My meal was delicious but not $61 delicious (is Gordon Ramsey cooking the food?)When we got seated the seats were dirty and I almost tripped over a napkin that was left by the diners before us (gross). Also I don't know if we were sitting in some party section or whatever but this place is extremely LOUD! I could barely hear myself talking over the very loud and the unnecessary saxophone player. Stopped in for a quick lunch with my husband during our Disney Springs outing and had a nice time here! Service was quick; got seated right away and chose to sit outside since it was a nice day. Our waiter (I can't remember his name) was great, was on top of taking our order/bringing drinks and checking in on us during our meal. The food was good; I wouldn't say anything super striking but still a good lunch. I got the wagyu burger and added caramelized onions which was tasty. I'm from Las Vegas and I'm quite familiar with STK.. I had eaten there long ago and I had a faint memory of the steak being good and the service being decent. Time has not fared well for STK. Going to this restaurant was not my choice but my father-in-law's who just wanted to have a steak. Had we known that we were going to drop about $300 on mediocre meal with terrible service I would have preferred to have waited in line for an hour elsewhere. Especially because there are some excellent restaurants in Disney Springs. However, this is not one of them. James was our server and for $300+ I would expect to have absolute fire service. Someone who is on top of it, our water not being empty, not having to chase him down for refills, one who would check up on us more often. But there was zero sense of urgency, the service was so slow, and it was really disappointing. In fact, all the staff was cold, unfriendly, and seemed completely disinterested in creating any type of experience. We did steaks which were okay, they were cooked well but outrageously priced. The sides actually outshone the steaks in flavor and portion. The asparagus and mushroom sides were frankly delicious . This was by far the most expensive meal that we had and the worst overall. The one thing I will give the restaurant is that the bathrooms were very clean. But between the lackadaisical service and the overpriced food this is a spot to avoid. In fact, if you see any One Restaurant Group restaurants, just avoid them. I have yet to have a great experience at any of them and they seem to pride themselves on creating a mediocre experience across the board. read more

