If I didn't say it the first time then I'll say it now, I love this restaurant! The food is delicious and full of flavor, everything is just mouth watering. I don't know what the staff issue is like but I know they need more of it, it did take awhile to get service, but the server was super nice and informative to please bear with him. We weren't in a hurry so we didn't mind waiting, I told him just make sure to get our cocktails in and the ceviche and we'll good for awhile so he can catch up and also attend to his other tables. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I just love how open and clean it is inside, and how welcoming you feel.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Please don't change.

Had the pleasure to dine here at for my belated birthday. Shoutout to Sam who was amazing. Fantastic customer service. We were well taken care of here. First time here and glad to say I will be returning. The order: The Guajillo braised short rib was so flavorful, tender, and filling. Love the mash potatoes as the side for the dish just to break the fattiness of the short rib. Super filling dish and was very good. The sauces were excellent. The spicy shrimp tostadas were an amazing starter, thanks Lorraine for sharing! I also loved the guacamole that came with three different salsas. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Beautiful restaurant and has a huge selection of tequilas and the drinks were good.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Restroom was clean and everyone was super friendly here.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

A group of us girls went to have dinner here last night to celebrate a birthday and also because a majority of us had never been here before. We made a reservation before hand just to ensure a table would be available upon arrival and of course it was ready and garnished with beautiful fresh flowers. The drinks were tasty. I ordered the Berry Mocktail and I liked that it wasn't too sweet. For appetizers I ordered the Gabe some guac, salsa and chips and for myself the spicy shrimp on guac covered tostadas but decided to share them instead of being selfish. Lol. For myself main course, I ordered the Mary's chicken. It was tasty. I loved the char and crispy chicken skin that topped the moist chicken breast. The blue corn tortillas served with it were delicious. I love blue corn tortillas and it's a treat when a restaurant actually carries them. I didn't have room for dessert but I thought "eh why not end the evening with a band" and ordered the churro dessert. I am so glad I did because it was worth every calorie. When my check arrived I knew it would be pricey but all in all it wasn't that bad. Sam the manager served us with excellence from start to finish.. He was very kind, patient, and offered us great suggestions when we were unsure of our selections. He provided stellar service and was always checking in to make sure we were okay. During our extended 2 hour visit, we never felt rushed or pushed to leave so that was a blessing.

We went there for a casual dinner and liked the ambience, interior, the service. Our waitresses were good and took a good care of us, very nice and kind people. We ordered only entrées since the main dishes were so casual that didn't make sense for us to order, however the entrées had interesting combinations, and they were testing so good. The ice cream churros were sooo good, I would go back for that The most important is all the ingredients that came with our order were so fresh, and we enjoyed it. Next time would love to see something interesting in main menu. Besides the ordinary mains that alsmot all restaurants offer please include your signature dishes similar what you are already doing with your entree's. Looking forward to come back for nice and tasty dinner again.

I finally made it to Tabachines for the first time even though they've been open since 2018. I'm so ashamed of myself that I hadn't made it here sooner. The cocktails were delicious. Loved our waitress she took the time to explain the entrees. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Great service and beautiful atmosphere.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'll definitely return

Ambiance: [[HIGHLIGHT]]Super cute and modern decor, love the blue tiles and orange flowers[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service: Impeccable, Sam and the rest of the staff were attentive and amazing Food- The girls and I met through Yelp so they are my forever yelp besties. Having friends that share the same love of food and local businesses is a huge win in my book. My fellow 10 year yelper, Lorraine treated us tp delicious mini shrimp tostadas and chips and guacamole. Everything was fresh and delicious. Salsas were good. I usually get a margarita, but a Paloma sounding refreshing and it was! I ordered the Coloradito pork chop mole and it was very flavorful and delicious, it came with yummy blue corn tortillas. Definitely will be back! Price- A little on the higher side, but worth every bite.

Our expectations were high. We have been here before and know the degree of excellence that the owners and staff hold themselves to. But the Mother's Day brunch was ridiculously amazing! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Service, incredibly well prepared food and beverages, and ambiance galore![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It's an absolute gem in an area with lots of really good food and....competition? This place has no competition!!!! Well done Consuelo, Sam and Allegra, kitchen and staff!!!

    Beer in a wine glass....

I made a reservation for my gf and I to come out and have drinks after I heard really great things from others. It was, well....underwhelming. I ordered a beer only to have it served in a wine glass??? Decided we were going to do apps and got the ceviche, shrimp mini tostadas and the birria quesadillas...$80 later and well, I honestly won't be coming back....i don't have a problem paying $80 I just have a problem paying $80 for something I could've made at home. The ceviche was great I'll give them that but the shrimp mini tostadas were not very good- the shrimp was flavorful but the guac was just mashed avocado with no seasoning or salt. The birria quesadillas were the best thing we had all night but for the price point it was kinda whack. Our server seemed in a rush to get our order going and when we were finally ready he said he needed to drop off some other drinks first....okay? Save the money and go somewhere else

I've been meaning to write this review for a while now. We discovered Tabachines a few months ago and have been consistently impressed every time we go. The food is unique and modern, and the service has been excellent on every visit. It reminds me a bit of of Saizon...but I definitely prefer Tabachines! The menu isn't overly large, but it offers enough variety to keep things interesting. Plus, they seem to have daily specials, which I always appreciate in a restaurant. I am looking forward to my next visit.

