Matcha Cookie Butter 50% sweet & Triple Matcha
Monica K.

When I tell you I get their matcha almost 5 times a week, believe be!! I'm either doordashing their matcha, or picking up. They have the best cookie butter matcha. If you are more into a strong matcha, umami flavor I'd highly recommend. Cute little spot to hangout, staff is always very sweet and attentive everytime

Such a cute spot in the neighborhood offering great flavors and snacks. Place appeared to be a local spot for the youth to hang out. At least during the time my family and I visited. They had a few outdoor seating as well. I always like checking out boba spot - this place didn't disappoint. We will be back.

This place gets packed! I visited on a Saturday afternoon and it was super busy in there. Controls chaos. You order via kiosk and wait for your order. I ordered the strawberry mochi drink and popcorn chicken. The wait for my items was not bad at all. The chicken was delicious. Crisp to perfection. My drink was a bit questionable. For it being strawberry mochi, I didn't see nor tasted any mochi. Otherwise, it tasted good.

I finally got a chance to try the second Tea Percent Elk Grove location. I'm a regular customer of the first location on EG Florin Rd and Midtown location. This location has snacks, desserts, and tables to dine in. Very different than other locations. We got our usual drinks. Mango Passion Fruit Tea and Mango Yogurt. Both very good - just like the other locations. I've ordered these drinks so many time that I have my preferences down! LOL. They have been very consistent with their drinks. Popcorn Chicken is a MUST order. Each pieces are cut to the perfect bite size. The chicken is tender with very savory seasoning and fried to perfection. I don't recommend the lobster balls. It's imitation lobster fish ball (the ones at hot pot) lightly battered and fried. I was too stubborn to listen to my son to skip it. Quick service. Nice space to work and hang out with friends. It was pretty busy on Sunday afternoon.

Found my favorite boba spot while visiting family in town. This shop offers a variety of milk teas, slushies, coffees, sweet snacks, and savory snacks. Perfect for kids, a catch up session, or a working hour. Saw lots of folks on their laptops, etc. Loved my Jasmine Milk Tea - right amount of sweetness as requested and strong tones of good tea leaves. Popcorn chicken and fish balls were really tasty and served us well as snacks for the long drive home. I highly endorse T%!

Finally able to have time to escape and enjoy hanging out at our favorite spot after work again. As usual, the place is popping and a full crowd. The tables were all taken and the staff was very accommodating asking us if we needed help with seating. They are always so observant and considerate. Fortunately our baby is learning to walk so no stroller this time and we said no rush as baby would be spending most of time walking around and us chasing him lol. Got my go to for cool down evenings Peach Black Tea and my wife ordered the Roasted Rice Milk Tea with Oat boba. What an awesome combination that was. You need to try it. Oat boba topping is so fun to chew on. Also had to have one of they top sellers thebspicy popcorn chicken and enjoy the table outside and the nice breeze.

Decided to try something new today. My go to is matcha with strawberry w/boba. This time I ordered the Thai tea and added matcha cream and boba. Absolutely YUMMY!! The staff is very friendly and always greets their customers as they walk in the door. Wait time was minimal. The atmosphere is clean and gives off a comfy feeling vibe.

A nice day A tasty milk Tea
Gang X.

Nothing beats the simple joy of finding a perfect cup of boba. A nice day & a tasty milk Tea truly make the best combination! I love how this drink balances everything beautifully--it has both the creamy richness of milk and the distinct fragrance of tea, rounded out by a delightful, subtle sweetness. It is not overly sugary at all; instead, it leaves a wonderful floral tea aroma in your mouth after every single sip. If you are looking for a comforting treat to brighten your day, this is definitely the one to get!

We were near the area and wanted some Boba and found this spot on Yelp. It happened to be their Chinese new year event because I seen confetti on the floor, which we missed. They have plenty of seating for people as I seen several there hanging out and getting some work done. As you walk in, you see a kiosk where you place your order on drinks as well as food. It's great if you need to see pictures when ordering. I got the cream Brûlé latte to try something new and it was really good. I did 50% sweetness, which was perfect because I got sweetness from the crème brûlée. It came with boba and I noticed there was no ice in it. It could've melted when he torched the top. Overall, great drink, location and service.

