Maybe you should a sign that if you get less ice or no ice, you get less tea. Like the drink is already a bit pricey so is it going to be that big of a deal to add 1/2 ounce tea. Beware of you decide to get less ice. You don't give a discount for 25% sweet. That should save you some money there since you aren't adding additional sweetness. I've gotten less ice before at other tastea location and this is the first time the girl making my drink say they short your drink cause you for less ice. read more

I love going to Tastea on S. white road, and I know this location on Capital Expressway is new, but when you open a new location of an existing business you should really get some of your better workers to help build the new team of the new store. And when I get it from S White RD it is Juicy and flavorful and just great. I was really excited to try this place since it opened, so I stopped in on my lunch break. I was surprised by the prices because of how the taste was. It was $6 for a 20oz Jasmine Milk Tea, she gave milk choices so I said almond milk and the drink tasted like when you leave coffee and ice for too long and it becomes that watery flavor. It tasted as if they filled the cup with water and added a bit of jasmine tea flavoring. I used to come here specifically for their coffee and blended drinks but I tried their jasmine milk tea and peach me sweetea drink recently and the quality of both drinks were phenomenal. Their seasonal drinks have always also been really cool like the watermelon heaven, jasmine sunrise, pumpkin spice latte. Right now my go to drinks though rotate between five: -matcha latte (when i need a pick me up, their matcha flavor is phenomenal) -jasmine milk tea with black jelly (when i want a milk tea) -bootea shaker (when i want something more refreshing) -peach me sweetea (when i want something lighter in flavor) -Chamango (when im feeling down on myself and want something more filling and to treat my self) Their app is great too, i usually order it in the app ahead of time and the drinks are ready when i get there. I've only been here three times but but I can say that the food is better than the drinks. I ordered a matcha milk tea (my first time ordering a drink from this location) and it was really mid. I don't know if they ran out of product but both our orders were seriously "milked down" as opposed to watered down. It's amazing how consistent they are with messing up my orders. I don't like going to this place, but when I do, my orders are usually messed up. Usually I let it slide, but I'm really pissed off today. I ordered my drink online and was in a rush so I picked it up and left. Not sure what happened with the drinks but my coffee tasted bitter and I could barely taste the matcha in the coffee. The Jasmine Milk Tea was bland as well. Came Into this Tastea of hoping to satisfy my boba cravings. Usually my bf & I love Tastea, but today customer service had really ruined our overall experience. Tastea is always delicious. So glad this tastea is here as we tend to pop in at least twice a week after our late night workout next door. The service is always friendly but the drinks are not super consistent. Sometimes 50% sweet ends up tasting like 100%. For that reason I highly suggest ordering less sugar than you think you want. This place just opened up near me. Having moved to the Cambrian area had been an adjustment for my family as we really miss having all the Asian food option available in Santa Clara. We have been exploring most of the places and saw Tastea while checking out ChaCha Sushi. We weren't going to go as the kids were a little fussy and it was kinda cold but I am glad we mustered through and went. I haven't had bubble tea this good in a long time. I was completely blown away the how flavorful everything was. We ordered a mango slushy and peach ice tea. There was fruit in every drink and it was delicious. I come to this shopping center frequently because of 85 degrees, lucky, and bank of America. I guess I'll be coming by here for Tastea now! They also had a sample station and one of the samples that night was their version of a Vietnamese coffee. It was sooooo good. Matcha Thai Milk tea. The matcha is a bit overpowering but has good tea flavor. They also have a variety of toppings as well at $0.70 per topping. They have 3 different sizes, 20oz @ $4.85, 32oz @ $6.60 and the jug(for parties) @ $32.95. The Tiger milk tea was pretty good as well. Their honey boba topping was a bit different from what I thought it would be. It's colorful boba: green, pinkish. They do have a rewards program, but you have to download the app for it. read more

This Tastea is my go-to location of all Tasteas in San Jose, even though it's a bit further! Personally, I have no problem with customer service and the workers are always quick and nice, especially when I used to work in this plaza and visit them every other day during break. I usually get the Passion Attraction in green tea and add honey boba. Their drinks are also always consistent when I order less sugar and their milk teas don't taste so watered down, unlike the Tastea near me. Plus, they have actual outlets! The space I feel is a bit smaller than the other location, though, so sometimes seats fill up (before covid) pretty quick. read more