My wife and I dined here on February 15th, 2026, and we would like to extend our sincerest appreciation to Leroy, the on-duty manager, Amber, our hostess, and Natalie, our server. What a great date night! STK Orlando, for full disclosure, is one of our favorite restaurants in the area, and on this night, they did not disappoint. We were met promptly by the hostess staff, who went out of their way to ensure we were seated on the upstairs balcony. Amber met us once we got to the second floor and picked out a nice table for us, giving a great view overlooking the expanse that is Disney Springs. The DJ played some lively music that helped set the mood for the night, and it was just right. Not too loud, but perfect for the evening. Dinner-where to start. Our server, Natalie, is one of the best at STK. Her friendliness and attentiveness are second to none. Dinner is a la carte, and my wife selected the surf-n-turf, while I selected the bone-in filet. the steaks were literally cooked to a perfect medium-rare, with a beautiful crust. The lobster tail was also very nicely prepared. We skipped a starch on this occasion, and based on the size of the entree's, we were glad we did not order the additional sides, other than truffle fries. This was the only restaurant we found that had availability on the 31st, so we booked it. We were a little worried because STK tends to get lots of criticism for being loud. Not loud from people talking, loud from the music blasting. Maybe it was the acoustics of this location, but it wasn't that bad. Or wouldn't have been that bad had we not been seated in the corner, under one of the speakers. My mom asked the server if the volume could be lowered, to which she gladly did so. Unfortunately somebody else turned it back up and we asked for it to be turned back down. Our waitress was very nice and understanding. She rocked. Food wise, everything was on point. The complementary sourdough bread was delicious. It had a blue cheese sauce over it. Loved it. The crispy calamari was crispy. I got the NY strip. It was a good sized cut. After getting all those steps in from walking all over Magic Kingdom that day and Universal/Islands of Adventure the previous day, I ate the whole thing guilt free. Sides are ordered for the table here, so got the asparagus and the tater tots. Both were very good, but the tots were outstanding. We ordered the whole happy hour menu at STK and these are our thoughts... ...It was fine, very good deal with plates starting at $3, but the food could almost taste frozen . Meh...our dining experience was underwhelming. Had a reservation, didn't get in until 45 minutes later. My Ribeye Spinalis Steak was underdone, hubby's Strip was overcooked. No bread, forgot my side dish. Server was not attentive....alas, the $200 bill and a recommended $34 tip, for what? Outback is a better experience than this disaster. We have no qualms paying for a decent meal, ala carte or otherwise. Won't ever go back, could've gotten better service and eats elsewhere. This afternoon's hostess behind the front desk seemed exceptionally lazy. She told me to check if there was any seating available when there wasn't then said that the only other option was a reservation but she didn't offer to make one for me. Our first time here at STK and Travis really made us feel pampered and well taken care of. What a pro Travis was, especially with my picky and curious husband who had 50 questions. My husband loved the food and the experience. He had the aged ribeye with a special butter that had "fireworks". I absolutely loved my Chilean seabass that was perfectly cooked and my cocktails from happy hour. Excellent service from Travis, excellent food and drinks. We went to celebrate my cousin's 30th birthday. Overall the customer service was GREAT we had a party of 9 and were late for our reservation time but they still seated us when everyone arrived. As far as a steakhouse, it isn't super upscale but it's not outback either. It's outback's older cousin that went to college. I had the crab cake, creamed spinach, and Chilean sea bass and I tasted my cousins creamed corn. The crab cake was DELICIOUS. It was seasoned perfectly, more crab than filling and just perfect. Now was it worth $41 maybe it was good tho. The bass was also delicious. It was my first time having it and I would have it again. Seasoned well, cooked perfectly, the bok choy seasoned and cooked well as well. The creamed spinach didn't taste like anything, I wouldn't get that again. The mac and cheese tasted like the smoked Gouda mac & cheese that you can get a Publix in the deli section. I also had a spiced watermelon cocktail it was 10/10!! I wouldn't mind going back. I'll start with the positives. The waitress was legitimately friendly the 2 times we saw her. Very engaging with the kids and friendly. The creamy spinach was very good, as were the pot stickers. The free bread was excellent as well. But....... If you plan on having more than 1 drink I suggest you order them all the first time your server greats you. Because that will be your only chance to order again before the check comes. The ribeye was completely fine, but not for $109. You're going to pay more at a location like this, but that felt excessive given the quality. Don't plan on having a conversation over dinner. The acoustics rival a garbage truck transfer station. The Manager, we LOVED YOU! She found it very important that we had a good experience and was very attentive! Staff alone is a reason for us to come back! We started with a few cocktails which were tasty and dangerous, our favorite!! The ceviche was nummy, a little different than what we are used to with the consistency as well as terra chips but we ate it right up it was so good! Service was painfully slow from the start. Our server was also a bartender, so it felt like we were an afterthought all night. My steak, ordered medium rare, came out clearly medium well. A manager happened to walk by, asked how things were, and I showed her the steak. She agreed it was overcooked, said "that's so bad" and "I'm so sorry" and then offered to do nothing about it. When I told her that nothing else was going well either, she just said "that's a shame" and walked away like it was a joke. Our server was completely disengaged and unhelpful. We waited almost the entire meal before getting a bucket of ice for our champagne. Everything was slow, poorly timed, and far from the top tier experience they charge for. For the price you pay here, you would expect quality, attentiveness, and at least some effort from management to make things right. Instead, we got indifference and amateur service. Absolute joke of a restaurant. Management should be ashamed. Do not recommend. Save your money. read more

It's one of the places you really, really want to like but falls short. First, clear some space on the credit cards. 4 adults and 2 young kids and over $450 later I feel I should've left happier. They have NO kids menu so kids have to agree on a dish to share or you spend full price and have leftovers because no way a 4 year old can eat an adult serving. The steaks and pasta were good. The service, while not over friendly, was proficient. There was a fantastic DJ. Halfway through our meal they pumped up the music and came out with cocktail shots for all the adults. That was really fun and festive and a nice touch. What was really disappointing was the shellfish platter. Have to order minimum of two people so 2 of the 4 adults had a bad meal. The pickles seafood was nothing to write home about and one of the dishes had so much vinegar it made your face pucker. The ceviche didn't have that nice fresh citrusy taste it should. Serves me right for ordering fish at a steakhouse. The one highlight was the bread. It was AMAZING! With all the restaurants in Disney Springs we won't be stopping here again. read more

