Salmon with a hot honey glaze

Tonight we took the tram to the top of Sandia Peak. It was sunlight going up and dark going down. I had a very tasty double smash burger with hickory smoked bacon, Swiss cheese, and caramelized onions. It came with a heaping order is sweet potato French fries and lettuce, tomato, and red onion slice on the side to add. My friend has a piece of salmon with a tasty BBQ glaze. It was over a bed of mixed veggies and rice. I just had ice tea. We both enjoyed our dinner, coming back down the tram in pitch dark with the twinkling city light below. It was a fun adventure.

Food was fantastic we had Bone Marrow for an appetizer, prime rib and shrimp for dinner, butter leaf salad, white chocolate cake for desert. The service was top notch. The views were incredible it was fun taking the tram up the mountain

Going to Ten 3 is an experience. It's like going to Disney. You don't go there for just the food - but that would be plenty. Let's start at the bottom because this IS an experience. We easily found a parking spot and walked over and stood in the line for the tram. But we wanted to make sure we wouldn't be standing in line too long for our reservation. We ended up checking in across the corridor and they checked us in over there and let us know we would be told when we could go up as the next group on the tram. Oh, it was pouring rain. By the time we got on the tram it had stopped raining. About halfway up to the top the tram stopped. Apparently the other car was experiencing some wind and when one car stops, they both stop. About 30 seconds later we were back under way. About 15 feet from the dock at the top, the wind really started to blow. The tram stopped, the fog surrounded us and it started to rain. Got some cool shots but people were starting to get concerned. We may have been there for 5 minutes which I'm sure felt much longer. The rain stopped and the fog cleared. It took a little longer for the wind to stop blowing before they would let us dock and exit the car. Still a little rain. By the time we got to the restaurant we were right on time. We parked over an hour before our reservation. By the time we sat down the skies partially cleared and the sun was setting. To say that it looked magical still doesn't adequately describe that scene. We got the menus and our waiter, Jennifer answered all of our questions about the menu items. Lots of very new takes on many different meals. It was difficult to decide. That's okay / get the bread and some wine and continue to look and checkout your neighbors. To say we got the NY Strip and the fish is just pedantic. These meals are so special. It is obvious that a lot of thought and care is put into creating the recipe and preparing the actual meal. Every bite was absolutely delicious. It wasn't cheap but it wasn't just food. I think it was worth it. I'll go again for a special occasion!

We stopped by for a snack at the peak and weren't disappointed with what we tried. The roasted garlic green chili hummus with pita bread was great, they were also able to refill the pita since there was so much dip. I enjoyed the quality of the cappuccino. The mountain time was a bit sour for my taste but my partner enjoyed it. we intended on coming back for more of their offerings but ended up eating at the Homestead cafe, which I would suggest for families.

It is interesting that from reading another review about not feeling welcomed is the same vibe we got. Came on Labor Day and sat at the bar. The servers at the bar seemed apprehensivqe to wait on until we made uncomfortable eye contact with them. Asked for the Bison burger and they brought us a double cheeseburger. I honestly don't think they knew the difference from beef & bison. Great views from that elevation and nice interior pf decor of the facility. But the service left me with mixed feelings.

Went for lunch and added our name to the wait list...we were a group of 6 given a 30-45 min wait time frame....totally fine, we walked around but then decided we wanted to order a drink while we wait. They only allow a certain amount of people in at a time for to go orders...food orders and drink orders are done in the same spot; at the time it was by the 2 bartenders that were also running the full bar! It led to an incredibly slow experience with a very long line of people waiting in the hallways to get permission to step in and order. We finally got our table - we were a group of 6 - this really isn't a place for big groups, just small inside. Our waiter did excellent, very knowledgeable and friendly. The food was good, my favorite part were the sweet potato fries! They were perfect!! Overall it was a good experience, I don't think they expected it to be as busy as it was, but we did enjoy it!

We recently celebrated our anniversary here. It was a fabulous dining experience and I think it's a very unique way to enjoy Albuquerque as well as some wonderful food. They have a dining room experience as well as a more casual dining so whether you are going for something big or just an afternoon Summit beer it's a great time! The staff super friendly and attentive. Just don't forget to get your tram pass and get there about an hour before your reservation.

