Wow!!!! Talk about great service with a smile. I've gone to other subways before but never have I been welcome and helped the way I was here. The restaurant was clean everything was where it was suppose to find. I walked in and Yovanny asked all the right questions with such great energy followed by Natalie at the register asking about our experience and making sure that everything was to our liking. I went in around 11:00 on Wednesday the 17th and was served by a white woman with blonde hair; I ordered a tuna sandwich. I went back today, and the portion I received wasn't the same as the one I got on Wednesday. On Wednesday, they scooped the tuna using a black soup spoon. What is that about? They gave me a smaller portion but charged me more. I would like for you to speak to your employees and tell them that isn't right--they need to use the proper spoons day and night what is it with the employees using different spoons; they do it to serve smaller portions at night i dont like to complain but this time i am its not the first time the employees do this read more

At 10:55 am I noticed the worker with gloves on touching various things including the cash register, another employee was touching the cash register without gloves, when I told the employee who's last name is ball is that in fact sanitary she said if I'm not ok with it I don't have to order and can get food somewhere else. First thing that my girl told me when she entered the subway was that the server who prepared the sandwich was not wearing a hat or hairnet. It wasn't a big deal until she came home to bring us our sandwiches. I was eating it and half way through my last part of the sandwich was LONG strand of hair. How do I know it was not mine or hears? How could it be in the sandwich when I had not opened it and it was sealed the whole time in paper. When I said I found the hair that's when she said he wasn't wearing a hat or net because I was trying to convince myself it was my hair when it clearly was not. The type, the color and the fact that I felt it in my mouth enough to pull it out was nauseating. You might be more lucky than me but be careful when eating here. read more

I ordered a footlong Meatball with Pepperoni and a Chipotle Philly Cheesesteak, both with extra meat. Unfortunately, neither sandwich was made correctly, which I noticed right away by the weight of them. I hadn't even left the parking lot before turning back to have them checked. Sure enough, I was right, both sandwiches were missing the extra meat. The staff immediately corrected the mistake, and I believe the manager even came in from her break to assist and apologize. They added the proper amount of meat and kindly offered two cookies as a gesture. Thank you, Subway, for quickly rectifying the issue and bringing a smile back to my face. I come here often and I'm guess the cashier was having a bad morning she tried to force me to get salt and pepper on my meat which they never due. Made it an issue to add it after the veggies and added extra salt made it so salty it was inedible. Also asked for extra onions and gave me a sea of onion. Won't ever come back here again read more

I always order kids meals here but I'm the am hours. Same order every time very basic and always really great In the morning. Today tho we decided to get subs for dinner and placed an online order. When we picked it up the order was wrong, went in they 'fixed' it but just YUCK. The sandwich that I ordered was NOT the sandwich I ordered. It literally had 2 slices of onion and 2 slices of bell pepper after asking for extra of both. The lettuce was seriously a small SPRINKLING. Worst of all this was the bread that was STALE AND DRY. I've went here for the past 5 days because I've been in the area. They don't add napkins or put your chips in the bag. Sandwich guy is constantly on his phone and messing around, touching the cheese containers with his bare hands. This Subway added a tip option on their ATM reader which adds $2 to a 1 person meal. It's awkward to have this while the cashier is staring at you. Can't afford to eat this once or twice a day if you're pressured to add $2 to your meal everyday. No free cookie with meals like the Subway on Garey. Parking lot is crawling with hella bums. Stay away from this place. Go to the Subway south on Garey, staff there is friendly, cleanly and none of the negatives of this place on White. These little things add up and lose potential everyday customers. read more

We came here to hav some lunch. Ordered our food and about to pay when the card reader wasn't working and all we had was a 100 bill and they said they couldn't take it bcus the manager wasn't there and wouldn't even call him to ask to take it. Made s go next door to ask for change which they wouldn't even give change to us. And that was a 7/11 Then came back and told them and they said no I'm sorry still can't take it. But you can eat ur food then walk cross the street and try the liquor store. So then we had to do that and all they could do is smirk and laugh about our situation. Which is crap.
