Had them remake my coffee because the espresso is so bitterrr (not for the weak). kinda on the pricier side but otherwise good experience.

They offer the best service in town! The prices are a tad bit steep, though.

I'd give their drip, Ube latte, all pour overs a 5/5. It was a late afternoon so I went for a latte decided to treat myself to a pastry since I had inadvertently skipped lunch. I enjoy their gluten-free pistachio cake, but buy chocolate cookie looked enticing. Dubai chocolates are really saturating the market these days and if I'm being honest, some of the versions just aren't any good. However, knowing that the baked goods here are a great quality and based upon the look of itself I decided to give it a try. Wow! This was a perfect balance of chocolate and pistachio, made with real ingredients. The cookie had both taste a slight crunch and a moistness in the interior. For those who like to dip their cookies, dipping this into the Ube latte was definitely next level.

I much preferred the overnight oats which actually tastes like PB&J when I mixed it up. Cute cafe and the people working here were super nice. It was crowded and it took a bit to find a table, as this seems like a popular place to just get a drink and sit with your laptop for while. Fun place to try but I am not sure if I would necessarily seek it out. They have some interesting sounding drinks but if they are anything like the Lexington, the fun flavors might not really pull through. Pastries look yummy though and overnight oats were good.

The space itself is really nice - Big, airy, easy to spread out, whether you are there to work, or just drink/eat. The service was remarkable, so much so that I had to write a review. We had lovely chats with Robert at the register who gave good suggestions and another lovely lady at the drink pickup station. Bubbly, chatty, and very sweet! Later at our table, my daughter accidentally dropped a plate and it shattered. She burst into tears, completely mortified. Robert and Elizabeth were over in seconds, not in a rushing-to-clean-up way, but in a genuinely human way. They consoled her, made her feel better, and had a fresh plate ready for her before she had a chance to stay embarrassed about it. They really saved the day, and did it with so much kindness! Come to Voyager for the great drinks, food, ambiance, but also for the humanity! We need more goodness in this world! Thank you, Robert, Elizabeth, and team!

I've been coming to Chromatic ever since a friend introduced me to it, and after several visits,…read moreI've realized that the experience here is about much more than just coffee. Every time I walk in, the baristas take the time to ask questions about what I enjoy, how I like my coffee, and what flavors I'm looking for. They don't simply take an order they guide you through the process and genuinely seem passionate about helping customers discover something they'll love. It's clear they care deeply about coffee and creating an experience rather than just serving another cup. On my most recent visit, I came in looking for espresso beans. I was originally interested in their Gamut espresso blend but was also searching for something on the darker side. The cashier recommended their original espresso blend over the darker roast options. While it wasn't exactly what I had in mind, I trusted the recommendation because everyone I've interacted with here has been incredibly knowledgeable. A few minutes later, while I was waiting for my order, a gentleman approached me and asked, "Would you like to try something a little darker?" Of course, I said yes. He proceeded to pull a fresh espresso shot of their Opus roast and walked me through the flavor profile. It was exactly what I had been looking for. What impressed me most wasn't just the coffee it was the hospitality. He went completely out of his way to make sure I found the right coffee for my taste. He explained that they didn't have full bags of Opus available yet because they were still in the roasting process, but then generously offered me half a bag so I could pull a few shots at home for myself and my family. I've worked in hospitality for over 10 years, and this is the kind of service that truly stands out. It's the definition of going above and beyond to make a guest feel welcome and cared for. What really stuck with me was that after I tried the espresso, he came back and asked, "How was the finish on that shot for you?" It wasn't a casual question he genuinely wanted feedback and wanted to know if the coffee delivered what I was looking for. When I told him it was exactly right, he seemed just as excited as I was. Coffee can sometimes feel intimidating, especially when you're trying to learn more about different roasts, origins, and flavor profiles. Chromatic does an incredible job of making that experience approachable, personal, and enjoyable. They aren't just serving coffee they're creating meaningful experiences and tailoring them to each individual customer. This level of hospitality is rare, and it's why I'll continue coming back. Highly recommended.

Now that I live farther away, it's become a special treat whenever I get the chance to visit. My go-to order is the iced vanilla latte with oat milk, and it honestly makes my whole day every time. The staff is always so friendly, kind, and welcoming, which is a huge part of why I keep coming back. The recent remodel looks amazing! The space feels so comfortable, relaxing, and inviting. There's plenty of room to sit and stay awhile, and I love that they provide puzzles, coloring pages, and books to borrow while you enjoy your coffee. Such a wonderful community space and a place I always look forward to visiting.

I am so happy we went there. Entering the spot, it is a welcoming atmosphere. As soon as we entered, we were greeted and the servers were eager to serve. It was our first time so we did ask for recommendations. My wife got a matcha and I got the "A-Aron" for it's popularity and its comedic nostalgia to a Key and Peele skit. We also ordered a few pastries and some breakfast sandwiches. The corner cafe is small but it gives a lot to look at for people like my wife and I. Not only did we leave with food and drink, we picked up some stickers, coffee beans, and lots of photos and ideas. We absolutely enjoyed our time there and the food was amazing. Indeed, the A-aron was a HIT and I look forward to the next time we are in town!

Not sure if I just ordered the wrong things, but it was okay. I've had worse, but I've also had better. I ordered one of their specialty drinks, the horchata matcha. I think the horchata base was a bit overpowering so you can't really taste the matcha, but it at least gave me my caffeine kick still. I also ordered the bacon, egg and cheese bagel on an Asiago bagel. This was also okay. Not much bacon and the egg was rubbery like it was premade then reheated. I can't say much about the service since we ordered from a kiosk but they seemed to be working fast and efficient.

The only critique I have is the music being way too loud at times. It's NOT what type of music is playing, but purely the volume. It wasn't crazy busy so it was easy to order through one of their two tablets and find a spot to sit. It is very spacious and filled with many tables, so even when busy you'll likely be able to find a spot. The menu is a bit messy to look at--there is a big menu hanging over the kiosks, another posted alongside where a line is formed, then the menu on the tablet kiosks themselves. It's a pretty big menu featuring primarily coffee-based drinks, matcha lattes, and a wide variety of food, so you'll likely find something appealing. I ordered their smoked salmon bagel (which rang up to about $16) and their matcha latte ($8); to be honest, neither were outstanding. The salmon and avocado in the bagel were great, but the bagel itself was a bit stale--for $16, it's a bit hard to swallow. The matcha was very milky, and there is another store offering better matcha drinks in the same plaza. I'll admit, though, it's a little on me for not picking coffee at a spot with "coffee" in the name. I will say, though, that the atmosphere in the main area is pretty good; the decor is understated but comfortable, and the lighting is good. The service is also solid--the servers are friendly and our order came out quickly. I will say that the bathroom feels ominous. Overall, it's a great spot to study; Big Mug is open late, has free Wi-Fi and a bathroom for customers, and offers both food and caffeinated drinks for longer study sessions. I feel that the prices vary widely for items but skew towards being too pricy for the quality, at least from my limited experience. I plan on coming back to give other items a try, but for now, it's not a favorite.
