If you haven't heard of this place then you most likely just got out of a time machine that traveled from the 70's. Love my Starbucks! Especially this specific one. It literally shares a building with Well Fargo so when I need to make a transaction and drink my daily coffee it is all here! The service is always on point. They are very catering and they never have a foochi face when you order something complicated. When I do need to go to Wells Fargo, I put in my order at Starbucks first and then to Wells. It's unbelievable how many new people they have hired here, and they all have the worst customer service skills ever. This place is crashing and will soon burn,all by the hands of these new untrained baristas. His place used to be amazing! Never any mistakes the manager used to be awesome but then came in this new guy called Chris. I can't believe he's a manager. This guy doesn't even know how to carry himself in a professional manner. I asked him if the girl that rang me up was her first week here, he said yes. I let him know she was very unfriendly and made absolutely no I contact with me and how she just kept looking down at the register and that I couldn't hear her voice at all. His face was completely expressionless, he just stared at me, I had to ask him if he had heard me and he just said "uhuh". I just hate coming to a multi billion dollar company that hires lazy and complacent rude people with no social skills. As if I'm coming in asking for free drinks and food. The employees are very unprofessional here. The person making my coffee found something to be so funny and started to laugh so hard that spit is probably flying inside my cup as she cackled herself to death. On top of that, whatever she found so funny caused her to take an extra minute or so to finish making my coffee. Her coworkers join in and continue the conversation causing her to delay the process even more. They kept yelling "hahaha hashtag cackle haha". When I'm in a rush, I get irritated. Focus people! Finally found a Starbucks with minimal lines and fast service. I think because it is inside a bank and small you don't get the normal suspects nor the crowds that can make waiting for a coffee excruciating. My new favorite place and easy in and easy out provided you avoid Fair Oaks during rush hour. read more

I love going to this Starbucks. They always get my coffee right and everyone is so friendly. Tim, Kasey, Giselle, Liz & Ekim are super cool and always help me out. I can always start up a converstation with them and I feel like a valued customer. I feel like part of the community when I come here. Not to much to say as its another Starbucks. However, customer service here is great, and they're pretty speedy, even when busy. Only down side is that because it's in a bank, "indoor voices" are HIGHLY encouraged, so avoid having a coffee date with a friend here. Very dissapointed with this location. I asked for my latte and a pastry, the girl taking my order asks me for my name then asks me to wait a minute. She gets back and stares at me until I ask how much it is. Very awkward! I would expect of the cashier to let me know how much my total is in order for me to dig into my wallet and get my money out. 5 minutes later I see the girl on the other end placing what looked like my order on the counter but didn't say a thing so I assume it's probably not mine 5 minutes later I see they didn't call anyone up and no one is grabbing it so I walk up to the counter and ask if it's my order and she's says "I don't know, what did you order?" Well shouldn't you call out my name when my order is ready in order for me to come get it. What's the point of asking for my name if you're not going to use it? Ugh so frustrated. Every time I come here I am disappointed. I placed an online order and checked in as soon as I got to location. Barista told me it wasn't ready and I waited needlessly for an additional approx 15 min while both my food and drink sat getting cold. I asked someone else who took it from the area where it had been sitting the whole time. This is the worst SB in the area. I will not be coming back. This by far the smallest Starbucks in the world. They do share a space with Wells Fargo so I get it. The service is great but they don't have any outlets. Well they have one that has an extension cord plugged into it. I was very surprised they didn't have a place to plug into. I'm assuming they don't want people to stay for too long, which is unfortunate. Make sure your laptop, phone or tablet is fully charged before trying to get some work done here. Good luck read more

This is my local Starbucks. I love the people who work here, especially the manager, Barb. Unfortunately, the wall and sidewalk on the side of the street where most park has smelled really nasty for over a week. I don't know who is responsible, but I would not stand for that if I ran the place. Until the situation improves I can't give the place more than 2 stars. read more

It's a Starbucks, so there's not much I can say about the menu that isn't already common knowledge. The service, on the other hand, can be frustrating at times. Oftentimes the workers seem more interested in their own conversations than serving the drinks. boooooo :( u can always tell the quality of a starbucks by what they are doing 20 minutes to closing! everything in the case was put away & staff was already cleaning to go home. super irritating that a business advertises they are open until 9pm yet starts shutting down early affecting customer service. why not begin closing @ 9pm & serve customers until then?!?!? the woman who rung me up did not want to be bothered - she either couldnt hear me or wasnt paying attention when i requested the size of an iced coffee. the guy cleaning was nice but i was already irritated that i had to ask for pastries that i don't feel should have been put away until 9pm when they close. during the day this place is a zoo - very small space. skip this location & find a better one! read more

please update your sign on your window with store hours. If you open at 6:30 on sunday then change it on your sign. It says 6am! Stood outside for 10-15 minutes at the door oustide at 6:10 am while the two male workers just pretended not to hear or see me. They just looked at me from inside..Common courtesy would have been to tell me the hours on the window were wrong. Terrible. read more

