Steak egg and cheese biscuit.

It's a biscuit factory! You can't mess up biscuits if you have that name, and they never do! Thier biscuits are always on point. Light, fluffy, buttery, and perfectly browned! I love em!!!

Still overall one of my favorite biscuit spots - primarily because of the consistency, and SIZE of the biscuits. Filled with meats/eggs and such but the biscuit themselves are of really good quality and I've never had a dry or overly crumbly biscuit. I drive thru for the most part and their system is a bit dated, BUT that doesn't stop them from getting my order right (every time) and keeps the line moving fast. (I honestly like/appreciate the old school menu board).

Service was good, food was really good! Look at the size of this piece of tenderloin! And the fries are always the best!

We had to be in the area around lunch to run an errand and decided to get a quick bite. This restaurant had a lot of reviews and was a block away from the place we were going. Upon entering it was clear this place had been here a long time and was dated. There seemed to be a lot of locals here. It is fast food counter service and I got a bacon cheeseburger and drink and my wife got an egg and cheese biscuit. For mine it was a decent burger, the toppings were piled high and overall not a thing wrong with it. My wife said the biscuit was buttery but would have been better if the cheese was melted.

Decent biscuit place. Not happy that they laid a cold slab of cheese on my eggs inside the biscuit. But the biscuit itself definitely tasted homemade and very buttery. My husband enjoyed his bacon cheeseburger. We just thought the place looked very outdated and not so welcoming. But I can see why people come here for a good old-fashioned biscuit.

Not much to update, other than to say this is STILL the absolute best "cathead" biscuits in the entire Triad, and I would say most likely, beyond. I continue to take people here to show off the goods as "BFAC" is approaching 50 years in business. No one has ever disagreed really. Standard orders: Country ham, egg, cheese - To me, the perfect combo of fluffy egg, melty cheese, salty ham, buttery biscuit. Fried chicken with egg and cheese - This is the one to get if you are planning on skipping lunch, it will keep you very full. Fries. Everytime. Don't waste your time with the hashbrown, its the McD's style patty, but somehow more expensive. GET THE FRIES. Great Tea. I like to go half sweet half unsweet. At lunch, the burgers and dogs are quite good, but to me, if they are open... no matter the time... I am coming here for a biscuit. I did get a bacon cheeseburger on a biscuit once. DECADENT. But makes you feel a little bit of shame... lol Never change BFAC. Never change.

On a High Point food crawl we decided to start our day at The Biscuit Factory and it was the PERFECT place to begin! I'll start by saying the prices are super affordable. You can get full here for $10 bucks or less. They also run like a well oiled machine at the counter. We ordered and got our food super quick. The actual biscuits were buttery, flaky goodness with a good portion of meat. Their hashbrown and fries were crispy just how I like them. I can totally see why High Point locals flock to this spot - they have breakfast perfection down pat!

Ham egg and cheese

Definitely one of my local favorites. I actually got something different this time, ham, egg and cheese. My normal go-to is either a chicken biscuit or smoked sausage and cheese. I went through the drive-thru and they did end up leaving off the egg and went back in and they fixed it without a problem. The lady who helped me was absolutely amazing and ended up giving me fresh fries as well. I will say the one thing I witnessed when I went inside to get my meal corrected, I saw through the window that allows you to see into the kitchen was one of the cooks had the blue gloves on while cooking. Which is great. But she decided to rub her face and her mouth and then went back to cooking.

Wow amazing pork tenderloin biscuits! Perfect! And huge! And they have a drive thru and super nice people at the window I Highly recommend this place for excellent breakfast biscuits if you're in the area.

I figured I'd try this place out for the first time, however, it was extremely greasy and I took 3 bites before spotting hair in my biscuit. I immediately threw it away.

Sausage egg and cheese biscuit was pretty good. Prices have gone up some since the last time I've been here but still pretty reasonable. Drive thru line can get busy but moves fairly quick and worth the wait. Way better than bojangles down the road. Open 7am-2pm and full menu is available all day

The eggshell in my sandwich.

This was one of my go to breakfast spots. Today ended all of that. My food was horrible. The fries did not taste done & my bacon, egg, & cheese on toast had all of the egg in it, it was full of eggshells. I threw away the fries & the sandwich. I tried to contact them online &the link connected to them goes to some other place with the same name. I tried to call them & I had no answer.

HOLY BISCUITS! This spot seems to be a staple for the locals and college students and I absolutely understand why. Not only was my biscuit delicious but the fries were some of the best fries I've ever had. They were packed when we got there, but they got our food out pretty quick. I can't recommend this spot enough and I'm sure they have a biscuit just for you. I got the fried bologna because it's my go to

I don't know if the ownership has changed or if they just made some decisions to alter things, but either way it changes our opinion of the place. First and most important for us, they used to be the only place we were aware of in NC to get Gluten Free Crab Cakes which was a major reason we frequented Sammy G's. That has apparently changed and the new Gluten Free menu is basically just the meats menu which is a real shame. It looks like they have made some other small changes to the regular menu as well, none of those were all that concerning but the loss of this GF treat is a real blow for us. If you are a celiac and found reviews about the GF crab cakes, please be aware they appear to be gone now. Additionally, the prices across the menu seem to have gone up by a few dollars. When you consider that Sammy G's was never a cheap place to eat, and given the state of the economy these days, that actually does come out to a noticeable change and makes it harder to justify going. However, with the loss of the old GF options, it's unlikely we'll come back anywhere near as often as we used to.

In general the place was basically clean. The servers were speedy and brought drinks and silverware quickly. Refills came quick and buffet plates were removed swiftly. Four of us got buffet and two ordered from the menu. The menu orders seemed to take a long time. The salad bar was the old fashioned kind with all the old fashioned fixin's. The hot food was plentiful but I can't say that the quality was especially wonderful. It was good but not great. Some things were not salted and others were overly salty. The flounder were especially fishy and flounder is not fishy fish. The dessert was grocery store leftovers. The "cobblers" were goop. And they only had vanilla ice cream in the machine (maybe on purpose). All in all, the experience was lacking. It wasn't awful but I certainly was hoping for better.

Faced with a banana French toast craving, it seemed as good an option as any, and it proved to be better than expected. Cagney's is spacious and seemed even more so as it was largely empty when I stopped by on a Tuesday morning (they likely get considerably busier on the weekends). The menu is big too: breakfast options included plates, omelets, benedicts, pancakes, waffles, and more. Come here later in the day, and you can find everything from salads and sandwiches to Greek to Tex-Mex to pizza. I opted for two pieces of Bananas Foster French Toast with a scrambled egg on the side. Service was fast and friendly, and the kitchen churned out the food quickly. At $8, it was practically a steal and though not the best I've had (it could have used some chopped nuts), it was better than it needed to be for that price point. The banana/brown sugar/whipped cream topping on the French toast made for a sweet bite, and the egg wasn't overcooked. I don't know how Cagney's rates as a lunch/dinner option or during busier times, but for a weekday breakfast, it's well worth your consideration for a good bite at an affordable price.

I've tried the buffalo chicken pizza which was surprisingly good. The right amount of spice, crispy crust and generous toppings. Within the group we also had the pork chops. They were much thinner than expected. The two together make 1 decent pork chop. However, they were well seasoned and cooked properly. To be so thin, they were not dry. The waitress recommended the chicken souvlaki platter which was a hit. It's a busy restaurant but luckily we did not have to wait to be seated even on a weekend evening. I'll be going again.