Matsu Matcha Pop-up Drink: Matcha Einspanner

First time here, and the café was decorated with bear-themed holiday decor and made it cute and cozy inside. The cafe isn't very visible from the main road, but it's located right behind BAMBU. Ordering can bedone through a self-serve kiosk, which was easy to use. Since matcha is trending right now, my girlfriends and I stopped by for the Matsu Matcha pop-up. Matsu Matcha Pop-Up Drinks We Tried: - Ube Matcha - Banana Matcha - Matcha Cookie Butter - Matcha Einspanner Signature T% Drink: - Da Hong Pao Milk Tea Food: - Spicy Popcorn Chicken You could taste the matcha in each drink, with subtle hints of ube and banana. However, the cookie butter flavor didn't come through as much for me. We also shared the spicy popcorn chicken, which I really enjoyed. We ended up spending quite a bit of time here just hanging out, so it's a great spot to grab drinks, socialize, and take cute pics.

Seasoned waffle fries and Mini sausage rolls

A cute boba shop in the area. Came here for their 30% off most of their drinks and snacks special the day before Thanksgiving. You can order from the front counter or kiosk. Since most items were 30% off, we ordered many items =P. We got Crème brûlée boba latte, Hey sesame, Oreo smoothie, Mango pomelo, Seasoned waffle fries, Mini sausage rolls and Vietnamese crispy taro rice cake. All the drinks, we got 50% sweetness but all still super sweet. Waffle fries were overly fried and rock hard. Mini sausage rolls were overcooked and super salty. Taro rice cake was ok but kinda bland by itself. The sauce that came with the rice cake helped a bit. Service was pretty quick. Plenty of parking.

First time checking this place out. Pretty busy on a Saturday afternoon in which most of the tables were taken. Comfortable place to enjoy our drinks and snacks. Ordered a matcha drink and the strawberry smoothie - both were ok. Also ordered the popcorn chicken and fries. Both arrived hot and crispy, although the fries may have been a bit pricey.

I got the mango passion fruit tea and added lychee jelly. It was okay - sweet since it was 80%. I also ordered the sweet potato fries, it came with ketchup though but whatever. Originally went for the Elk Grove Restaurant deal but couldn't use the deal on the IPAD in the front. Since I paid already I just asked for the code. They are quick with service. I've studied here a few times - if you're looking for a quiet place to study - this is NOT the place. They play music pretty loudly yet there are chargers so that's a good thing. I think sitting here with friends would be more preferable. The seats are comfy, the benches r a bit tough but ultimately a pretty place to try out.

The banana flavor paired surprisingly well with the matcha and made for a really refreshing drink. It was one of those drinks that I immediately knew I'd order again. But honestly, the highlight wasn't even the drink itself. It was the adorable little elephant vessel it came with. They put dry ice inside and then pour water into it, making it look like the elephant is blowing smoke out of its trunk. My daughter was completely mesmerized. Watching her reaction was worth the visit all by itself. What I loved most was that it wasn't just a gimmick. The drink was actually good, and the elephant made such a cute keepsake afterward. It felt like getting both a treat and a souvenir. The café itself had a fun atmosphere, and it was one of those places that felt a little different from your typical coffee or tea stop. Helpful tip: If it's your first visit, order one of the drinks served in the elephant. The presentation alone is worth it, especially if you're visiting with kids. Between the banana matcha and my daughter's excitement over the smoking elephant, this ended up being one of those unexpectedly memorable stops we'll be talking about for a while.

Parking was confusing, didn't realize it was in a church and there wasn't really obvious signage from the parking lot that you're in the right spot. I had to look at the other review pictures to be like okay, I am here. Interior is cute and modern, but lacking that lived in feel I prefer for coffee shops. Service was quick. The coffee itself seems to lean towards biblical (lol?) food items. Think olive oil, dates, tahini, honey. I got the Tahini Einspanner because how fun, I can get some tastes of tahini and date but the whip and syrup didn't mix well into the drink despite me aggressively trying so it just lasted like a $7 plain latte. I almost had to bite the whip because it was so thick. Seems like they're using quality ingredients so the intention is there, the executions needs some refinement.
