    Tom yum drink
    Jennifer C.

Came for drinks and some apps on a Saturday night around 11:30. The restaurant wasn't too busy. The vibes are so nice and very spacious. We were mostly there for their drinks but we did get some small apps. I ordered the tom yam (gin, cilantro, chili, lemongrass, lime leaf and ginger syrup). The flavors were soooo good. Who would have thought cilantro works so well in a cocktail. It really did have tom yum spice overall. For food we got the shishito peppers, edamame, and the Brazilian cheese bread. Everything was tasty. Service was really odd. It felt very pushy. We were constantly asked if we wanted more drinks and food even though we said we just wanted snacks and we were winding down for the night.

First night in Vegas and we had to come here since it has been my favorite in the past and always a great way to start the trip off right. I feel like most restaurants in Las Vegas it is always a maze to find and this one is a little more on the hidden side since it isn't around a ton of things. We were easily able to get a reservations and got sat over in the back area towards the sushi bar. It wasn't super crowded even for a Friday night and we just ordered a few different items because we were not starving. I remember them having some other sushi rolls or something in prior visits that I didn't see on the menu this time but things change. We enjoyed some drinks and decided to keep it simple and had a great time. See you again next time!

If I lived in Vegas I would live here. The 3 times I've been in Vegas this year I go here at LEAST once and bring/tell all of my friends. Their sea bass skewers are to die for. I get them everytime! Their sushi rolls are also unique and delicious. They have a different martini or drink of the month and always have the most different flavors that all end up being delicious. The service is always quick. I love sitting at the bar where the tree is. It makes you feel like you're in a different place, and not in the Canal shoppes. Can't recommend this place enough!!

SUSHISAMBA is my go-to sushi spot on the strip! It has amazing sushi for fairly reasonable price given the quality. All sashimi pieces were so fresh and just melted in your mouth!

Sushi was ok and service not so great. We showed up ten minutes before happy hour. Bar staff took our order. 10 minutes later another person handed us happy hour menu. We should have waited to order. Then my husband wanted to order wings however the same guy told us it was too late and that he had already said last call. This was false. Then he said he would see what he could do. So not only did they not offer us happy hour when we were 10 minutes away, they took order and then claimed it was last call and we had missed it. Obviously their way to charge you full price right before 11:00 at night. Also says happy hour starts at 11:00 to closing. They clearly wanted to clean up and go home. Bad way to get us to come back unfortunately.

Tasty but pricey! This is definitely an occasion dinner for us. The interior is super cool and the place is gigantic. We usually sit in the main area you see in the front but we got taken to another large area in the back. Service was excellent and food came out perfect. If you have room in the budget and a party of 4, I recommend the cocktail tree it's so fun! Drink: - Lychee Cooler cocktail - yummy and sweet, comes with a lychee on top and a large green leaf shooting up Dinner: - JAPANESE A5 KOBE GYOZA* - soooo good and worth it to try - Shishito Peppers - always a good idea for apps - CHURRASCO RIO GRANDE* - yummy tasty steak with dipping sauces and other good stuff - SAMBA VEGAS roll - fish on top of crispy rice, good but overpriced - NEO TOKYO* roll - has tuna and super good our fave

This place is located inside the Palazzo side at the Venetian hotel. The restaurant is huge and has a very nice ambiance. I came on a Thursday evening and it was so busy. I got the miso soup, steak, grilled fish, asparagus, wagyu gyoza and yellowtail tacos. Everything was delicious! I particularly love the fish, it was perfectly cooked and seasoned. I am a huge fan of the Peruvian and Japanese flavours mix. Their dishes are perfect for sharing and the option to try a bit of everything. The service was quick and the food came out really fast given how busy it was. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.

Always a great time at Sushisamba! Great service, food and vibes. It was a perfect dinner before our show at the Sphere.

