Awful experience. (To go) Our order came out 15 minutes late. We ordered medium rare steaks both came out medium well to well done. Potatoes and rolls were also overcooked and the salads were just thrown together - the dressing was partially in the container and partially all over the salad. Very disappointed. Long wait for service. They served my husband food he was allergic to, and we told them twice his allergy beforehand, missed items, asked 3 or 4 times for peanuts. I ordered a 10 piece ribeye and it was ridiculously thin and dry. I've never had a bad ribeye until now. I am posting a picture of the leftovers so you can see I am not being a snob. For comparison, the piece on the right is my ribeye and the piece in the left is daughters steak bite off the kids menu. A terrible cut and I question if it was 10 ounces precooked because it is so small. read more

I stopped in for dinner at 9:20. I sat down at the bar and waited a few minutes before the bartender noticed me. I told her I needed no menu and proceeded to order my favorite meal at Texas Roadhouse. I ordered 2 Pork chops with Peppercorn Gravy and ask for lots of extra gravy because that's what I come there for. I told her up front I wanted lots of gravy. I order this meal 9 out of 10 times when I go there. They could keep the 2 sides and give me gravy and pork and that would be perfectly fine with me. I received the salad and had no silverware. I ask for silverware and she gave it to me. Halfway through my salad I took a bite and something stuck me in the mouth. It looked like a splinter of wood. I showed it to the bartender who agreed. She called the manager over. She showed it to him and he never said a word to me and walked away. I waited for my food. Just as I was turning around to ask for my check and leave my dinner arrived. It was 9:55. I had barely a 1/4 of a small plastic ketchup cup of Peppercorn Gravy that was thick and nasty looking. I showed the cup to the bartender who shook her head and ask someone else to bring me some more. Instead of letting her know they were out or making a little more they had scrapped the bottom to get me a little and tried to slip it through.Seeing I was a little disappointed she ask if I wanted something else. I politely said no. I mean I usually order what I want to begin with. While I was eating what little bit of gravy I had with a few bites of pork chop Eric walked over and spoke with her again and left never having said a word to me.When I laid my credit card down on the bar to pay she said he had taken care of the bill. He hung his employee out to dry. I told her his lack of concern for my mouth and experience was unbelievable and she seemed to agree. I mentioned that to him on my way out and he said well I took it off your bill.Really? Money fixes everything. Wow. What compassion and caring for your incustomer. So no Silverware, a splinter of wood poking me in the mouth, no bread, no gravy. No apology. I will ask the corporate office in the morning if Eric Schafroth received any training in customer service or was just given the title of Assistant Service Manager for lack of someone who really cares about their customers. read more

I brought my whole family there, I expected we can have a good experience there. I called first to check the availability, and made a reservation online. We were told we will have a table ready in fifteen minutes. We carried a newborn baby, stand there for fifteen minutes. We checked with front desk several times. Every time was told fifteen minutes. I was really trying to be patient, but got disappointed again and again. I hope we were told the truth instead of "fifteen minutes". We were told the table was ready, when we decided to leave. We stayed there for the dinner, because we were really hungry. We will never chose the same location. Some recommendations: be accurate about the estimated wait time. Make online reservation become a real reservation. For now, even online reservation was made, people still need to wait for the turns when they arrived. Lastly, when the customer's expectations were not met, try to do something to build it up. Overall, the meal was good food. read more

At first I thought it was because they were new but it has been a couple months and the service has been worse each time! Great food and atmosphere! Usually a long wait, but its worth it! Your won't leave hungry for sure!

First, the hostess was busy taking "selfies" and we had to repeat our number for our notification text 3 times to her, after which there was a bit of an attitude. Usually when you go to a restaurant and the hostess tells you your wait time is an hour and 15 minutes , that means you are being seated at your table when they notify you , normally via text, that your table is ready. NOT HERE! Evidently they have 2 levels of waiting. We were told our wait time was 1 hour 15 minutes which is not too bad for a Saturday evening. We were told we had to wait outside , which most places I have been to, will let you sit inside on available benches. NOT HERE! The benches inside, we found out, are after you get your text your table is ready, you move inside and sit on those benches and wait again, which for us was another 30 minutes after the initial 1 1/2 hours outside. So, our total wait time was approx. 2 hrs. We would have gone to another place to eat if we were told up front our wait time was 2 hours. After finally being seated, we were starving so we already knew what we wanted. We ordered an appetizer, along with meal and salad. The salad came out quickly, roughly 20 minutes later our meal. What is missing here?? The appetizer we never received. The waitress was very apologetic, and of course deducted the appetizer from our bill. The reason for the 3 stars is the food was very good especially those rolls and despite the error in our order, the waitress was very friendly. read more

