Super efficient. You can order online and just pick up whenever is convenient for you - not all the Starbucks offer this unfortunately. Yes it gets super busy especially before 8 am when everybody is rushing to work, but the personal is very efficient and very fast so you won't have to wait that much. They are the first in the area to have the newest product such as the vegan plant base chocolate or almond flavor drinks. Tried and loved the chocolate flavor one, super good and super filling. Came in 15min before closing, Starbucks had no coffee, they decided to finish early I guess, and said no coffee at the coffee place, after I bought whatever I could, I asked to use the restroom and a guy said yes, and 2 girls screamed no no no! This morning before work around 8:25 i ordered on the online app. I went in after 5 minutes of ordering. I got my sandwich right away which was nice but i waited a good 10 minutes after that for an iced matcha that only requires milk and powder. There was ONE guy working on drinks and he was doing an amazing job but unfortunately he was working on every drink except mine. I heard him tell his coworker to make my drink TWICE he told him. THIS GUY WAS ON HIS PHONE THE WHOLE TIME he was wearing a blue sweater or shirt that morning so you guys can know who this guy was but i've worked in customer service before and he was SLACKING BAD. I don't write bad reviews bc i get it but what i don't get is being on your phone and completely ignoring your job especially when there's people that need to get to work too. I work down the street and this is my go to Starbucks . I've never had an issue with them. The employees are always friendly and respectful but today they went above and beyond ! Busy location near Louise on Ventura. Great cappuccino here. Love the ham and swiss breakfast sandwich. The croissant bun is so good. The defense juice with orange, pineapple, mango, cherry and apple is delicious. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Worst customer service I have ever experienced at my favorite store, Starbucks. Took 19min for ice coffee mobile order and it was completely wrong. When i asked for my drink, the barista pushed it towards me and said it's ready, it was missing the sugar and half and half. Then he grabbed it with an attitude and poured some half and half in my ice coffee. I was about to leave and I tasted it and sugar was missing so when I went back to the same barista, he questioned me, r u sure?? Did you even try? And when I said yes, he grabbed some sugar and put it on the table not looking at me. I usually don't write bad reviews , this was my fifth bad experience at this store and I didn't expect this from Starbucks barista. Starbucks is all about customer service. Decent location, in a busy shopping center. Ventura Blvd is already super congested, so keep that in mind when going to this location. I noticed they had a small patio outdoors & inside seating was still unavailable. Once I ordered I only waited a few minutes and I was out the door. Had to come here cause the nearby store closed early. I am not happy with the service. The guy taking my order spoke very low. Didn't ask a name for my order. He didn't even have his apron on. Next the girl making the drinks wouldn't call out the orders. She would like sort off toss the items on the counter. When my order was next, I realized the guy took my order wrong. So I asked if they can give me another cup with less ice, I didn't have a problem with having to pay extra. But they just flipped my drink ice and all into another cup and added juice. read more

Always a few open spots near the store. Can get a bit crowded, but I never have a problem finding a comfortable study spot. read more

I have been going to STARBUCKS at Encino and Louise since it opened. I am a long time trident and along with 5 other girls we have met there daily for years. I was there two days ago, ordered, and by the time I reached home(2minutes), I realized they gave me the incorrect order and discarded it. I went to STARBUCKS at Hayvenhurst yesterday, whose employees are polite, perfectly observing covid regulations and are so friendly. Went back today to STARBUCKS at Louise and Ventura, told them about the error and they treated me like I was a liar. The three people working there were horrible, rude, ignored me like I was so poor that I needed a free cup of coffee. Really really sad when there are nice people that need jobs. Yeah, I hate to pile on but management has to get on this location. It is absolutely filthy. Just a mess. It's Sunday, 3:45 pm. Very slow, maybe one drink every 10 or 15 minutes. Empty tables. Two employees. I think one might me training. The drink is good (I took a chance), but they haven't even wiped down the counter they're standing right next to and placing orders on. I had to wipe down the table I sat at. The floor is littered with paper, crumbs and dirt. The trash can is visibly overflowing. Also everything is worn out and damaged. All the table tops, the condiment station, the service counter. Scratched, discolored, beat up. The window sill is black with dirt. And I'm pretty sure those are baby roaches I'm seeing, not ants. But maybe ants. I understand getting overwhelmed and things getting messy during a big rush of customers. But I don't understand refusal to do very basic, easy wipedowns and a quick floor sweep. I think I see a manager doing bakery inventory. So there's no rookie excuse. Btw, the employees were very nice, attentive and fast service. Sorry, guys. You gotta clean. read more

I usually don't go to this location, I go to the one on Ventura next to Harvest Bar or the one on Van Nuys & Vanowen; the drinks taste the same 95% of the time. I get a soy latte at least 4 days a week so I know what it tastes like. When I came here, there were about 3 people in line but it moved really quickly. The person taking my order was nice enough but when my drink came out, it was just hot milk. I don't think they purposely left out the espresso shot but Starbucks is known for it's perfectly crafted coffee drinks and this was definitely a let down. Ugh I really hate to leave a bad review. Hopefully next time I come, my drink will be right & I can update this. read more

I changed my job location 3 months ago and since then I've been visiting this starbucks regularly. Well ever since they reopened. I place the same order on my app everyday. For the most part they are very nice and friendly. My problem was they put so much heavy cream on my drinks that they looked light brown. I specifically indicate Light hc. On Main Street and always very busy store. Today in for a quick stop a one drink deal. Lots of seats taken and seats available to hang out. When I walked in there was a line and one cashier. I think everyone got their purchases before I got my drink. I approached the counter and saw barista start my drink. I don't usually go to this location. I really enjoyed my visit the drink quality is really held up to standard. I'm really picky about the milk to foam ratio on a latte. A lot of other Starbuck's pour way too much foam. I'm glad that wasn't the case at this location. read more