Service was wonderful. The view is unbeatable. The food is good. It wasn't anything that would blow your socks off. I ordered the ten 3 margarita, shrimp egg rolls, and the apple cider zeppoles for dessert. Ten 3 margarita: it's a solid spicy margarita. I wanted something unique that I'd never had before. But it tastes like a standard spicy margarita to me even though they use their house made green chili pineapple syrup. Can't say this was anything special. Shrimp eggrolls: I don't see this on the current menu any longer. The shrimp tasted fresh. The pickled purple lettuce below it had a good balance to it. Everything tasted balanced. But very par. Not upset about it but also didn't blow me away. The apple cider zeppoles were the best. They look dense but they're not! They're actually really light and perfectly fried. I would definitely get this one again if it's still on the menu!

We had a date night at Ten 3 the other night! Let me tell you how fantastic the entire experience was.... The tram ride up to the restaurant was breathtaking! The views, all around were gorgeous. In the fine dining restaurant, it was elegant with huge glass windows surrounding the establishment, so anywhere you sat the view was amazing. We ordered 2 dirty martinis and some bread to start with! Three different types of bread made in house with some olive oil and a whipped butter. It was a celebration of our 6 year anniversary so of course we had to get steaks! The filet minion melted in your mouth and was cooked to perfection. The strip was marbled beautifully and it's safe to say our plates were clean at the end of it. The service was top notch! Our waiter answered all our questions and was attentive. Very good experience here! If you are looking for a home run date night.... You have to experience this!!

While visiting Albuquerque, we had Ten 3 bookmarked and couldn't wait to try it out. I wanted to come here as soon as we got off the tram ride. Upon walking in, I was impressed by the beautiful floor to ceiling windows with 360 view! They weren't very busy so I asked the hostess for a window seat. She took my number and I asked if we could wait at the bar and grab a drink. She said "Sure!" So we did. This is when our experience fell flat! We sat at the bar and waited, waited, waited. No acknowledgement at all from the bartender. We sat for a good ten minutes, awkwardly while she chatted with the couple next to us. It wasn't until another customer sat on my side that she finally gave us a menu. I asked my hubby if it was me or did he feel like she doesn't like us? He agreed and he noticed too how she was friendly and helpful to others. Well, mind you, ten minutes had already gone by and we ordered our drinks and ordered two entrees. I let her know when she gave us our drinks that we were waiting for a window seat and she told us that she would have to close our tab and we would have to order from the server at our table. She apologized and said she should've mentioned that to us in the beginning. I didn't want no trouble, I apologized and told her it's my fault and we'll just stay and eat at the bar. Hindsight, should've closed out our tab! Our food come, hubs got the Munoz Hero w/fries and I got the Chopped salad. The menu says it's a chopped iceberg wedge and it was a quarter piece of an iceberg. Anyways, we sat there and she never refilled our waters or asked if our food was ok? But made sure to ask people around us if they were good. If you don't take that as a clear sign that she DGAF, you'd have to be comatose! It was so awkward and uncomfortable. Our high of being at 10K feet above sea level was quickly deflated! I hate giving negative reviews but this was not acceptable. I called the manager before writing this and she told me she would mention it to her bar staff and apologized. Idk what the bartender's problem was but she did a great job of ruining our visit!

Besides the fact that it has one of the best views ever thru the full glass restaurant walls, so many things about Ten3 are amazing. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. A wide variety of cuisine to choose from. Highly recommend the Green Chile Stew and Faulty loop chicken wrap. Dee-lish! Bartop seating and restaurant table all offer a nice view of the Sandia Mtn range. Ten3 os perfect at 10,300 feet!!

After riding up Sandia Peak Tramway I had lunch. They have casual dining Mon, closed Tues-Wed, Thur-Sun and fine dining Thur-Mon from 430pm-730pm. Fine dining requires reservations. Of course you have to purchase a Tramway ticket online to reach the restaurant. No roads from summit to east side & shear rock on west side. Nice menu with plenty of food & drink choices. I had a Athletic Run Wild IPA non-alcoholic beer, the Faulty Loop Wrap of chicken, cheddar cheese and bacon wrapped in a spinach tortilla and french fries. Very good.

