That's one of the bolts not tightened

I got an alignment done on my 2013 Hyundai sonata in March 2025 after replacing various front end components. Replace the rims and tires with brand new ones at the end of April 2025. Had been hearing some strange noises from the front end like something was loose? Then noticed my brand new tires in the front were starting to wear on the outside edges rather noticeably! I finally got a chance to take it to Big O tires to get it looked at ( they do free inspections ) after maybe 30 mins they called me back and told me that my tie rod bolts were loose and that my alignment was off and that was what was the cause of the noise I'd been hearing! I told them I had just had the alignment done not that long ago?! They said they must not have tightened the bolts!! They said I should take it back and also tell them they need to replace your 2 new front tires because the outside edges were so worn the belts were close to coming through!! I went back to Sun Auto on Stephanie on Friday about 20 mins before 5pm and explained to the Manager Eric what was going on with my car. He said no problem that they would realign my car and he would look into the tires. Asked if I could bring it back tomorrow ( Saturday ) morning @6, to which I said I'll just leave it here and that was fine. Well Saturday comes and around noon I try calling to see what's going on with my car. Well after several times of me calling and asking and being told I'd be called right back ( which didn't happen! ) I finally was called back and giving the excuse that he ( the manager ) had been swamped and kept getting tied up or what not when he was "going" to check my car status... Really walk maybe 20' into the shop to find out and call someone back that had called multiple times?! Anyway I was told my alignment was done but he had to order tires and they should get there tomorrow ( Sunday ) mid morning and I should be done by noon. Well "I" again called at 12:20 and was told "let me check and I'll call you right back"!! "I" had to call again an hour later for him to say they got the tires and it should be ready by 4:00?! Almost 3hrs to put 2 tires on??? I understand there's other vehicles they are working on, but I dropped my car off on Friday so 1st thing Saturday to do an alignment and figure out the tires! An alignment can be done in about an hour and a half and look at the tires see it needs 2 new ones and order them if you don't have them maybe another 30 mins so even if they didn't start it till 7 it should have been just waiting on tires which might have even gotten there the same day if ( Saturday! ) if the manager new how to run a shop competently! Long story short I didn't get my car back till Sunday about 10 mins before 4 as I was walking in the door he was calling me... He realigned my car and put 2 new tires on ( which is what a shop should do when they mess up ) but I asked about a road hazard warranty for the 2 tires he put on seeing that I had that on my new ones that he replaced. He kept telling me if I get a flat come back and he'll take care of me... Well I can say without a doubt I will "NOT COME BACK" I will "NEVER" go to Sun Auto on Stephanie street again! Wish I would have read some reviews before I took my car there in the first place! A lesson learned at the cost of 2days without my car and I now have mismatched tires. Look at the reviews people before you make a mistake like me!

Rear shock absorbers were replaced this past Monday. After driving away there was a loud clunking…read morenoise that wasn't there when I brought the car in. I drove my car back to the mechanic and got it looked at- he did something/not sure. I drove away again and still the clunking is there, so I went back again to the mechanic. The mechanic said- they needed to order a part and it would come in Tuesday. It's now Thursday- I can't drive my car, they won't return my messages on the phone or email. My car now has a problem that wasn't there when I first brought it there. I really just want them to contact me back and fix my car correctly.