Sushisamba is on the pricier side, but is one of the few places where I can honestly say the food is well worth the price tag. My friends all agreed, and we are very particular when it comes to good sushi. We ordered a bunch of different things as we were a fairly large group, ranging from ramen and chicken dishes to the raw stuff. I had the pleasure of trying: -Asevichado Roll: So many types of fish on one roll. Every bite was delicious. I wish it was a slightly larger roll, because I didn't want it to end. -Shrimp Tempura Handroll: A simple, basic handroll, mbut a good size and good flavor. The shrimp was perfectly fried. -Coconut Matcha Sour (gin): If you like sweet, tropical tasting drinks, this is incredible. It's definitely more of a dessert type cocktail but it paired so nicely with the sushi rolls. It is light on the matcha, and very coconut forward. I personally loved it. -Hamapeño Roll: They warned us that the sauce was spicy and I loved the kick it gave to the roll. This was my favorite roll from what I tried. I didn't find it too spicy at all. The first plantain balanced the roll perfectly. -Yuzu Shots (gin): Fun, not too potent to get down. These were unique and tasty. They came in a cool tasting tree. Other notes: -Our server was fantastic and helped us celebrate a fun night for a friend. -The ambiance and decor is sophisticated and modern. Great for a date night. -Bathrooms: So clean and the bathroom attendant was so helpful and well, attentive.

    Way too loud
    Patrick B.

OSHA states you must have hearing protection above 85 db for exposure above an hour. Well this place smokes the hearing of their staff and anyone else that is there for a meal. It was so loud I downloaded a db recorder. My wife and I believe it was not as loud when I recorded this as it was during our first 30 minutes of hazardous noise exposure. The food was good, not great. The ambiance was horrible . Crazy loud . Was told this is normal by waiter "like Carnival in Rio". Don't waste your time or your money or your voice. $160 meal for two and table next to us was screaming at each other to be heard. I can't emphasize enough not to go. If you want to pretend you're at a concert - go.

Went with the tasting menu....it was AMAZING! So much food but had the ability to taste many of the menu items. Would definitely visit again when in town. Give a try, you won't regret it!

Stopped by for a drink while exploring Las Vegas! Found this place tucked away but so happy we did! The drinks we had were incredible and the bar tenders were super friendly and attentive! We were there in the middle of the day so it was pretty quiet but it was a great spot to grab a drink! And even though we didn't get any food, the menu looked incredible! So next time I'm here I am definitely getting something to eat!

Is happy hour available in the entire restaurant or only seated at the bar?

    Entire restaurant

    When's happy hour?

    Sun-fri 3-6

When does your kitchen close on Friday night? Thank you!

It's midnight at least - was there in November and this was the only place in the Palazzo on a Sunday night that had a late night kitchen and we ate at the bar at midnight

    Can you pay by cash?

    Yes

    Price all you can eat?

No it's a higher end restaurant that's not focused on sushi

    Is it buffet?

No, it's a full menu of items to order individually.

    What is the corkage fee?

    $35

Is there a dress code? some yelp reviews mention a dress code but there's nothing mentioned about it on the website.

All three of us were dressed casual- shorts & shirts & my husband had a tank top on so I think that may be why we were seated in their beautiful & large back room that we absolutely loved!

Do you have gluten free options and gluten free soy sauce?

Hello Brittany, We have both a gluten free menu and soy sauce.

Is this the same SUSHISAMBA from Japan?

Can you order and take out? Also can you customize some of the rolls? For example add some things to avocado rolls?

Yes you can order take out and customize rolls. Thank you for the inquiry.

    Good for kids?

It depends on the timing. For lunch or an early dinner, I would say yes. I also suggest letting them know the age of your kids and I trust they will seat you in the best place for your group.

Does the restaurant have soy wraps available for substitution instead of the seaweed?

Yes! They offer soy wrap substitutes!

    Kids menu? Yes or no?

    Not a kids place

    What time is happy hour?

They call it Samba hour. Its Sun – Fri, 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, 11:00 PM to close. They also have brunch. Saturday and Sunday 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Still a good place to go if we don't eat raw fish?

Yes there are other dishes such as tempura, ramen bowls , noodles

We are staying at the Palazzo and was offered resort credit, are we allowed to use the resort credit at the restaurant?