We have been here before and for Happy hours. Its in Disney Springs and very nice . Great decor specially at night time it has great lighting. Beautiful bar area too. Now it Christmas week si they have a good happy hour so I know they were super busy I mean swamped. Obviously , we were patient and ate at the bar . I have tons of respect for those bartenders and servers that day. It just became super busy . Out food took a while first then more came fast . I think it was done very well. The meatballs were amazing omg! These were bar bites the cheese burger small but so good and looked so good and the beef steak strips omg delicious. My friend and I came here on a Wednesday evening for dinner to kick off our Walt Disney World Marathon weekend of races. We had a reservation, so we were seated right away. It was both our first time at a STK Steakhouse. From the outside to the dining area inside, the decor was very clean and modern. I had the NY Strip cooked medium rare with King Crab Oscar topping. This was a good medium sized 14 oz steak, cooked just right to my liking. We shared a couple of sides. We both loved the Crispy Brussels Sprouts with bacon cider glaze. It was probably the unhealthiest way to eat brussels sprouts, but boy was it delicious! Our other side was the asparagus. It was grilled to perfection! Even though I already had some asparagus in my Oscar topping, I had no problem eating some more asparagus! We were also served complimentary pull apart bread topped with blue cheese butter and accompanying chive oil. It was not bad. I only had a small bite as I didn't get to it until after the steak and sides. We also received great service. Our waiter took great care of us. It was a bit of a hassle to pay with gift cards, but he was very patient and got that squared away so we could be on our way. read more

We had a 7:30 reservation, checked in at 7:32, seated at 8pm. When I went to ask for an update regarding our table, hostess had an attitude in her tone of voice and told me to walk around the springs & she will text me when it's ready smh! Ribeye filet with Parmesan crust & chimmichurri shrimp- Ribeye was cooked too long & was chewy. Shrimp was burnt, tasted like it was cooked on a dirty grill. I ordered a skirt steak with chimmichurri & they cut the steak into a thick filet & chimmichurri sauce needs some work. It tasted really bland, I ended up adding a squeeze of Lemon to it to make it taste a little better. Waiter hover over my shoulder during payment and I asked him to leave so I can discuss the tip with my spouse. This was the longest he was at my table the entire night. I felt rushed to order, and he took forever to get us our drinks. Another waitress helped us out & I wish we had her instead. Never order the mash potatoes, just refer to my pictures. For the prices at the restaurant, I expect better quality. This was my first and last time here, Especially at this location. Few quick highlights from our dining at STK. First if you love ribeyes the ribeye spinalis is a must! It was cooked perfectly and had great flavor. Pairing this with Brussels sprouts and macaroni you will be in for a great meal. The music was also perfect for helping keep the sounds of the busy Disney Springs from reaching your table. The only complaint I would say is that drinks were never a priority which I did find odd with all of the other pieces of this experience being amazing. For anyone with any food allergies some caution as I also found this restaurant did not take precautions like others I have experienced in the area but could have occurred behind the scenes. With these two opportunities included I would still revisit though and highly recommend all to try it out. read more

Very cool, and knowledgeable about the menu. Just an amazing server! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was an issue with my steak. I ordered a ribeeye medium rare, but it came out basically rare. The tried to cook it a little longer, but when you do that, it burns the outside of the steak too much, and well, you know how that goes. We had an Amazing waiter named Shawn, he was energetic, funny and knowledgeable. He explained everything about the menu and also made sure my sister had a Birthday dessert! We were a party of 3 , we started with the complimentary bread which was so soft & delicious. For drinks we ordered the dragon flare, for starters we ordered the lil brgs and the tuna tartare. For our entrees we ordered the skirt steak. Which was served with potatoes & the salmon, which was severed with broccolini, we ordered additional sides of Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. Our waiter came over, took our drink over. He left and it took him a while to return for the food order as we declined appetizers. At least 45 minutes or longer went by before our order came out. I wanted to leave since it took so long but decided against it thinking this would severely impact the kitchen staff who apparently were already feeling the heat.