Overpriced, no flavor in my chicken dish. Would not recommend. The guacamole was fair tasting, 2.00 for chips that lacked any taste.

The food is always hot, the service is excellent, and the staff does a great job keeping everything running smoothly. Jus' Jo's is located in Clovis off Shaw Avenue. If you don't know where it is, you could easily drive right past it since there's no prominent street sign, but it's a well-known local favorite. Depending on the day and time, there can be a wait, which says a lot about its popularity. I was recently asked to write a review about this place, and honestly, I didn't have anything negative to say. I usually order the Farmer's Special Breakfast Sandwich, which comes with ham, bacon, egg, lettuce, tomato, avocado, and mayo on sourdough bread. It's an awesome breakfast sandwich and one of my go-to orders. Today, however, I decided to ignore my diabetes for a moment and try their famous half cinnamon roll French toast. Wow. It was crispy, buttery, topped with powdered sugar, and absolutely delicious. I actually had to stop myself from eating the whole thing. It was my first time trying it, and it definitely won't be my last. The coffee was great, and they kept my cup full the entire meal. One thing I've noticed is that many of the waitresses seem to have worked here for years, which speaks to the quality of the restaurant. They're experienced, attentive, and always on top of their service, so be prepared to leave a good tip--they earn it. If you're looking for a great breakfast or lunch spot in Clovis, Jus' Jo's is definitely worth a visit. Great food, great service, and a consistently enjoyable experience.

HUGE Thank You to our Server Jessica and the rest of the staff here! Everyone was so nice, Jessica…read moreespecially was super attentive, our coffees were always full, our food came out at a decent time and it was still nice and hot and she was so friendly throughout our time here, so Jessica if you ever see this, Thank you so much, we appreciate you! We happened to be in the area today with a failed trip to Lithia Ford for a car repair. We both were hungry and needed to choose between breakfast or Mexican food, we flipped a coin and the coin chose breakfast. I'm glad it did, cause right when we were heading towards another breakfast spot, we made the quick decision to just choose what was nearby. It's a restaurant name we've heard of, but haven't been, so we opted to give it a try. I'm so glad we did! Because the food was amazing and the service just as much! Parking lot was full but not too crazy, that luckily came after we were seated. Inside was nicely themed to Louisiana Bayou with gators and cute signs with quotes and a big tree in the seating area with sound effects of bugs from the swamp. As soon as we walked in we were welcomed with a nice greeting from one of the busy waitresses who let us know we would be seated in a moment. Our server Jessica came up with a smile and a warm welcome and had us follow her to our booth. We both started off with coffee and browsed the menu, this menu had some usual fair but definitely stayed in the theme of the restaurant with Louisiana cuisine, like andouille sausage as a breakfast meat choice. I went with their "Hucks Platter" which is 3 eggs anyway you want, choice of potatoes or hashbrowns and you can choose between a couple varieties of meats, steak, chicken fried steak, sausage, bacon and andouille. It also comes with a choice of side, being toast, homemade biscuit or their huckleberry bread? I played it safe and went with the white toast. I also went with the bacon cause I love me some bacon! It was hickory smoked and my goodness it was cooked to perfection! My whole meal was cooked perfectly! I truly appreciate the cooking staff for doing such an amazing job during a busy morning. Jess chose the Banana Foster French Toast and my goodness! It looked just as good if not better than the picture. It was loaded, thick and comes with a side of eggs and your choice of meat. She loved the French toast, she's never had Bananas Foster before but she said it was decadent, sweet and had a nice caramelized flavor. Would recommend and also get it again! We paid, "with tip" around $57, which isn't bad for most breakfast spots now a days. Especially when you're getting this kind of food quality and service. We never went without a fresh hot cup of coffee and a nice check in from Jess or one of the other servers to pick up a plate or ask us how we're doing. I do apologize for no pictures, when the food came out, it looked so good we just dug right in! We both would absolutely come back and eat here again if we're in the area or back in Fresno looking for a breakfast spot. If you're in and or from here, you should definitely make this your go-to breakfast spot!

Very late review, 2 months late…read more I went with my niece and a couple friends one Saturday morning. No reservation so we waited a good amount of time but it wasn't so long that it was unbearable. Very cute waiting area. I didn't expect it to look as... modern? as it did? I'm not sure what I expected it to look like but it was nice inside. Staff was suuuper friendly. Every single one we spoke to. Considering how busy they were (constant flow of traffic/customers)... I appreciate that they can still smile and make you feel welcomed. I ordered the OG French Toast, my niece got the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese sandwich on a Croissant. I can't remember what my friends ordered. Portions are very good. We could have easily split a plate (my niece and I) and be okay. Classic American breakfast. Everything was good/satisfying. We all enjoyed our meals. I also got their Brown Butter Iced Coffee-- saw one of the guys that worked there drinking one behind the counter and asked what it was, lol. I can't say it was the best coffee drink I've ever had but it was still pretty good. Not strong though. Though I've written a raving review, when it comes down to the food, it's not the best breakfast I've had around Fresno. It would not be a first choice for me personally but I also wouldn't mind coming back if my friends wanted to. Plus, there's so much more to try on their menu so it's not fair to judge overall food off one visit. For now, they are a solid 4.
