During my visit, I observed that the floors appeared dirty and inadequately maintained, which immediately raised concerns about the overall cleanliness of the establishment. Additionally, I was bitten multiple times by what appeared to be bugs while on the premises. When I reported these concerns to the staff, I felt that the matter was not treated with the seriousness it warranted, and no meaningful action appeared to be taken in response. I typically come by here (drive-thru) once a week, on my way to work, to treat myself to a Carmel Frappuccino. This time (06/24/26), it was just awful. Had absolutely no Carmel flavor and it was watery (instead of frothy). If the label hadn't said "Carmel Frapp" - I would have thought I received the wrong drink. For $6.50, I expect a decent drink. I only go to the Starbucks if I'm on my way somewhere cause it's on the way if I come here 10 times my drink is made correctly once. Today I ordered my $9.27 drink it's made wrong. They use whipped cream instead of the sweet cold foam. I tell the people hey this is made wrong. It has whipped cream instead the girl simply wipes, the whipped cream off and says it's basically the same thing. It's not the same. The sweet cold foam makes the drink sweet whipped cream has an oily taste. Now to wait 20 minutes to go back through the drive-through just to get refunded for my garbage drink that I walked back in and handed them that they didn't offer to even remake. I love starbucks. This was my first time at this location, the drink tasted good but not really sure why it wasn't filled up. I am loving these new shaken espresso drinks. The toasted vanilla is my new favorite. The brown sugar one is pretty good as well! The staff was friendly and quick. I placed a mobile order, and because the barista wasn't paying attention I almost got another Chris's mobile order I said I only had one drink so took what was mine but y'all should be more careful because the other Chris might've not been happy if his drink wasn't ready when he came. Every time I get a drink there it's wrong. I try my hardest to NOT go to this location. But but today I decided to walk over cause it is across the street from my house. I have two kids and breast-feeding a two month old. It is the middle of the summer and I recently got surgery on my wrist at 9 AM. I decided to go on a walk to Starbucks since I am unable to drive since my wrist it was hot but we figured we would cool down with a cup of water when we get there. I had $2.50. Once we got there they refuse to let me buy a cup of water, which I've done multiple times. I have two kids with me that are panting hot and it is over 100° out. We are now forced to walk back without letting us buy a cup of water. This should be illegal it's absolutely unbelievable. How rude the barista was. With a company that rips people off for eight dollar coffees it's unbelievable. You can't sell a mother a cup of water for her kids. I will do everything I can to make attention and notice to this poorly run, and uncaring, store. GO ELSE WHERE. There's a Starbucks across the street in Safeway that makes the drink you actually want with service that doesn't make you feel like a dog. read more

I ordered online at this Starbucks location after driving some distance. I chose the pick up in store option and it was readily accepted and debited my account. Upon arriving at the store I found that the "in store" was closed and my only option was to use the drive thru. Unfortunately, I was driving a vehicle that couldn't navigate the drive thru lane. There were no cars in the drive thru so I walked up to the window. The worker there was very rude and told me that I couldn't walk up to the drive thru. Fine, I asked if he could pass it to me through the stores door. He rudely told me that he wouldn't do that. Now I have to go through the hassle of getting a refund online. Extremely poor management and customer service by allow online orders, but not following through. I've finally had it with Starbucks and will be asking for my credit card to be credited the amount in my account. Which will be immediately closed. I will never step into a Starbucks again. Been here a few times last time I was waiting for a long time at the window of the drive through but they gave me a grande for no extra cost. Today I went to get a Carmel ribbon crunch, it was me and a car behind. I was waiting at the window for about 5-6 minutes before the lady greeted me and took my card. There was a guy cleaning up, he could've helped while the girl was taking the other persons order. Went to this Starbucks around 8 pm when they close at 9:30pm and there was no lights on and when I let them know I had ordered ahead and I showed up at the time it said it would be done the girl with the dark hair and arm tattoo on her left side said " we just received that I would really appreciate it if you would put your order in earlier and come a little later" pulled up to the window the we could see inside and the two girls were on the phone and laughing and when they finally got to doing the drinks they both hadn't washed their hands after handling their phones and went on to make our drinks. We were missing drinks and when we let them know we were they said that we didn't and we went back and forth and showed them the confirmation on the phone they looked back onto the screen and said oops looks like we might have pushed it out without making it.
