I had been here once before, and found the chicken to be just amazing! I was looking for some dinner and came here again on a whim to see if it would taste as good as it did the first time, I was not disappointed it was fantastic! The man behind the counter was very friendly and polite, and my order came up quickly. The seasoning rub they put on the meat has a unique flavor and I'm not quite sure what it is, cinnamon? Nutmeg? Something else? I can't figure it out, but it makes it taste just fantastic! Really a unique flavor that's not like anything else I'm used to. The interiors kind of basic and I took my food to go, but next time I think I'll eat in the restaurant to enjoy it freshly cooked. I will be back!

Dude running the place is very hospitable. 3 different flavor levels. Breading is flavored well and chicken has a nice crunch to it. Crispy seasoned fries

We looked up Halal places while in Hollywood and this came up. We walked over from the main walk of fame to here to grab a bite. The wings were average tasting but on the smaller size. I was kind of sad seeing what I paid for the size. The tender was very juicy. I got no spice since I thought the kids would be eating it but this was a good chunk of meat that was juicy. The hottest sliders were decent but I have had better. The spice was a good level without hurting your insides but I just didn't find the flavor to make my mouth go insane. The fries were nothing to mention.

Price difference in receipt vs the price before tax hang outside the restaurant. $7.99 vs $8.27 before tax. Why banner listed $7.99 when charged before tax was $8.27.??

This is my new favorite spot for hot chicken! Every time I visit, I'm greeted with warm smiles and excellent service. The food is consistently amazing, and I love the unique twist of pairing the hot chicken with Hawaiian bread. The honey and THC sauce take the flavors to the next level. THC truly stands out from other Nashville hot chicken spots with its unbeatable taste, quality, and service. Must try when in the area! Bonus they are open late also.

There are a lot of absolutely fantastic hot chicken places in LA. I appreciate the excellent service provided here as well as they were very welcoming and friendly. However this is solely an evaluation of the chicken. Chicken here is fine. This is primarily a tenders place where it's served either as is or sandwiched between two Hawaiian rolls. I personally don't have an issue with Hawaiian rolls but the flavor profile is an odd choice. The crinkle cut fries were quite well seasoned and cooked to order which I appreciated. I also tried their buffalo wings which were also decent but as I'm about 30 minutes away I wouldn't make the drive to come here again. LA is relatively saturated with Nashville style hot chicken places so unless you're in a few blocks radius from this spot I wouldn't make a trip or detour to go out of my way and have their food. Overall it's a 6.5/10.

Almost done with this deliciousness!! So good!! Fries are deliciously seasoned too! Bravo!!!

Got the lowest spice level and it was a good level of spice. I wouldn't go higher than that and I like using hot sauce on my food.

My daughter and I searched on Yelp for the highest rated non-Korean chicken place around and Tennessee Hot Chicken (THC) popped up to the top of the list. Tennessee Hot Chicken has the friendliest Dad-Son team around. There are good vibes here as lots of regulars came in while we were dining and the owner had a friendly personal greeting for them all. For our meal, we each ordered the THC2 combo which included 3 fried chicken strips, a drink and fries and either coleslaw or a double order of fries. You chose the heat level for your chicken strips from Timid to Hot to Crazy (THC again!). We chose the Hot level and it was just right. Everything was cooked to order so it took a few minutes of waiting for our food but it spoke of the quality and care they take. I recommend THC for hot chicken fixes in WeHo, just be prepared to smile!

There's only one worker. So shoutout to him for grinding through our huge party of 25 people. Good amount of seating on a Saturday afternoon & the sliders were delicious.

This place was soooo good. I asked for timid spiciness here. Everything was so fresh. However, they were really busy. It took 30 minutes to get my food. But it was worth it! The place was really clean and the employees were really nice. I really like their sauce. There's a lot of parking in the parking lot.

Happies is located in Arts District and I came here on a Sunday dinner and didn't have any problems with parking. But, I can see how it might be hard to find if you come during peak hours. The restaurant was pretty empty. First thing I noticed was that there were tons of employees but no one really said anything. Since there was no one ordering, they were all standing around. You can just order at the kiosk but I wanted to ask a few questions but was kind of left to fend for myself. I ended up ordering the chicken tenders and chicken tenders with salad. I thought the restaurant ambience was nice. And after waiting for about 10 minutes, my order came out. They gave me extra sauce but again no explanation on why the extra sauce was provided. As for the food, I thought the chicken was kind of bland. I expected some Sichuan style but hardly any spice on the chicken. Once of the sauces was a Sichuan chili crisp, which gave the chicken more taste. Maybe the chicken was bland because I was supposed to dip it in the sauces? Aside from that, the other sauces were average (ranch and sweet/sour sauce). The salad was definitely a huge miss. They didn't dress the salad properly and only put dressing on top, so I just got a bunch of romaine lettuce at the end. The best part of my meal was the fries, which was crispy and fresh. Also, the fries were pretty generous. I think that the food was just average. Probably will not come back here but glad I came to check out what the hype was about.

I ordered the quarter chicken with rice and salad, and I was really impressed with the portion sizes. Everything was flavorful, comforting, and gave me the kind of authentic Latin food vibes that I love. The sauce was definitely the highlight for me--it was so good that I found myself adding it to every bite. The prices are also fantastic. For the quality and quantity of food you get, this place is truly a gem. That said, there were a couple of downsides. The restaurant itself is very small, with limited seating available. The customer service also wasn't the best during my visit. Since the dining area was completely full when we arrived, we decided to place our order to go. While we were waiting for our food, a table opened up, so we asked if we could sit down and eat there instead. We were told that because we had ordered our food to go, we were not allowed to sit in the restaurant. I found that a bit disappointing, especially since we had already paid for the same food as everyone else dining in. Overall, the food was excellent and definitely the reason I would come back. If I'm in the area and craving their chicken, I'd absolutely return--just with different expectations regarding the seating situation and service.

The bowls were a good size and came with plenty of food. The combination of the spicy chicken, sweet yams, and charred broccoli worked really well together and made for a satisfying lunch.
