I asked twice why when she made it wrong and I've already paid ... The refresher was good but my macchiato was made wrong and tasted like water. Beautiful interior so the ambiance was 5 stars but if it wasn't for the fact I had to get to the New Balance Championships I would have asked for a manager. Stopped by this Starbucks in University City today and had a really smooth experience. The barista was friendly and got my order right even though it was pretty busy. The caramel latte tasted great and the place felt cozy enough to sit and work for a bit. Clean tables, fast service, and a good vibe overall. I'd definitely come back. read more

I follow the Starbucks Instagram page and recently saw a post advertising an offer that prompted me to visit Starbucks. Before going, I carefully reviewed the fine print and confirmed that the offer was valid. When I arrived, I politely showed a screenshot of the post to the employee. However, the employee was rude and displayed an unprofessional attitude throughout the transaction. When I attempted to calmly explain the situation, the employee responded with further attitude instead of assisting me. The drink is good however I did not receive the offer and I was very unhappy with how the transaction was handled. read more

I was in town for a family event and needed coffee so I found this Starbucks. I placed a mobile order once I parked near the building. I waited a few minutes before going in to provide my personal cup. Once I walked in, I was surprised that no one greeted me (I'm used to my other locations I frequent greeting everyone as they walk in the door). The person making drinks seemed flustered so I waited before presenting my personal cup. The finished product was mediocre, at best. The sandwiches I ordered were completed several minutes before the drinks, so they were barely warm once I received them. (They were also under-cooked.) Neither drink tasted like they usually do at other regular locations, but I took them and went on my way as I needed the coffee and didn't have time to request them to be remade. With that being said, I likely won't visit this location again. $30 is a lot of money to waste. read more

Deniz took the time to find me a mug that was a part of the holiday sale. With his help, I finally decided on a cute festive little number. He also made my day, complimenting my hair and providing the best customer service a girl could hope for. I typically don't really leave many reviews for bigger chains, but I've been frequenting this Starbucks as a student at Penn, and I honestly do not have any complaints. Many of the other Starbucks on campus close super early, and this is one of the only ones that actually close when I am coming back from class. Not to mention I typically use the app, and I don't even have to end up waiting at all. I've never had an issue getting the wrong drink, and I can almost always find seating as long as it isn't during a prime time like a Saturday afternoon. Definitely prefer this Starbucks over others like the one on 34th or the one in commons, so I am more than happy to leave a positive review for this one. read more

I got here at like 8am. I ordered my drink at 8:13am and it wasn't even ready until 8:36! Lmao like that how packed it was in there and I was sick! Like I couldn't believe it took so long to make my drink. I told the lovely lady at the cashier register my name is Cyn and she wrote Sam. I went inside this store and wanted to look at the menu (it wasn't my first time at Starbucks but I wanted to get something new). The lady working with an attitude was like why are you standing there that is only for pick up orders. I was like I want to look at the menu. She was like you need to stand here. I joke about this place being my office space, because it's my default study place on campus to get some work done. Why? Let me tell you why :P - Outlets everywhere! Underneath tables, along the walls, in the ground - you name it - High tables and low tables. Options are a wonderful thing, especially when you want to first sit and work for a while, and then stand and work for a while - Open until midnight almost every night, even weekends! On Sundays they close at 10pm, but even that is later than most other coffeeshops in general - Convenient location, being so close to frogro, the bank, the post service, CVS, food, etc. It's nice to get some of your errands out of the way/pick up a snack on your way to or from studying. - The baristas are super friendly! They know the regulars, they aren't stingy about giving you water, and they frequently offer free drinks when they have a misplaced order - Bathrooms are large and relatively clean. They're not particularly fancy but they have toilet seat covers (which I love) and it's generally very well maintained - Lots of seating. So far, I've pretty much never had an incident where I couldn't find at least one seat, even though there are certain times of the day when it get a bit crowded. But compared to other coffeeshops on campus or in the city, this Starbucks is a safe bet on finding space If you see me there (which is very likely), feel free to say hello :) PS. This Starbuck location is very friendly and accommodating to college students. There is a full menu and the hours usually last till midnight. Per usual, the design is very open and the number of outlets is quite plentiful. Just make sure you don't run your cord across the floor how I did as a safety hazards. Oops (TT). The service at this location was very warm and open. One person greeted me and acknowledge my presence in the queue and try to prepare my order so I was not waiting too long. I received a starbucks card as a gift and decided to get breakfast and coffee drink after doctor appointment. I had my fave spinach egg white feta wrap and a half caff Americano. The Americano was too weak but maybe because decaf is not ad strong as their regular espresso. My wrap sandwich was delicious ad alwaus. Employees were nice and listened. I visited this place on 2017/8/11, around 3 o'clock. I ordered ice tall cafe mocha. The barista, who took my order, didn't ask my name and also forgot to prepare my drink. I had to stand right in front of the counter for like 20 mins waiting my drink. All the other customers got their drinks but me. She finally thought that something was weird and then asked me "what did you order?" God, she took my order 20 minutes ago and most of drinks were ordered via app so there were not much people she met during that 20 mins. Maybe she forgot my drink, because I was a foreigner and she thought it's okay to treat that way. But I wasted my 30 mins and was late for my appointment with my friend. She did not apologize me ever. Worse thing was her attitude. when she finally gave me the drink, she almost tossed it in to me. My friend, who came at the moment, saw her attitude and asked me what was wrong with her. The whole experience that I got from this Starbucks was very unpleasant because of one blunt and rude barista who worked at the moment. I will never order my drinks at the place!!!!! read more
