We mobile ordered two drinks and two croissants. One croissant was ready when we arrived and one drink was ready about 5-10 minutes after. We politely reminded the barista at the register, she had glasses, a beanie, and was heavy set, but i didn't get her name, that we had one more drink and one more croissant, she replied "we are busy , it's a Friday". About 10 more minutes went by and i saw our croissant be put down on the counter , i pointed at it for my partner to go grab it and the same barista grabbed the croissant and held it, smiling and giggling, at the register while taking an order until our other drink was made and put down on the counter. Once we grabbed our drink and walked away she finally gave us our croissant. Horrible customer service. She was unreasonably rude to us simply because we reminded her that we had a couple items missing. Consistently the worst Starbucks In the Valley. My Salted foam cold brew never done right as compared to other Starbucks in the Valley. They are slow and always out of something. My resent visit was the last straw. Not only were they painfully slow but my Sausage and Cheddar was ice cold almost like the warmed for 10 seconds and gave it to me. The drive thru is convenient and efficient. Today there was no line of cars so it took only a minute or two to get my order. I don't drink coffee that often but I do like the refreshers (cool lime, berry hibiscus). The new "shaken iced peach green tea lemonade" is a mouthful, but it's good! A little bit sweet but I liked it. The valencia orange is meh. Another new item is orange spiced ice coffee. it is sweetened with classic syrup, cinnamon and orange. Might try that next time for a morning pick-me-up. In the winter I enjoy the caramel apple spice. FYI, they will be opening a Yoshinoya next door and they're now hiring. Either too much milk or a lot of kick of the coffee so it wouldn't taste as much as whichever flavor you get (goes to all Starbucks, in my opinion) (Better say "easy on the milk, just one shot of the caffeine"). Let me tell you why this is my favorite Starbucks location in this area. Besides the fact that it is clean and a newer location, the employees have been consistently pleasant. They never make me feel rushed when I order no matter how long the line is. They're always smiling when they hand the drinks over which may seem like a small gesture to some but the attitudes of baristas mean a lot to those of us who might be having a crappy caffeine deprived day. Their drinks are flavored well and remain consistent (unlike some locations) I've also made use of their outdoor seating area and it is quiet enough to conduct one-on-one meetings with staff I work with... Bathrooms are clean. Good selection of items. Overall a great location that sets the bar for other locations. read more

This is one of the worst Starbucks that I have been to. I literally asked them to make my coffee twice and it still came back super milky and had no flavor to it. Be careful getting your drinks here. They will fill up your cup with 75% foam. If you do decided to shop here and you find your cup empty make sure to write down the cashiers name and leave a review on here with that name. I forgot to do that. Cashiers name is also on the receipt because some of them hide it. The swing shift is scam. They would take your order but wait until you arrive at the window before they make your order to see who you are or what race you are then make it after your arrival. They made my latte empty cup. This has been an ongoing issue since they've changed out the staff months ago. Im an everyday Starbucks drinker. Go figure!!!! I neeeeed my coffee and like most people I would like it made correctly. Lately they'll make my drink wrong and hesitate to make it correctly. Then on top of that they mess up the new drink forgetting something else they originally got correct in the first drink. Well I couldn't take it anymore I actually parked my car walked in and ask them to make it correctly with light milk and whip cream as stated on my order at the window. Then this LADY HAS THE Audacity to say to me WELL IT WASNT WRITTEN ON THE CUP WITH ATTITUDE. Now at this point my inner bitch is kicking and screaming. So I normally love this store. The old staff that were here were so friendly and nice and always had a smile on their face. Exactly what you expect from a Starbucks and the quality of the drinks here are always amazing. However, the last time I came here they got my order wrong and when I tried to explain it to the server Tanesha I believe was her name she gave me a dirty look like I was crazy and said well that's not what you ordered. They gave me a list I picked one I said venti when I drove to the window they gave me an iced tea I told them I wanted a hot tea he said, 'oh we dont have hot in this type of tea or this size.' But I will say, last week I was not having a good week. Not by my standards, and not by most people's standards. But there was one shining moment: my interaction with your employee, Brenda. She was courteous, professional, and above all else created a connection that proved her dedication to this job that most people find menial and tedious. Had an encounter with the lead supervisor today, Alisha to be exact. Although, I have always ordered a grande drink and ask them to split it in two tall cups this location along with all other locations I've been to in California have always been kind enough to accommodate, since I have two kiddos; Alisha here refused to accommodate. In addition, I decided to buy two carton apple juices instead and was told they were out; however when I walked in to check low and behold they were in stock. I don't know what personal vendetta this Alisha had toward me, I have never met her; but I have a hunch perhaps she thought I was a Trump supporter cause I wore my American Flag shirt, regardless of who you think people voted for you should show the same customer service to all respectful customers. This is the fastest drive thru Starbucks ever! It is also my current Monday thru Friday Starbucks, and man, do I love the people who work here. I'm a really annoying Starbucks patron. How annoying? Well, if it's 60 degrees outside or warmer, I'm currently ordering an Iced Triple Grande two pump Caramel Brulee latte with soy. If it's chilly, I'll get it at 135 degrees. I've had a Starbucks gold card since 2006. It's a daily ritual. Borderline obsession. Almost unhealthy. Lucky for me, though, I've got Angela & Hannah looking out for me in the drive thru window. These girls are always smiling, even on Mondays, and let's face it, we all need a little extra friendly in our Monday. I've been at my new job since late August, and it's now December, and I've only been handed the wrong drink ONCE in all that time. I know that doesn't sound like a big deal, but when you have a nutball order like mine, you'll generally expect it to get messed up at least once a month!