Ask the Community - TEN 3

Can you drive to ten 3?

No. The only access is via the Tramway.

Is the casual dining kid friendly? Is there a separate kids menu?

We were there 8/1/2021, last serving of the evening. The building is two sections divided by a open bar. Formal dining to the left (a few seats overlook valley unless cloudy) & casual dining to the right (looks out to back ski slope). Casual dining… Read more

I just made a reservation for 8:30pm. Then I noticed the tram stops running at 8pm. Is this place accessible by car? If not, how will I get there (and home)?

I would recommend you arrive at the tram around 8pm to arrive at your reservation on time. The tram will not take more passengers up past 8pm but it will continue to run so it can bring customers and employees off the mountain. enjoy!

Is it possible to stop in with my dog while hiking for a beer?

Not really. They have dog crates at the bottom of the Tram before you go up, so that might work for you

Baked brie was amazing I loved the granny Smith apples! My husband loved them too. We also got the hummus duo which has dates on it and I used a date in the brie that was fantastic! I'll ask for that next time! It was the bomb. Hummus duo was good the watermelon radish was beautiful on the plate but gave both hummus a bitter flavor. Shrimp and grits. We live in Alabama currently and this was our least favorite dish of the day. Shrimp were cooked well and so were the grits but there was just something else it needed. Parmesan cheese and some onions maybe. Greek salad delicious. The flash fried chick peas made it. We needed more dressing and the wait staff was prompt and sweet about it. Spicy Lime Ceasar was ok till he requested more dressing then it was amazing. I was afraid of ordering it but the dressing wasn't too spicy . White sangria I had was disappointing it was more of a 1995 wine spritzer than a wine infused with citrus which is the very essence of sangria. It was ok and had I ordered a wine spritzer I would say yummo but I ordered sangria. Pork Belly flat bread was the winner of the night the tomato jam made that dish. I would love more on it next time but we will definitely be ordering that dish again! Yes we had a lot of left over food! But I love sampling a menu and this menu has a lot to offer. No longer on the menu. My meal was the Pastrami Reuben with fries. I switched out the Swiss cheese for cheddar. I liked the meal, and it was enough to bring half of the sandwich home for lunch the next day. The other two ordered the Crispy Pork Belly & Tomato Jam flat bread. One liked it, the other was just okay with it. Two of us ordered sangria. It was white, which came as a surprise to us. It was less sweet than we prefer. Another in our group ordered a mocktail and quite liked it. Got a second one and I don't believe they charged for the refill. Unfortunately, I didn't get the name of it. It might sound like I have too many issues to give a 4-star rating, but I stand by it. The amience was nice. The wait staff was pleasant. The menu was creative. I'll definitely go back.

After several locals recommended Antiquity, we quickly learned why reservations are so hard to come by. We couldn't secure a table on our actual anniversary, but managed to get one a couple of nights later, and it was well worth the wait. From the outside, Antiquity is understated. Step inside, however, and you're immediately welcomed into a warm, intimate atmosphere that feels like a hidden gem tucked away in Old Town Albuquerque. Owner Steve, who has been running the restaurant for nearly three decades, greeted us personally. His passion for hospitality was evident from the moment we arrived. While we waited briefly for our table, he took time to learn about us, ask what types of food we enjoy, and offer thoughtful menu recommendations. The restaurant itself is charming and authentic, with an old-world steakhouse feel that perfectly complements the historic New Mexico setting. Many of the tables and booths are arranged to create private, intimate dining spaces, making it an ideal choice for special occasions. We were touched when Steve seated us at what he called the "anniversary table," complete with a small scattering of heart confetti, despite our celebration having technically passed. Service throughout the evening was exceptional. Rather than relying on a single server, the entire staff worked seamlessly together. Water glasses were never less than half full, empty plates disappeared almost instantly, and every member of the team seemed genuinely invested in ensuring guests had a memorable experience. Even the kitchen staff engaged warmly with diners, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. As for the food, it exceeded every expectation. We started with oysters on the half shell, which my husband thoroughly enjoyed. I upgraded to the special salad, a beautiful combination of greens, apples, strawberries, mandarin oranges, walnuts, bacon, and a creamy mini brie, all brought together with a delicious pear vinaigrette. For our entrée, we chose the Châteaubriand for two. It was expertly prepared, carved tableside, and cooked perfectly. Every recommendation we received was spot-on, and the meal was so impressive that before leaving, I made another reservation for later that week just so I could return and try more of the menu before our trip ended. Antiquity offers beer and wine rather than a full bar, which was perfectly fine for us and fit the restaurant's classic, understated character. This is not an inexpensive dinner, nor should it be. What you're paying for is exceptional food, genuine hospitality, flawless service, and an atmosphere that is increasingly difficult to find. Antiquity doesn't simply serve dinner, it creates an experience. If you're visiting Albuquerque and looking for a memorable meal, especially for a special occasion, this restaurant deserves a spot at the very top of your list.