I am furious! I had an ok dinner, steak was not cooked to my liking. The drink was way too high priced for the drink. My credit card was hacked and was charged 856.19 that were not mine with in an hour of using my card at this location. So far I have not gotten a call from the company at all! Shocking! Came to Kentucky to see The Ark and decided on Roadhouse to eat. Shelby was our waitress and she is awesome-the best!!!!!! Food was great as always!!!! Had a bit of a wait but Shelby hands down made it worth the wait!!! Been to a lot of Roadhouses in different states and you never get a bad steak but hands down the best Sweet tea ever and I know Good Sweet tea!!!! read more

We went for Father's Day and our entire meal was ruined. The steaks were made incorrectly, we had a baby and had to leave. We ate nothing and were still charged with half our bill. We didn't eat anything and asked them to please take the food. Horrible! read more

It was a terrible experience and not good management I was eating with my family and people who came in 10 minutes after us got their food first and we got ours cold and with hairs I asked for heinz 57 two times and didn't get it. I had to ask the manager for it and are Waitress didn't come half the time we were there. The place needs better management and better workers I dont recommend coming here for a good dinner or lunch it's terrible it should really have better workers. Been told to come in the table will be ready shortly and then have to wait and wait and wait... groups and groups repeatedly passing us. Absolutely pathetic place. The first time they completely skipped us on the list and this time after asking twice being told the table is getting cleared right now then waiting another 15 minutes TWICE! I was dining in Texas Roadhouse in Florence and first over heard the training coordinator saying very nasty things about an employee on her first day behind her very first day of work. Not long after that I heard the manager tell the employees " I don't know if you did it or not but I'm gonna put all the blame on you", then he followed with "I'm very blunt and if I was yelling you'd know it" in a very rude and disrespectful tone, the employee was a young girl go was very sweet seating us. After hearing they're rude nasty comments I asked our server how those individuals were and they're status. That lady that I first heard was the overseer of the training program, I don't think that's right or ethical by any standards. Instead of talking behind her back why not help her and show her the proper way to proceed, instead of acting like a child and gossiping behind her back. Then the manager saying all of that to her face was wrong, she was obviously nervous being it was her first day and for him to be so nasty to her was disgusting to watch, I felt terrible for that young girl. There are just certain way you should handle yourself as rank of manager and that was just not how an manager should act. I hope they read this and change they're ways, I can't even imagine how many other employees had to go through this exact situation. I will not be returning to that establishment until I feel like a change has occurred. read more

Always busy. Understand that. Food is decent. Is it worth the 70 dollars? Nope. Maybe if you actually get everything you order. Got home and chicken tender salad had no chicken. Our onion petals were also not there and neither was my steak. Called, waited 10 minutes, they still had not answered so I left the phone on and hopped in the car for the 35 minute drive back to the restaurant. Someone finally answers and I'm like 5 minutes away. I explain my order was wrong and missing things and I need the whole thing replaces as now it's all cold. She said she'd have to talk to the manager. I said never mind I'm almost there I'll talk to them. I did. He was super nice and I was also being nice. I just needed to have the food we ordered and paid for. The to go manager came out and brought it to my car said she made sure it was right she apologized and said they threw in some extra fries. Ok. Cool. Get home. The salad now has its chicken tenders but no dressing. The salad I was supposed to get with my steak was nowhere to be found so I just ate the extra fries. Can't believe they still didn't get it right. So I called and she said she was very sorry and she took my email and said she'd make it up to us. I never got the email. Our order was not hard. Onion petals. Chicken tender salad with oil and vinegar. Sirloin steak with a salad and fries. Half rack of ribs with fries and fresh vegetables. Nothing too crazy? Stick to Olive Garden and City Barbeque. They have great service and get it right. Our pick up order was scheduled for 530. It was 730 before we got to eat and it still wasn't what we ordered. read more