It works for Venetian resort credit so I would assume the same for Palazzo

It's so nice to meet Anthony, he's VP, and came by to my table to check in, asked how everything was, he's very welcoming and personable. Ace Dragon Wok primarily focus on guest curated experiences, and can customize any order especially for dietary needs for vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free. They also make their own five spice and chili oil. Service from Joaquin, Anthony, and Juan is very kind, welcoming, attentive, and friendly! During that visit, the manager, Karen, stopped by our table to check on us. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuine, and I told her I'd definitely come back to try the restaurant myself. About a month later, a friend came to visit from California, and I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to return. Coincidentally, Karen was there again, and once again she made us feel so welcome and appreciated. Then, last weekend, I came back with another group of friends, and Karen continued the same exceptional level of hospitality. She even surprised us with an appetizer and Momofuku's famous Blondie dessert, which was absolutely delicious! (For anyone wondering, it's only available during dinner service, and it's worth ordering.) Every visit I've had here has been a positive experience. The food has been great, the atmosphere is fun, and the hospitality has been what keeps bringing me back. Karen truly knows how to make guests feel special, and that's something you don't find everywhere. I'd also like to give a shoutout to Cassie at the front desk. She is warm, friendly, and welcoming, and she makes a wonderful first impression. If I could offer a little constructive feedback, I'd say the dining room could use a bit more lighting. It's a cute space, but it feels a little too dark for my taste. The music was also a bit louder than I'd prefer, making conversation a little difficult. During our most recent visit, the service was slower than expected, and the pours on the white wine seemed quite small considering they were $21 per glass. Overall, though, I've really enjoyed my experiences at Momofuku. Great food, outstanding hospitality, and a team that genuinely cares about its guests keep me coming back. Service was just uneven, long stretches where we didn't see them. Really nice inside but super loud, really loud. Food was amazing would definitely try it again

James took care of us at dinner on a Friday night. He was awesome and explained the menu very well…read more He made some really good recommendations and I'm glad we listened. We were here specifically for Restaurant Week and I have to say, good a really good deal considering the prices of some of the items we got. The Wagyu tartare alone was $52 already, and we spent $90 on a 3-course meal for RW. We had crispy rice tuna, Wagyu tartare, Chilean sea bass, filet mignon, cinnamon roll, and the smores cake. To drink, I had an old fashioned with a Japanese whisky. It was nice and oaky. The wife had the she so spicy which was excellent (I had a sip). Everything we ate was divine; the only thing we were a little disappointed in was the consistency of the crispy rice. We wished it would have been a bit more sushi rice consistency on the inside, but it was a bit too soggy. Everything else was amazing though, especially the sea bass. The restaurant itself is so pretty, and we happened to get seated in the instagrammable area with the greenery. We are locals, so don't really care much for a strip view, but the restaurant does have a nice one. Would we come back here and pay à la carte next time? Probably not, but only because we try to avoid the strip like the plague.

It's the perfect place to wine and dine, or enjoy a fun night with your close friends. We order the Korean Fried Chicken, Roasted Duck, and Thai Coconut Cream Spinach for dinner. Each dish was savory and delicious. Definitely, a must try if you're looking for delicious Asian cuisine on the north end of the strip.

We love this restaurant! It's our favorite place to get fried rice! Our favorites are the brisket…read morefried rice and the lobster fried rice we also always get the Short rib dumplings (pan fried) to start, they are so delicious and I love the sauce they put on. It's not close to the side of town we're on which is far north west, Skye Canyon,, but we feel it's worth it! The waitstaff is always very attentive and knowledgeable when it comes to the menu. We actually come here often enough that we are very familiar with the menu and we always know exactly what we want to eat and drink! Sorry this review is so late but every time we go to Fremont Street we eat, have drinks and then we have a good time so I get sidetracked and forget to finish reviewing lol Overall, this is a really great restaurant. It's kind of small, but we've never really have to wait very long to be seated. The best part about it is, it's in Circa which doesn't allow anyone under 21 in the casino so we don't have to worry about those kind of large parties! (Just my personal opinion)

Very good restaurant if you're craving Asian food. I came over here massively hungover and this was…read moreexactly what I needed. Great decor, ambience and staff. Very attentive and friendly. We got the brisky dumplings, pan seared. I Was expecting the small din tai fung sized ones with little filling, but these were FAT dumplings, with good amounts of brisket inside. WE got the brisket fried rice - also very good, and the garlic noodles. I really liked the char that the noodles and rice had. Only thing for me is that the fried rice and noodles seemed to have a little too big much oil in it. I don't think that's an indictment on 8 east itself, but more of a general Chinese/Taiwanese cooking method. But other than that, I would certainly come back again.
