decor had changed, it was more beautiful. Three people were inside. One of them was on the phone and turned his back to me and was talking. Two other people, one of them was showing some photos to the Starbucks employee and he was also looking and commenting and laughing together. (Maybe the photos were related to the same business, but what is more important than helping the customer who entered the store). I waited for a while, no one paid me the slightest attention. A good one. I sometimes see my neighbors here and chat with them. Lots of places to sit, both inside the store and out. Visually, the store is highly appealing. Lines can get long; go early to avoid the lines. Or go later on, when the crowds thin out and there's plenty of seats from which to choose. Discounts are given when you bring your own cup to use. A plastic reusable cup is sold here for $1 currently, bring that in for usage and you get a discount on your beverage. The recycle container they have is cool. Very clean location. If you use the app enough, you get free refills on certain drinks. Customer service is good here. Paninis are tasty when warmed. read more

I admit I was at Starbucks aat a busy time--9 a.m. on a weekday morning. Unbeknownst to me, the woman ahead of me ordered 25 drinks. This is not hyperbole. She literally was stuffing 4 or 5 bags with drinks. I waited and waited and waited for my drink. Finally, I couldn't wait any longer or I would be late to work. I told the cashier and he gave me a drink card. I didn't look carefully at it until I got to work. The cheap bastards gave me a $4 card for my $5 drink. This has been "my store" for years, going back to when they opened. Still going there because of the convenience and friendly, efficient staff. Don't care for the new "industrial" layout after the recent remodel was completed, less comfortable and much noisier than before, but more in keeping with other stores where I think the idea is to have the customer turnover be as a fast as possible. Don't see many of the former regular customers there any more. I've found other places to hold most of my casual off-site client meetings. Currently (8-18-23), there is a problem that the management will have to address - a man hangs out there and often follows customers out to their cars for unknown reasons. Followed me out to my vehicle after I bought my coffee and was on the phone with a client. Also injects himself into conversations and has been termed a nuisance and "harasser" by some customers I have spoken to. Once this problem is resolved, I will return to Yelp and give a better rating. read more
