Splitting the bill didn't change the fact that we were paying individually, yet everyone was still required to pay the full service charge. I understand restaurants have policies for large groups, and they are generally permitted to charge a disclosed service fee. However, this policy felt excessive and left a poor impression, especially since we made the effort to split the checks to simplify payment. I believe customers should be aware that if they dine here with a large group, a 20% mandatory service fee will be added even if the bill is divided among separate checks. While the restaurant may be within its rights to do so, I found the policy disappointing and would have appreciated more flexibility.

Overall, Punch Bowl Social is a fantastic spot for birthdays, celebrations, drinks, music, and a fun night out with friends. Great staff, an amazing DJ, fun surprises like raffles, and an atmosphere that keeps the party going. If management gives the restrooms some much-needed attention, this place would easily earn five stars from me. We'll definitely be back!

I have no qualms with the service, or the food, but I would like to mention that last week, and two other occasions - I've heard shouting/screaming coming from the kitchen. And I don't mean in the "it's so loud in here I can't hear myself think, so I'll raise my voice" kind of way. It was literally a man shouting in what could be described as angry tones. Now I didn't know what's going on or why it was happening, and I usually mind my own business. But on the other two occassions where I did nothing, the most recent time I was curious. I did a small pass-by towards the restroom and I saw this Asian man with glasses who I suppose is one of the chefs/cooks. Whether his shouting was justified or not, I don't really expect Cheesecake Factory to be Hell's Kitchen. It gave me and my friend bad vibes knowing he was screaming at the people making our food. There's got to be a better way to make that environment feel safe and less toxic and still serve the great dishes we had. If it was a one-off, I'd chalk it up to him being extra diligent about food quality, but to hear it on three separate times I've dined in (not all the time), and the tone he takes is disrespectful of your fellow employees and personally, if it was me being talked to that way, I would have brought it to my HR - no matter how good a cook he was. Just needed to let you know that this was happening in your location, if you weren't already aware. Or if you were, something should be done to make the environment better for employees and your patrons like me who have been unwittingly subjected to a tirade. Other than that and the usual wait time, I always enjoy eating here.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place! My family and I came in, and after a short wait, we were seated. I wish I had gotten his name, but the gentleman who seated us was so kind--even taking the time to say hi to my baby, which was such a thoughtful touch. The servers were incredibly kind and attentive. Even though they were short-staffed, they gave their best effort to take orders and ensure everyone was taken care of. The customer service here is exceptional--it's clear that making guests feel welcome is a top priority. Now, let's talk about the food: phenomenal. We ordered the Belgian waffles, chilaquiles, burrito, and the Sunny Sandwich (I think that's the name). The sandwich was savory, and the potatoes on the side complemented it perfectly. The burrito? Easily one of the best I've had in a long time, and my wife--who's super picky with burritos--absolutely loved it. The Belgian waffle was perfectly sweet, with tart strawberries that made it a standout dish. But the star of the show? The chilaquiles. They were my favorite by far! Most places play it safe with spice, but these had the perfect kick. The steak was a fantastic addition! To top it all off, we were given some cheesecake at the end, which was the sweetest way to end such an incredible experience. Hands down, this was the best restaurant experience I've ever had. We ordered the chicken and waffle, chilaquiles, and Mexican hot chocolate French toast all of which were made fresh and bursting with flavor. The chicken was tender and juicy, and the waffle was crispy perfection. The chilaquiles were delicious, even without the avocado (which they kindly offered to substitute). And the Mexican hot chocolate French toast amazing!! The wait was around 30 minutes to be seated, and another 35/40 minutes for our food to arrive. However, the staff was attentive, friendly, and apologetic about the delay. They constantly checked in to ensure everything was okay. The ambiance was cozy, and the fresh orange juice is a must. I also ordered an orange juice that was advertised as fresh, but it definitely didn't taste like it. The omelette itself didn't look very appetizing, the color was off, though the taste wasn't that bad.