This is probably the worst Starbucks I've been to by far. Ordered around 2pm on 11/13 and there were 2 people ahead of us in line and nobody behind us. despite that, the Partner working bar was backed up about 7 drinks. I ordered an iced peppermint mocha, an iced caramel brulle latte (both with whip) and a Venti mocha frappacino with an add shot. Both the iced drinks came with whip, but not with dome lids, essentially shortening my drink volume despite there being dome lids in both sizes sitting right next to the flat lids. There was no flavor syrup in the latte either so it was basically an iced latte with whipped cream. The add shot for the frapp was poured directly over the ice instead of in the mix so it watered down the drink and to compensate for the melted ice, the barista just added even more ice- - too much so that the blender couldn't properly blend and the drink had chunks of chewable ice with every sip. I understand that not every location is going to be uniform due to inconsistent training, but when a person is not strong in the drink making dept, they should not work bar alone, especially since there were 4 people on shift and 2 were working registers even though nobody came in after us. read more

Usually always like the service at this location, but today it sucked. Seemed like "Giselle" was training a new barista, I was a little thrown off guard when she began giving me a little attitude after I asked about a am pastry. After the new training guy jumped on the register I was telling him how I wanted my second drink, I tell him the size and the base and the extra ingredient I wanted added. She comes to the counter and says "first off I need the size" with a little ugly attitude (not that they could be pretty). Then I told her exactly the base and she continued with her attitude and just left the guy there & left me wondering if she was just having a bad day. Before this I was on the side trying to reload my card from my phone , after she asked if I was gonna order something I told her that I was just trying to reload from my phone she said I could do it there. Worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Very bad customer service. This was while ago. This Filipino looking Asian girl was the barista. I asked for iced coffee with soy milk, no sweetener. When I got it, I tasted the syrup. So I told her I wanted no sweetener. She gave me freakin attitude as if I was bothering her. It wasn't even busy hour either and I was the only customer. She took my cup and threw in the sink. It was so loud and I could see coffee splashed all over the sink area. I was really pissed off. I wanted to get in touch with store manager afterwards but didn't bother to. I've returned to this location a few more times but it's always filthy. And the service is too slow. Bad service. As a student who is extremely picky about finding good study spots, this Starbucks has truly come through. You may not notice it because it's located in a Wells Fargo so be on the lookout! I just came from another Starbucks because it was too full. Came in here and there was plenty of seating. Not only were there seats, but all of the tables are square which is perfect to studying and working. Every time I'm here, the staff is always engaged with the customers. It almost makes Pasadena seem like a small town community! There's a decent amount of parking and if the place ever does get too crowded, there's another coffee shop down the street! Coffee and Tea are made according to the Starbucks standards and there's nothing to complain about there! read more

This Starbucks fails brand in important ways. It is not clean. The staff is marginally friendly. Drinks are neither labeled or announced accurately. My hazelnut latte was called as just a latte, no name and no marks on cup. After 5 minutes, I learned that it was actually my drink. No offer to remake drink or apology. I needed to be out of the office for a while for some duct work by a contractor this morning. I decided to stop in to my local Starbucks to have breakfast, coffee and try and get a little work done so I didn't get to far behind. The service was great and a few things stood out that made this store different. The manager, a young blond woman, really made a big difference. She greeted almost every customer by first name, while supporting her staff. While I was there she stocked, refilled, served, ran the register and even took out the trash, even while sending one of her team members on break. Her wonder laugh filled the store at least ever 5 minutes. No surprise she is being promoted and moving to store that needs a new and strong manager. I wish her the best. The staff at this location is excellent as well. Please bring in another great manager. read more

This location is terrible. Either the employees are fooling around or talking to each other throughout the entire ordering process or they are in a fog or simply rude. When I asked the barrista to trade the empty half & half for a full one, she sighed and said, "Just a minute." Then, she proceeded to finish a complete drink order and THEN she put it out on the counter. It was obvious to me and everyone waiting for their drinks that she was beyond RUDE. i had an awesome experience at this wells Fargo Starbucks i had a caramel macchiato and a bacon gouda sandwich and the young barista named gisselle made my visit legendary by customizing my drink by adding a shot of espresso stirring it and adding whipped cream she truly was a sweet heart. i wish i was closer to this location to be able to visit more often. : ) read more
