The workers are very nice and I never seem to have a problem. They always get my order right and I just love Starbucks. Once I went to another Starbucks and they got my order wrong but here, I seem to go here a lot and they never seem to get my order wrong. Terrible service. Took over 20 minutes for my pour over. Barista forgot to make it after I ordered. I didn't mind the wait within the first 10 minutes...I'm a fairly patient person. So then I went up to the counter to ask if it was done. I hadn't even been made. Took another 10 to be made. At least 5+ other drinks(ordered after me) had been made in that time for other customers. Wasted my finals' study time for a simple pour over. Not cool. read more

This is my least favorite Starbucks location. To start it off, the parking lot is extremely small and always smells like garbage. The Starbucks inside isn't much bigger either. It's such a hassle to come to this location in terms of turning into this plaza. There's not much tables, only about one big table so you won't have much space for studying here, if that's your intent. The only thing I like about this location, but can be found in most others, is the service. Starbucks workers are always very nice. I very much appreciate nice people in the early morning when I'm not at my nicest. read more

The coffee tastes the same as every other starbucks. The employees are energetic and bubbly here, which is a plus. But one person making coffee when 20 customers are waiting is a no no. I saw about 5 employees working today, but only one person at the cashier and one person making drinks. This one is always packed, so they should do something about the long wait. read more

Starbucks on San Gabriel and Garvey is usually packed with people studying, it's sometimes hard to find a table. This location is a hot spot, so you can get internet access here. The store itself is clean, neat, and tidy. The baristas are super nice and friendly. They're willing to give you any suggestions on any drinks that you have questions about and most likely give you a sample of the drink too. I normally come here to study with friends. The music isn't too loud and if it is, the staff are more than willing to turn it down. The drinks taste alright, pretty much the typical latte or fraps that you can get at every other starbucks. read more

Starbucks is Starbucks, but this particular one just feels ghetto. There isn't really any polite way to put this...but, the customers here are just too fobby/old country immigrant. It's usually a group of old Chinese/Vietnamese men, and they creepily leer at the young women. They smoke, spit, hog all the tables/chairs, and have loud conversations in their native languages. This weekend, I even saw a couple opening/eating boxes of dim sum inside the store! Classy. The customer service here isn't so great either. Not that friendly and they tend to make a lot of mistakes (overcharging for a larger size, forgetting the whip, etc.) Other cons about this Starbucks include the small parking lot (where my car got hit by a truck a few years ago) and the cleanliness of the store/outside patio. read more

Was planning to come in to do a simple transaction of reloads for the kids, three transaction probably take 3 minutes but apparently the manager, Vivian, said no transaction, no reload, Starbucks policy. It's a fraud. You're kidding me I'm here with the cards, with everyone that I'm trying to do the reload to and you're telling me, fraud. How embarrassing. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE. Do not come here if you need to use the internet. So far my WIFI experience has been TERRIBLE. I'm sorry Starbucks, but to be honest I would not come here if I didn't get a free gift card from this place. It's really important that you have faster Wifi connection for people who like to have the full Starbucks experience. More and more of your competitors are offering free faster wifi* I thought it was only one location that has this problem, but unfortunately after 3 Starbuck locations, I would have to say that I'm extremely disappointed. I went to this Starbucks yesterday and it seemed like a great place to have a meeting! The atmosphere was nice and the noise level was on a low basis which has a nice, relaxing feel to it when you step inside. However, the place was somewhat packed and there were less tables and chairs. Overall, this place is great whenever you just want to step in and have a nice cup of coffee. read more

I ordered frappuccino here, but it's really flat and tastes like water with coffee. I guess they add too much ice or water.

They need to announce the name of the person and the drink name. They gave me someone else's drink. The manger need to address this issue.

Both times I've been the staff was very nice, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome by engaging in conversation.

Umm, Starbucks is $$$. I like going here to use the free WiFi. I do like their holiday themed drinks, peppermint and egg nog.

This is probably my least favorite Starbucks. They always mess up my order, and every time I place a mobile order they're always sold out of at least one item I purchased. I do the mobile order to skip the line but end up waiting even longer bc either a) my order isn't ready yet b) no one is willing to assist me or c) they're sold out! The only reason why I keep coming back to this Starbucks is because it's the closest one near me but honestly if you can avoid it, please do. It's super messy inside and outside, there's guys who are smoking right in front of the door 24/7 and makes it smell terrible! If you like to sit down and enjoy your coffee, don't think about doing it there, there's NEVER any seating inside, and the outside area is a mess, smells terrible, and the seats and tables are always dirty. read more

Went yesterday DIANA helped with my mobile order pick up she was extremely fuckin rude I hope the store manager has a talk with her! First of all I asked her for a venti cup w extra ice for my grande iced caramel macchiato she's all next time write it in the app I told her they don't have that option she's all yes they do I've seen it, she kept going back & fourth with me I told ok I'll show you pulled out my phone showed her I was like I told you it's only for the iced coffees to put it in a different cup size! read more

I love this Starbucks location. It is very close to my work, there is a parking lot that always has space and the staff is very friendly. I've been coming here for a year now and at this point I don't even have to tell them what I want - I'll just have the usual. And the drinks are consistently well made. This particular Starbucks is always pretty crowded. Although its crowded, the staff seems to be on top of the orders and very organized. But I must say my drink is usually pretty simple and easy to make and I am out of that place. I usually don't stay at a Starbucks to sit and mingle and if I do is to meet a client. As most Starbucks, the place sometimes is very loud and difficult to find a spot to sit. Gotta be quick on your feet and run to the table before someone else takes it. As for customer service, they seem to be nice at times and give you some small chat when it's not too busy but other than that, its a quick hello and thank you.
