    Bionicos

The food is totally authentic and super delicious! Today I went in for an afternoon thirst quencher, their yummy Horchata. I couldn't help but get one of their Bionicos because they are always full of delicious fruit and sweet cream. The service is friendly and fast and the ambiance is family friendly.

I've been to the other location which is nearby and this place is just as great. I ordered their chicharron pork plate and it was delicious. The pork was cooked perfectly and the sauce was excellent. The tacos I got were also delicious, carne asada and carnitas. An overall awesome lunch and I was very satisfied. I'd definitely come back here again to try their other menu items.

We got there without the usual long wait, which was a nice surprise! I ordered the Cali Toast with country potatoes and a Rose Latte, and everything was so good. The Cali Toast is one of my go to orders, and the Rose Latte is definitely worth trying if you're in the mood for something a little different. We sat outside, and the patio has such a relaxing vibe, perfect for lingering over coffee and good conversation. There is more outdoor seating on the covered patio than indoor seating. Both seating areas are nice. The lady who seated us was very friendly and pretty attentive and especially considering she wad handling a lot of other tables. Both the house eggs Benedict and house French toast were good. Was expecting crispy bacon on the benny considering the description, but the only difference from classic seemed to be the avocado. The benny egg and muffin were both collected well, especially the eggs they did a great job on those. Wife didn't like the flavor of the hollandaise sauce, but thought it was fine. She liked the French toast much better. You did not need syrup as the butter cream and chocolate sauce were plenty sweet on their own. Half serving is probably ok for one person, full was nice to share. The bathroom was clean, large, and single person--great for a pit stop before you head out! The mason jar waters were cool. Overall, nice local joint for a peaceful weekend or vacation breakfast. Definitely recommend giving them a try. Will be back sometime.

The space itself is pretty small, with limited indoor seating, but a fairly spacious outside patio. The patio is shaded, but if it's hot I'd still recommend sitting indoors if possible. Everything is clean, and it looks like your typical neighborhood breakfast joint. Perfect for brunch with friends and family. The food is really great! From their waffles, to eggs, to breakfast burritos; everything I've ordered has been fantastic! Their potatoes are seasoned very well, and the waffle with strawberry and Nutella is an indulgent treat. The breakfast burrito is another standout, it was cheesy and flavorful. Nothing I've ordered so far has disappointed, and this spot stands out as one of the best breakfast spots I've been to. The service is solid and consistent. Both times I've visited, our server was friendly, and made sure to offer refills when drinks were empty. While nothing was above and beyond, nothing was wrong and the experience was overall great! I'll definitely be back soon for a tasty breakfast!

The staff is always so friendly and welcoming, and the food is consistently amazing. Honestly, writing this review is making me want to go back and order them right now! I've sat both indoors and outdoors. The outdoor patio can get pretty hot, while the indoor seating feels a little small. I still love this place, but I think adding a few fans to the outdoor seating area would make the experience even better, especially on warmer days. Overall, great food, great service, and definitely a spot I'll keep coming back to!

The fries is so good and crispy! The burrito with pastrami got a good combination worth other ingredients like soft scrambled egg and fries potatoes but they are a bit mushy. Bottom Line Up Front: Eggbred is breakfast food for Gen Z --…read moreand that's not a dig by any means. Let me eggplain... The Background: Eggbred is a fast-food establishment with fast-casual aspirations. You pay at the counter but the meals are handcrafted, so there's a wait similar to a sit-down restaurant. Plus, the prices are higher than a Mickey D's -- $9.79 to $13.99 for sandwiches and $9.99 to $17.99 for burritos, for example. The Food: I ordered the Ribeye California Burrito and it was delicious. The beef was tender and moist, the avocado was fresh, and the cilantro crema was tasty. The lemonade was very meh, unfortunately. The Setting: Located in a smallish strip mall on Harbor Boulevard, it has limited free parking in the front. Not a problem on a weekday mid morning, but I imagine it would be quite difficult to find parking at peak times. Inside, it had a cool, modern aesthetic, but it was small, not ideal for mid to large-size groups. Customer Service: My cashier was friendly and quite knowledgeable, providing an eggcellent recommendation (the Ribeye California Burrito). However, the cook staff took awhile making the food (it took about 20 minutes for my order to come out). The Pros and Cons: So, is the food worth the hype and premium prices? Yes and no. It's essentially a fast-food restaurant charging sit-down prices with longish wait times. Your satisfaction level will depend largely on your expectations: if you're thinking it's fast food, you'll be pleasantly surprised by the care they put into the food and freshness of the ingredients. You'll be disappointed if you're expecting a more premium experience to match the premium prices. The Conclusion: I would need to return to try the other dishes on the menu to give a definitive answer, but based on my first experience I didn't feel like I got enough value for the price I paid and the wait I endured. While I would be open to trying their other dishes, I would not return unless I was in the area by chance.

Although there is parking in the front, it's very limited. We later found there is much more convenient parking in the back, which I definitely recommend using. As soon as you walk in, you can tell it's a family-owned, mom-and-pop restaurant. Even though the dining area is small, it feels warm, welcoming, and comfortable. It also seems to be a favorite among the locals, which is always a good sign. The service was excellent. The staff frequently checked on us, kept our water glasses full, and happily accommodated my fiancée's special request for her meal. The food was fantastic. My fiancée ordered the Wet Burrito without the cheese on top. It came with chips, and even though they were in the sauce, they somehow stayed crispy throughout the meal. She loved every bite. I ordered the chicken and waffles with whipped cream and strawberries. The chicken was fried to perfection--crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and well-seasoned throughout without being overly breaded. The waffles were delicious and paired perfectly with the toppings. We also shared a biscuit with gravy. The biscuit was soft, fluffy, and moist enough that it honestly didn't even need the gravy. That said, the gravy was rich, flavorful, and not overly salty, making it a great complement. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. The food, service, and atmosphere all exceeded our expectations.