No, so don't expect change for the sake of patrons' convenience. At least the person who answers the phone, and frankly, that's more than you get from most restaurants these days. Very unassuming on the outside. Inside, you can tell it's an established place that's been around for a while. Arrived a few minutes early for our celebratory reservation and were seated right away in a quiet, private book surrounded by art and dim lighting. For starters, my gumbo was good, and his salad looked as good as it tasted. For entrees, husband got sucked in by the specials and ordered the schnitzel, which (to quote Shania) didn't impress me much. To clarify, there was nothing wrong with it, but I've had a lot of schnitzel, and it just failed to stand out. I kept to the classics with a filet mignon. To my surprise, it left the same impression. Again, absolutely nothing wrong with it - cooked well, quality cut, etc. - but I've had more memorable steaks at High Noon Saloon. *shrug* Highlight: The servers were exceptional. Lowlight: The sconce / light fixture over our table was in need of a dusting. Overall: A lovely evening to toast my guy's significant professional achievement. Would recommend if you find yourself stuck in the rut of bad service when dining out. Antiquity's dinner service will remind you how a night on the town is supposed to feel!

Beet carpaccio- I was really impressed with the complexity of the flavors. I'd order it again. Charcuterie board- duh, yes. It's really easy to screw up a charcuterie board, they didn't. It was perfect. Dinner was everything from a salad, to the duck, to the short ribs. Service: Great but could be better. Honestly, they were very busy and everyone was pitching in. Everyone was kind and extremely helpful and professional. I give them credit for getting everything done correctly and for doing that while they were extremely busy. Ambiance: Chill vibes, casual, some would say hipster vibes. It was such a chill environment. Perfect for dates or just sharing food with friends

She also seemed very distracted and did not have good recall when we were putting in our orders. She came back several times to ask what our drink orders were before finally bringing over the tablet to enter in the information right in front of us. Secondly, our food took forever to come. This also happened the first time we came to eat at social house a year ago, but it felt more pronounced this time. And the restaurant was not full. Probably a third full of patrons? We were seated at 6:45 and our food did not arrive until 830. Quite the wait if you ask me. Finally, the kitchen was having some sort of smoke issue. If you've never been in an establishment where the grease smell and smoke is visibly accumulating in the air, you know it's quite distracting from a dining experience. It was so smoky inside. I actually caught myself blinking my eyes to see if it was just my vision being blurry or if it was the room. Our food was fine, the pork belly was a standout. Otherwise, I'm not sure I need to come here again. I wish that they would get a better handle on service timing, because that seems to be an ongoing issue.

I moved from my chair at the end of the table to the end of the "booth" which helped some. Our party of 5 ordered appetizers, sides, mains, drinks & desserts and everyone liked their food EXCEPT the truffled risotto. It was too salty for me (though not everyone) but it was unanimously agreed that the rice was not done. Hard rice in a risotto is unacceptable. I ordered the Brick-Oven Roasted Chilean Sea Bass and I liked it. I love the calorie counts but some of them seemed hard to believe (like the gnocchi).
