I had duck pa-nang curry Thai hot for take out which was perfection! The sauce was separate from the duck and vegetables so the duck remained crispy. The spiciness left my belly warm and sinuses working but didn't overpower the dish so was also perfect. I loved everything about it! My boyfriend got chicken drunken noodles also Thai hot. He loved his also and ate every last bite. He loves very spicy food and said his belly was warm after eating his meal also, which means he could have had it spicier, but I have yet to meat a chef who dares to spice a dish to his liking so certainly not TGK's fault. This is my 1st time eating at this restaurant. The service was prompt and courteous! However, I was not expecting the Crab Rice to be sweet. The texture of the rice was mushy. Though the portion was very filling and the amount of crab was sufficient. I also was coerced to get a dessert of Mango Rice that was tastie thought the texture takes some getting use too. Had the pad Thai and panang duck tonight. They were both delicious. The panang curry was creamy and spicy (which we asked for) and authentic. One of best we've ever had. I personally do not think there is great Thai food in the Tampa Bay Area but I am extremely impressed by the quality of this food . I find a lot of the Thai in Tampa to be extremely Americanized and oily. NOT Thai gourmet kitchen. I got the pad see ew and spring rolls. Everything is made to order and extremely fresh and you can tell they use fresh ingredients. Not only is the food great but the service was excellent and quick.
