Only Taco Bell in Livermore that gave me bad vibes. Though a great location for Springtown residents, the least favorite Taco Bell of Livermore. I didn't go there for ambiance, but the dining area is a large, quiet, almost creepy atmosphere. Most of their business is drive through. Why is space relevant? For small dining areas, its expected that there are no self-serve soda machines. But not here, there is space for 15 soda dispensing machines! But the staff wants to fill it for you. Why is that important? They ask you for what kind of sauce you like (mild, hot, or fire). I thought, "That's strange, I normally grab it out myself from a little bucket." It occurred to me, they ration out the little packets. Can you get more cheap? Yes, yes you can. I found out to my disappointment they put the sauce in the food for you! I am a Taco Bell fan, but I am NOT a fan of this location. Every single time my family has gone to this location (mainly because they have a drive thru) we have had something wrong with our order. The last time I went there was a few months ago and it is the last time I will be going to this location. I could barely understand the person taking my order and to make matters worse, the screen that is supposed to show your order was not on or working so there was no way for me to verify. Because we have had things missing from our order every single time we have gone to this location, I checked the bag before I left, sure enough the 2 Triple Layer Nachos was made into a 7 layer Burrito (huh?) - I wondered how my total was so high! I went inside the store to be met with attitude from the people inside - they acted as if it was my problem that they made my order wrong. They exchanged the items for me which was good....but really I was hoping they would give them to me for free since I had to go inside and what not....of course that was not given nor was an apology. I called to complain to the Taco Bell hot line, i have no idea if anything was done. but I will never go back to that location again. I do highly suggest the Las positas location. I am sick of this being the only Taco Bell around me! I have an allergy to tomatoes and tell them to put it in a separate bag, and there is an allergy and yet EVERY time I come here they mess up my order. They say they are sorry and they fix it, I go home and sometimes it's STILL wrong! I ask to get comped for my wrong meal and they say they can't. It is such a pain in the butt to have this be such a busy store (waiting in line for 20 min) and have to wait even longer for them to correct the problem. The lady taking my order was so personable and friendly which is why I'm happy with the service I received even though they had no Pepsi/dr pepper/ root beer available. Never had a problem with slow service, the orders come out correctly -- and yes, I do detour them off the printed menu (it's what I do) -- and the place was reasonably clean. If I could leave a zero I would.... these women who worked at 11pm on Saturday March 24th told me and my friends that we could not make three orders which I was fine with but then they say we can't order more than 4 items per order and had a huge attitude the whole time. I worked at Taco Bell for two years and never heard of only four items per order. No wonder this has hella low stars make sure you train your employees correctly and teach them better customer service. I've never left a bad review before but this was out of hand. Gotta be the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to and I have been to A LOT of Taco Bells. One might even say I am a Taco Bell enthusiast. I truly believe Taco Bell is the best Mexican restaurant in the country and even though this specific Taco Bell was trash, doesn't mean the rest of the Taco Bells are bad. First, they forgot my chicken quesadilla so I had to drive back and get it. Then, the chicken quesadilla was absolutely garbage, didn't have the tangy moist texture that it usually has. THEN, they forgot the ONE sauce I asked for and give me some hot garbage called MILD. Finally, the icing on the cake was the dandruff-laced strand of hair that I found in my favorite Taco Bell item; the Chipotle Chicken Loaded griller. I am at a loss for words, never in my life has Taco Bell disappointed me so much before. Ate here last sunday and it was fine to me. When we walked in around noon, it was empty with only a few other people eating in the dining room. Nobody was at the cash register for at least a good few minutes until someone finally saw me standing there. Food was ready quickly though. But it was funny that while we were eating, a line gathered up at the order line but again there was nobody at the cashier for at least 3-5 minutes, and the party in the front of the line couldn't wait any longer and left. Kids love The Bell so we visit a few times a month, just went Friday night. Food prep and quality improving (I give it a "4" for serving quantity and consistency) and staff at lunch and dinner professional, but the wait time during both peak and lulls has been constantly painfully long... and my order has been incorrect last 3 out of 5 visits!! (ground beef instead of chicken tacos, missing major items, etc.). Staff always courteous and helpful with corrections, but after waiting 20-25 minutes, sticking around/going back for fixes is pouring salsa in the wound. This is the closest Taco Bell to my house and I am considering driving across town from now on to avoid this location. I've been going to this location now for about 2 years and have never had a positive experience. More than half the time my order is missing items. There is one Asian girl who often works the drive-thru who I absolutely loathe. She's one of those people who likes to pretend to be busier than they actually are... Talks super fast, throws your order out the window at you, acts like your presence is an inconvenience..... Here's a tip for these employees. I know this is not a difficult job. I worked at Taco Bell in high school when I was a dumb 15 year old kid and had no difficulty understanding my duties working there whatsoever. Yes, it does get busy, which can be stressful, but even working under pressure, it is still NOT A DIFFICULT JOB. So disappointed that I've decided to write my first Yelp review. After a long day in the Bay Area we stopped here to grab some food before heading back over the altamont. First we sat a good 20 minutes in the drive thru waiting for the 2 cars ahead of us to get their food. Then to have our food take an additional 10-15 minutes. Which was terrible. We made sure to order everything very carefully with no meat no cheese/dairy products. Well after finally getting back onto the freeway we take a bite and EVERYTHING we ordered had cheese.
