The salmon nigiri was sooo buttery. The Wagyu nigiri was one of our favorite bites, we ordered it multiple times. Our waiter was great and made sure we were always tended to. It was also his first time trying caviar. When asked what could be improved, he cited that when he had his omakase in Japan, it was more than just nigiri options. He liked the little appetizers, hand rolls, and more that he had gotten there. He said that while this 10 piece course was great, he wished for a bit more variety.
