My nephew wanted sul lung tang here so I took him for early dinner couple of weekends ago. It was my first time here. Place is small but clean. It was empty when we walked in close to 5pm. Hubby & I shared a small plate of bossam & it was delicious. The pork belly was soft & tender. Not dry at all. The side dishes were good & I like that there was a variety which is a plus for me. I tried a couple of spoonfuls of the sul lung tang & it was just okay. It didn't have a bold flavor but maybe I'll give it another try next time when I'm craving it. The place offers many different options to choose from which I like to try next time.

Decided to venture out and try other types of Korean soups: Dogani Tang and Yukgae Jang with ban chan and side of rice each. They came with noodles hidden inside and were both delicious and filling!

Decided to try out this spot for cold noodles. My hubby liked it, I was not a fan. The place is a hole in the wall, quiet, unassuming. Place could fit maybe like 30 ppl? If packed out So on the smaller side. Very chill atmosphere. Seems like the same lady helping guests by herself. She's very nice, accommodating and on the shy/quiet side. The katsu was perfectly fried and on the thin side like a schnitzel almost but delicious ! We actually come here for the suyuk. The first two times the tongue, cheek and cartilage/tendon? Was amazing. Just came back not too long ago and the cartilage was more cartilage then tendon like. I prefer when everything is super soft. The tongue and cheek are wonderfully tender. My dad really enjoys their gukbap. He says it's old style like in Korea. Maybe a little more rustic. My mum has had the dolsat bibimpap and it was standard good. Try out this spot and see if you like it! Oh yea, I like their Fishcake side dish.

Stumbled upon Tang on a Sunday afternoon when every other Korean restaurant had a long wait. We would definitely go back for the steamed pork belly, katsu and pork bone soup. I got the OxBone, knee bone cartilage soup. Knocked off 1 star bc of it. For $20, for a small bowl of soup, I would say High Pass. There were hardly any noodles in this bowl, hardly any meat, hardly any flavor - which honestly, was shocking. This soup was a ripoff. 3/5 Recommend all the other food mentioned. For Ox bone soup - 10/10 recommend HAN YANG

It was delicious and a good place to come when you're craving Korean food. You can choose only soondae, which is what I did.

It was my first time dining here and it was great. Service was good and it was not too loud inside. I ordered the Bulgogi Hot Pot which had a generous amount of meat, glass noodles, and mushrooms. The soup was good but on the sweeter side. I would definitely come here again! ^~^

The best food and friendliest service! Amazing selection of items and the quality and taste are like home cooked food. 10 stars!

I recently tried Tang and I was so shocked with how much I liked it, and on how filling the soup was! We got the spicy soondaeguk which was a Korean blood sausage soup, as well as their modeum suyuk which was filled with boiled ox tongue, shank, and knee cartilage. These meats were so tender and high in collagen, so super good for your skin! They provided a sauce to dip your meat in as well, and that and the banchan they had just made it a great meal. Korean soups pair so well with rice, so make sure to grab a bowl for a full and hearty meal. They have a bunch of other appetizers and Korean dishes to pair with any of the soups you can get, so we got their seafood pancake. It was a bit eggy for me compared to what I'm used to, but still had great flavor. They also have bossam and jokbal, as well as other soups like galbi tang and seolleong tang, so something is sure to catch your eye. Highly recommend coming to Tang the next time you're craving Korean comfort food, especially as the weather's getting colder!

We decided to come to Sushi Mura just a block away from Knott's Berry Farm, this is our first time at Sushi Mura. The restaurant is in a great location surrounding with great restaurants to choose from. We step in the restaurant but the restaurant was full but the waitress found a table for us we notice the restaurant is very popular with locals and the tourists but we get a table right away and waitess hand us the menu. We look at the menu they have a very selection on Sushi and appetizers and also drinks. We look at menu and decided to order the Tonkotsu, avocado roll and veggies tempura. The restaurant is very nice with a modern decoration that's a nice new look that's bring that people in to the restaurant. First our avocado roll and the veggies tempura brought to our table. I got on of avocado roll taste it amazing the avocado was very creamy then I got another one I little bit of soy sauce and wasabi it make the roll the level I perfer in flavor in each bite. Veggies tempura our favorite appetizers I enjoy fried veggies with side of dipping sauce. First I really enjoy they were cook nice golden brown but wasn't greasy I should order another one I didn't. They brought our Tonkotsu it look so good I add the bamboo shoots I order to my Tonkotsu and my wife added her egg in her Tonkotsu. First I tasted the broth very it was good but I didn't get the full flavor of the pork broth but the chashu brought the broth in harmony in the Tonkotsu. Chased was very good it was very tender and the fat brought flavor to the dish. We enjoy coming to Sushi Mura the food was incredible good and experience with staff good next time when we come back again we need to try different items from their menu.

These young staff came across as cold and unwelcoming. No smiles whatsoever. I am not expecting Michelin star service, but basic friendliness goes a long way. When we asked questions or spoke to the staff, we were often met with silent head nods instead of a response, which made the experience feel awkward and uncomfortable. Maybe I am old fashioned, but if I am paying for a meal, I at least want to feel welcomed. It is a shame because the food is genuinely delicious, but the service makes it hard to want to come back.

The kimchi, kkakdugi (radish kimchi), and gat kimchi are absolutely delicious. I heard that the owner makes everything in-house, and you can really tell how much care and skill go into the food. The staff are also incredibly kind and welcoming every time I visit. Galbitang (Beef Short Rib Soup) - This is honestly the best galbitang I've had in both OC and LA. The broth is rich and flavorful, and the beef is always fresh and tender. Whenever I'm craving galbitang in the OC/LA area, this is the only place I go. Yukgaejang (Spicy Beef Soup) - The amount of ingredients they give you is amazing. I've had it both dining in and as takeout, and it's consistently delicious every single time. It's perfectly seasoned, and has just the right level of spice. As much as I love the galbitang, I think I actually enjoy the yukgaejang even more. Pork Cutlet (Donkatsu) - This place is known for its galbitang and seolleongtang, so I wasn't expecting much from the donkatsu... but why is it this good? The cabbage salad dressing that comes on the side is seriously addictive. The portion size is huge, there's no way I could finish it by myself. It has the crispy texture of Japanese katsu, while still having a great pork flavor of its own. I honestly think this could be considered one of their signature dishes. If you're looking for authentic Korean comfort food with generous portions and warm service, I highly recommend giving this place a try. I'll definitely keep coming back!

I love that you order off their kiosk which is conveniently located at the table already. The staff was quick to bring out the banchan. To start, we shared their leek pancake and pork blood sausage. For my lunch I went with their cold noodles since it was a cold day. The people I came with had some pork spare ribs, which came with rice and bone knee soup. And a bibimbap. The leek pancake was the best thing there. The pork blood sausage was more of rice noodles rolled up with pork blood flavored. I can't imagine it being much portion. Eveything else was bland which we all agreed to. For my cold noodles I added plenty of vinegar and mustard but it was not it. Still lacked flavor. Also it only had half a boiled egg and two verythin slices of beef. The pork was over cooked, dry, and lacked flavor. The bibimbap was also bland even with their red sauce. We we were all disappointed. The pricing is affordable. The staff was nice and quick. They made sure to check up on us. Parking here is a tough even though it was a weekday. Their lot was full and you can park next door but by the dental office but that was also full. We waited a little and eventually found parking. The restaurant is very casual, clean and spacious. This was just really meh to me.
