I visit this location often with my bestie. They know her by name and remember her drink every-time. Everyone here are always in a good mood no matter how busy the store is. The drive through is always fast, the drinks are always accurate and it's always calm inside. I like to relax at a table and enjoy some girl talk, or we hit the drive thru while we are out shopping. We had two Albertsons App promos (we each had one), so we had 2 separate transactions. Every once in a while, there is the $2.00 beverage promo for App users. Clean place. Three tables. One table for handicapped access. The other tables are two-seaters. Small location. Merchandise in several areas. All day breakfast selections. Some baked goods. This Starbuck is good and quick if you just need your coffee when shopping inside Albertsons. My friend got his frap with an extra shot and they made it quick. He also wanted one of their flask so he purchased that. They only have 3 table where you can sit and enjoy your coffee or eat. They didn't have anymore food on display so I don't know if they ran out. The only person working there was polite and give us a friendly vibe. read more

Put in an order for a grande ice coffee and a venti water and ice. I paid my balance and I let the lady know I'll be back to grab my items while I deposit at the ATM inside the same Albertsons. When I come to pick up my beverages the venti ice water was not there. When I asked for it the lady rolled her eyes and said it will be .95 for it. I paid it and the other lady asked if I wanted change. Told them to keep it. I almost felt like asking for my tip back to pay for the water. I tipped a dollar when I order like I usually do. This Starbucks is small in comparison to others in the area as it's located inside the Albertsons against the wall right by the entrance. The one thing that definitely makes this particular Starbucks different is the customer service the barista gives you. This lady is there on Sunday morning which is when I stopped there. She was kind, she was professional and just a very pleasant person. Just a very nice person all around. There are two other Starbucks in the area that provide the same product but I will continue to come to this one just because the Barista made me feel valued. I order a lot of coffee on Doordash because I get so tired from work (I'm in essential food service too) and they usually write something nice on the bag, or if they're out of something they leave a note which is so sweet. I saw little flying bugs in the pastry cabinet! EW EW EW. On the pastry and flying!!! There was only one guy working so I wasn't too upset about how long the wait was. There were three people waiting for their drinks. But it gave me enough time to choose what I wanted. I ended up getting large passion fruit tea and it tasted like water. My stomach was kinda sick afterwards, not too sure if it was just me over thinking the bug thing or what. But this was my first and last time at this Starbucks. So I came to this location couple months ago & there was 1 young girl working with an accent. Now I rated this place low because of this girl & my experience here, nothing else. So I ordered a horchata frap & paid & was waiting maybe like 5 mins before she asked me "do you know how to make that drink?" ... I'm looking at her like.... "no, isn't that ur job?" She's all oh yeah yeah yeah.. so then she goes and like looks at some book (I'm assuming it has the recipes in it)... and she's like "I don't know how to make this". I'm like well is there someone else who can make it like it's in the menu .. she said no it was just her. So I'm kind of irritated cause I really wanted one but wtv .. She said "yeahhhh...... uhhhh...... my bad" I'm jus staring at her like well wouldn't u have known that u didn't know how to make this drink when u were ringing me up for it? Omg but she gave my money back but it was just the most awkward situation, experience I've ever gone through. I'm scared of that Starbucks it was weird. I'm surprised they left her by herself if she was still training because she didn't have the social skills that we normally are greeted with at Starbucks, nor the knowledge of some of the drinks. read more

This is a 5 star location, forget the busters that gave 4 stars because they had to "wait". If you've ever been in the drive thru line at the warm springs/rainbow location that's a 10-20min wait. The people that work here are friendly and will do anything that make your coffee right. I come here often, and I don't mind getting out of my car to get my order here because the baristas here actualy care about the customer and your order. Customers that aren't happy with the service here are DIFFICULT customers. I can order a very complex drink and still leave happy knowing it took longer than 20 seconds to make. read more
