The staff are great. Very helpful. They ask plenty of questions about your drink to get it right. While sitting facing the window, you get a nice view of the parking lot. I was here for the Frappuccino happy hour, and it was crowded. After I made my order I waited for it. When I got my order I got confused because it looks like someone had a big sip out of my cup already. I went to the cashier and asked if this is the correct amount for the size of the cup that I ordered. Even the cashier agreed that it looks like someone took a big sip out of my cup and he offered to make me another one. Usually go to Starbucks for a consistent ice tea or coffee. Never expect too much but had an experience recently that was especially disappointing. Yesterday we ordered 5 coffee travelers that were for a pick up today. From the moment the barista answered the phone yesterday I was impressed. She was very helpful and her customer service was great! I can't express how good it feels to receive great customer service because it's hard to come by these days. When my husband came in a little early to pick up the ordered, the person assisting him was very polite, extremely helpful and she went over and beyond for us!! Always a bad time , sucks that this is my near by Starbucks , but I rather go to the Montebello town Center Starbucks or the Starbucks in the Rosemead Shopping Center then this location, always messing up orders and joking around. I've seriously had better... Went there for a late night fix and had 2 orders. The coffee came out alright, but my chocolate shake was a total mistake! The thing tasted like watered down chocolate protein shake. I would've asked the barista to remake it, but they were closing in 30 minutes so I just tossed it...AND I HATE WASTING. Starbucks, wherever you go, all beverages and food taste about the same. Let me talk about the environment in here, it is the worst dirty place with bad parking lot. Coffee here is great whether it's hot or cold. I didn't like the female worker because she messed things up and made me look stupid. I just wanted to reload my card and use it to pay after I reloaded my card. Not add money and order then pay. How am I supposed to pay with an empty card? She made it my fault by saying, "but you said you wanted to reload and order." Woman, I said I wanted to reload. You asked me what I wanted to order. I went to several Starbucks and this location a few times, but they all understood what I said. How can she get reloading a card wrong and keep pushing the blame on me. Got my backpack stolen here after walked away for 2 min. I found out this has happened more than once before here and the store manager seems to still not see a reason to add a camera to protect their customers. The only camera available is right at the cashiers. I certainly won't be back. I have been to this Starbucks a couple times and I like it! The service and atmosphere is friendly. I recommend trying the passion fruit ice tea lemonade (sweetened). Yeah, it is a mouth full but it is very good!! The place is quite small but it does have an OK amount of seats. Plus, there is a patio with chairs so, you can enjoy the sun and sip some coffee! Also, like any other Starbucks, it is a good place to do your homework or study because there is free wifi and not too loud! read more

Really polite workers who mind their own business, and helpful when requested. However, the environment of this particular location is INSANELY LOUD. Dawdling customers love to shriek at the top of their lungs like it's their home. It makes me slightly anxious and a little hinged to be around very verbally passionate people at a simple Starbucks shop. The caffeine probably amplifies them. Be prepared to invest in noise cancelling headphones cause those plastic apple earbuds just won't cut it. read more

On Feb 15th. I and my two friends got into Starbucks at 7:00pm. The waitress came then asked us what we want to order. It was fine except her texture on face: flat, looks unfriendly and impolite. We were tired for the whole day hanging out and walking. The way they served were very terrible. The taste of new flavor are bad. We couldn't even drink their up. I regularly go to three different Starbucks, and often hit about three others. This one is consistently the best Starbucks. First and most important, the coffee here always tastes like coffee, while at many Starbucks, after the first few sips you realize the only flavor you are getting is hot dilute half and half. I was at Starbucks on Saturday May 7th, My boyfriend was in line for quite a while and when he finally got to the register an employee names Candi took his order, her ordered me a grasshopper and she said she didn't know what that was and that it was too busy for her to go and look it up but if he could give her the ingredients they would make it. He got out of the long line googled it got back in the long line and finally he made it back to the register where he read her the ingredients from his phone. I feel this is terrible customer service, shouldn't the baristas know what the ingredients are on their products? I will never go back there again. When my drink was finally ready they handed it to me with no whipped cream, my boyfriend told the barista he ordered it with whipped cream and she grabbed it back out of his hand like we were bugging her and reluctantly added it.
