This is the slowest drive thru Starbucks ever! My family lives across the street so I have been to this Starbucks several times through the years but never had the nerve to write a bad review until my most recent experience. I ordered the tomato mozzarella panini (usually super delicious) and iced black tea. Not only did the guy leave me hanging at the window while I waited for my card back, but my sandwich was completely smashed and falling apart. I understand that this is a coffee shop, but if you are going to charge almost $6 for a panini, it should be decent, in my opinion. This Starbucks is cool because it has a drive thru. They also have a fancy collection of special coffees not offered at "normal" Starbucks. I think they brew these select coffees a special way too. Parking was a little tight when I came, but this is a convenient location. read more

After going to another location and being told they were out of the chestnut praline I decided to come here where I was told they were also out of the chestnut praline but was given the explanation that there is a shortage in the warehouse so all of the locations in the area would be out I decided to just order a caramel brulee. Once I got home and reached for my drink to head inside I noticed that it felt a little light (yes Im enough of an addict to know when the weight of my drink does not feel right lol) so I opened the lid and noticed that there was a very significant amount of liquid missing. And also no sign that there was any whipped cream ever on it. So after paying an extra $.60 for a grande and only receiving a tall in a grande cup I am not a very happy lady and will be rethinking which Starbucks I will be giving my business to. read more

Ordered through the app, a venti iced cold foam cappuccino ,and though I like the app I was disappointed that this coffee tasted like it had hardly any coffee in it. So I brought it up to the barista, who said 'well it's coffee with foam and milk' . Ok...on that note,anyone who is a coffee aficionado knows there's a difference between a latte and a cappuccino I just think personally that for 5$ You should get some coffee in your drink and get what you want. I went to this location to meet a friend with my service dog. The barista was extremely ignorant and rude and first asked if it was a seeing eye dog while I was looking straight at her, she then asked if I had my badge and I said no. She stated that there are two women who come in with their service dogs and they carry badges. The shear ignorance of this barista astounds me. My dog was trained as a service dog for veterans with PTSD and she caused me to become extremely agitated as a result of her demeanor. She should be reprimanded if I got her name and educated on the correct procedure and laws on service dogs. read more

But this particular Starbucks will charge you for a whole new drink if you didn't buy the drink at this location and STAYED at the location for the refill. I don't know what it is, but they make the strawberry acai refreshers PERFECTLY. Sometimes other places do way too much water but this one nails it. I go to this one specifically for the convenience of the drive-thru. The service is always great and though there is sometimes a wait, I'm always out in less than 10 minutes even with the longest lines. It's reasonable to expect some wait time with a busy location and a widely-popular coffee chain. I agree with Will R., Sleep E., and Yezennia M. -- this particular Starbucks Drive-Thru is consistent with their coffee drinks and the baristas are very friendly and polite, and so are the customers! On several occasions, I have received free coffee drinks because the customer in the car in front of me would purchase the drink for me. I really appreciated those times especially after a long day of studying and class lectures--and it has only happened at this particular Starbucks! The only time I experienced what Calvin B. describes is when they first opened and were getting their groove together. Sorry that he had a bad experience at this particular store, but the more recent times I have gone and the line is long, they worked as quickly as possible and always got my order right. I love starbucks. I've become a gold member card holder since I go as much as I do. It's consistent, and I make it a point to go almost daily. The food and desserts are great... as well as the coffee. They even sell the squeezable fruit that my toddler son can eat. every one is happy! Just made it through the drive through line and when I finally got up to the order window I was told I could not have the drink I wanted..lol. I ordered a pour over coffee. It was 4pm and I drove here specifically for that drink. They told me that it would take 10 minutes to take out the things needed to make a pour over and they don't do that if they have brewed coffee at this time of day. Are you kidding me.? First of all I waited 10 minutes just to order and it takes 2 extra items to make a pour over. A filter and a paper filter..lol. I think when you are a coffee specialty store, you should give your customer a pour over if they ask for it, any time of the day. So yes, I sat a few more minutes and then drove off with no coffee because they would not make it. This doesn't exactly make me feel good about spending hundreds of dollars at Starbucks every year. There was a huge crowd of people standing on top of each other waiting for their drinks because there's nowhere else to stand. They also got my order wrong and made me a completely different drink than what I asked for. The blonde middle aged lady that is at the register is rude as hell. She started making my order without hearing me out completely first acting like she was in a hurry when i was the only one in line. I asked for a grande coffee customized with hazelnut and carmel, light on ice. She started pouring regular hot coffee while i was still talking. When i finished telling her my order and told her that i didnt order a hot coffee, she rolled her eyes and gave me so much attitude. Firstly, let people finish ordering before u start getting the drink acting like you know what someones going to get and drop the attitude..if you hate your job and people, dont work there. I watched the person making my iced tea top it off with water! There was enough brewed black tea in the pitcher to fill my cup about half way up, but instead of making more, the person crammed more ice into the cup- then took a pitcher of water and filled the cup the rest of the way up. I came here today to do some online work and found that first, their wifi is lagging so bad it is worse than dial-up and many pages time out. Luckily there is a Verizon next door that I was able to use (True AT&T v.s. Verizon moment here!). Secondly, I went to plug my laptop into an outlet and it was dead so I had to move. 0 for 2 now. As a gold member I get the emails saying that you get this free item(breakfast sandwich). Well I placed my order got to the window and for some reason the code wasn't working with my gold card. The lady got the manager and she approved it. I'm very happy with the service here,because it's not the first time I have had issues with the gold card and them giving me great service.
