I first visited here at their grand opening and was excited to come back. We arrived on a Saturday morning at about 10:30 AM and had just about a 20 minute wait for a two-top. Once we were sat, Service was delightful and very attentive. We enjoyed a couple of bloody Mary's... Mine was spicy and fantastic. We also enjoyed the Chilaquiles and a southwestern bowl... Both were off the charts. The interior is beautiful, the service is very friendly, and the vibe is super cool. It's a nice place and if you can sit outside even better. The service was friendly, attentive, and prompt. The food was quick to come out. The gravy was great, the omelet greats, the biscuits were almost cookie dry, and everything needed salt. They are almost there just some more tweaks to bring it home. read more

The food here was well prepared, visually pleasing and tasted wonderful. However, the wait for a table was beyond long, hot and uncomfortable. We called asking for reservations and were told they only took them on holidays. Wednesday at 9:30 am and the temperature climbing into the high 90s , we waited on the wait list. which, we found out, we could have entered the list before even leaving home. would have been a great piece of information to learn during our phone call. It ended up being a 30 minute wait outside with no shade or seating. Our food was delicious! The coffee was hot and fresh. Our server was pleasant and checked on us often. I excused myself for the restroom, only to find a LINE. Six people deep....another long wait. After 10 minutes , we paid our bill and almost ran to the opposite end of the shopping center to use the restroom at Whole Foods. We've concluded that the inconvenient and uncomfortable wait times for the table and the restroom made the experience one that we will skip in the future. read more

We were nearby for a meeting yesterday, and decided to pop in for lunch. WOW! The joint was jumping, but we were seated quickly and service was great! We weren't sure what to expect when we googled brunch places but this place checked all the boxes. The entire restaurant was very modern with lots of seating (indoor and outdoor). We assumed we'd have a wait because they were busy but the got us in right away. Our waitress had great recommendations and we enjoyed the food. The Dutch baby (great to share!) was sweet without being overly sweet. Our filet mignon omelet was delicious. They know how to cook eggs and not to burn them. I decided to try the new restaurant location for teaspoon. I met some friends today for brunch to try it out. I have to say that this location is super Chic. I love the soft tones and the warm inviting atmosphere within this restaurant. I had the lobster and crab omelette and it was excellent. I also had The chocolate chip croissant which was very good as well. The service was excellent and my coffee was always topped off. Our table had the breakfast pizza, (would order again), buffalo chicken wrap (saturated with sauce making chicken soggy) and chilaquiles. (Fine). Me and my SO ordered the savory Dutch baby. It was soggy but had good flavor. It did not have any "popover" as a Dutch baby usually has; maybe the savory (fatty) items makes it so it won't "pop and collapse," I don't know. I love Teaspoons! I've gone to the original since they first opened. I'm excited that there is a new location. The restaurant has a wonderful vibe, and it's right next to Whole Foods, so you can drop by after to do your shopping. Parking is also easy since there's a large parking lot. Absolutely delicious! We are big fans of the other location and we were really excited to try this new foothills spot. First off, sensational patio! The area is an easy one to find parking because it's in the Whole Foods parking lot. We were able to easily add our name to an on-line waiting list (we had a large party of 6) and were able to get in almost immediately. All of the staff were really friendly, attentive and answered all of our questions. Our friend's visiting from LA were so impressed and loved their dishes. Our table split the Dutch baby pancake and the bubble waffle and they were perfectly cooked, and so delicious. I enjoyed every bite of my crab Benedict, with amazing poached eggs. My husband had a filet mignon omelette and said it was one of the best he'd had. All the lattes, coffee's, and cocktails were on point! My sister, granddaughter, and I came in for breakfast and were looking forward to a nice meal together. We wanted to order a turkey sandwich, which comes on whole wheat bread, but my sister cannot eat whole wheat. We simply asked if it could be made on sourdough instead, and were surprised to be told there would be a $4 upcharge just to switch the bread. That felt unreasonable, so we decided not to order the sandwich and chose a hamburger instead. Unfortunately, the burger was disappointing and not very good. Overall, it was a frustrating experience. A small accommodation like changing bread shouldn't come with such a steep charge, and the quality of the food didn't make up for it. read more

First time at this location. We stopped in after a funeral on a Monday morning. I like the feel of this one over the original. It is white and clean with a modern feel. We had a large group and were seated quickly. I got the southwestern skillet. To be honest this was not my favorite. It was a large portion, but it was kind of dry. Never knew about this place. We have been to Wildflower which is just a couple doors down from Teaspoon, but did not know they existed. The wife had been here before so she suggested to go there for lunch. I was so impressed with the ambiance of the restaurant. Very clean and nice decor. We were seated quickly and they have a nice patio with plenty of tables. Our waiter was Jazam and he was delightful. This guy could move and was constantly in motion taking care of many tables. He got our drinks quickly and we gave him our order. The menu is incredible. So many things to choose from and at decent prices. I got the Southwestern Skillet and the wife got the Soup and Sandwich combo which was the Soup of the Day and the Chicken Apple Pesto Sandwich. We loved everything and the portions were very generous. My Skillet was one of the best skillets I can remember having in a long time. Wow! What great flavors. We will definitely be back to this little gem of a Brunch establishment. The management here should be proud of how well this place is run and the quality of the food they provide. Fluffy eggs over homestyle potatoes, with bacon crumbles throughout. All topped by a wonderful biscuit style gravy. Everything was cooked perfectly. Husband had the Country Chicken, also cooked perfectly. I tried a bite and it was flavorful, with a completely different taste from my bowl even though both had gravy.
