This was all fine, we understand that can happen. Our daughter's quesadilla came out about 10 before our food came out. When our food came out at 7:57, my $29 Chicken Maderia came out burnt looking, and my mashed potatoes were not hot. My husbands food was hot. I asked for it to go, and the server came back saying the only thing the manager would do is, if we bought a cheesecake, he would give a discount on a cheesecake. I wasn't even asking for anything but the manager wanted me to spend more money, and then he would give a discount. I said no, then the manager gave us 25% off, which is nice but the manager never came over to check in or apologize. It had been so long since I've been to TCF, so we decided to celebrate my husband's birthday here! We initially wanted to try their brunch menu but only opted for their Brunch Flatbread to share. The flatbread came with two eggs on top, underneath were tomatoes, caramelized onions, cheese, bacon, and potatoes. This was very good, but a little bit more bacon would have been nice instead of me adding some more salt. My husband ordered Crusted Chicken Romano, he liked it very much and so did out little one! I ordered the Seared Ahi Tuna Salad, this is my go-to every time I eat here. Now that the weather is hot, nothing beats a big salad. My little one also enjoyed parts of this like me! For drinks, we went their nonalcoholic menu: Pineapple Cherry Limeade and Guava spritz! And of course, our dessert was a slice of carrot cake and their White Chocolate Raspberry Truffle cheesecake. A year later, I went here again for my daughter 17th birthday our waitress this time was just wonderful very sweet. Very wonderful. We actually got the same table shockingly we didn't ask for it but we did. I ordered some type of chicken dish. I came with mashed potatoes the chicken was like three breasts that were pretty thick. They were pretty good and tasty, but the pile of mashed potatoes were so cold. It was hard to pull them apart. I didn't want to complain. We waited a long time for our food to come out we just wanted to eat at this point. It's been a long day, but I was so surprised even my daughter's played a mashed potatoes came out cold and I'm not saying they weren't even warm. They were cold. My lady and I decided to visit The Cheesecake Factory as it had been quite a while since our last visit. She enjoyed a Cesar Salad and has already been enjoying it before I could get a photo of it. I ordered a club sandwich on a baguette instead of on regular sandwich bread and I must admit, I was very pleasantly surprised on how well my choice tasted on the baguette. Cheesecake Factory has never let me down. I've been going for years, and truly have not had one bad experience. You really can't go wrong with any menu items. The menu is huge, and the service is always wonderful. Yesterday was no exception! I stopped in fir lunch with my husband. We had some drinks, which were fantastic. I had the strawberry spritzer, which was perfect because it was not too sweet, and was nice and fizzy.. My husband had the strawberry infused margarita, which was also very good! To eat, we got the lunch portions of the spicy vodka rigatoni, and the garlic shrimp with angel hair, which is on the skinnylicious menu. Both were very good!! The asparagus that comes in the shrimp dish was cooked to perfection, not too soft or too hard. We also had the crab Rangoons as an appetizer, which were very good as well. I come here occasionally to meet a friend for lunch. The service here is always top notch. Alex in particular is an amazing waiter. He is so friendly and personable. He's always checking on the table and thinks of everything you might need. I tend to order the same items repeatedly - mainly the Asian Chicken Salad or the Turkey Club Sandwich. Both are made fresh and delicious. The greens and vegetables in the salad are always good quality. They don't skimp on the other ingredients. The turkey in the sandwich is plentiful. One thing I'll say is the prices are really steep here, which deters me from coming often. I only justify my visit because I tend to eat half and have leftovers for another meal. If you have a big appetite and polish off your food then you can't rationalize the prices like I can. Portions are fairly generous though. You'll have to decide if that makes it worth a visit to you. read more

I am incredibly pleased with this Cheesecake Factory. My husband got the Louisiana chicken pasta, and it was AMAZING! The chicken had the best crispy breaded coating and the flavor on the pasta was unbeatable. I got the parmesan herb crusted chicken with alfredo angel hair instead of mashed potatoes and green beans. That was very good as well. They have an incredible alfredo sauce. The chicken was cooked well and had a great flavor to it. We did not get any cheesecake, but the food here is amazing. The service was good, we only had about a 15 minute wait at 6pm on a Friday, so we were pleasantly surprised. The ambiance was wonderful as well. We will definitely be eating here again. read more

When they returned it, it was just the same burger with the sauce scraped off. The pasta carbonara tasted like rubber. School food is better than this. It's been at least five years since I've eaten at the cheesecake factory and what I remember is their food used to be delicious. Today I thought I'd treat myself and I ate a vegetarian burger. I didn't want the fry so I asked if I could have brussels sprouts a small bowl. They were undercooked and they charged me an extra dollar 99. The burger was $19.99 if I remember correctly. One bun on the burger was burnt. There was no salt really not much flavor except the onion. It was much smaller than you'll get at other restaurants. Then I wanted a piece of cheesecake. Went on a Friday evening, and can't lie, I was a little surprised by the crowd! Apparently Cheesecake Factory is still the place to be! We had a 45 minute wait. My husband and I hadn't been to a Cheesecake Factory in YEARS, but a gift card gave us a reason to choose a date night here. Plus, who doesn't love cheesecake? We're more simple folks that appreciate a smaller menu, but that's what you get at Cheesecake! The turtle was definitely a rich, decadent, sweet treat especially with the little fudge topping. My friend and I were wanting dessert for a beginning of the work week pick me up, and were in the Superstition Mall area. We decided on The Cheesecake Factory as they have a wide array of a menu, and lots of tasty cheesecakes. There was a small wait to be seated, but we also knew that would like happen as it was shortly after 7pm (dinner rush). When seated, my friend informed the waitress that I had a peanut/tree nut allergy and if there was an allergen menu. She also advised the intent was to get cheesecake/dessert. Unfortunately, we received a blanketed there is no menu and there's the risk of cross contamination with all their desserts. This resulted in me just getting a cosmopolitan versus any dessert, or heck an appetizer if the regular menu could offer a safe option. Shame that there was no dessert or food item that I could enjoy. Heck, would have settled for a scoop of ice cream or strawberries with whipped cream. My hope is in the future, this establishment can be a little more accommodating and offer a small alternative for those with allergies. My friend throughly enjoyed her vanilla bean cheesecake. Though she was very confused how the Factory Hot Chocolate was served. It came out in a pint glass with a cardboard sleeve on it. We weren't sure if this is normally how it is served, or perhaps they ran out of glass mugs with a handle or even a traditional style mug? She ordered on a rainy day with the intent to wrap her hands around the hot chocolate, and was disappointed to pay $5.50 for this. Additionally, the hot chocolate had both foam (over an inch) and whipped cream on top. Typically, a hot chocolate would be served with one or the other which ultimately left my friend not really consuming the beverage as she didn't like the flavor profile or how it was served. The cosmopolitan was the unsung hero, and definitely be a reason for a return. I'll just keep in mind for the future to stick to an alcoholic beverage versus eating a dessert or menu item. I fall firmly into the latter category, which is how I found myself at The Cheesecake Factory, staring down a slice of Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake like a gladiator about to enter the arena. The Cheesecake Factory, with its towering menu and decor that seems to have been inspired by both Ancient Rome and a Vegas casino, is a place where no meal should ever end with "I think I'll skip dessert." That would be a crime, and frankly, if you do that, I don't trust you. The Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake arrived at the table looking like it had been personally crafted by the dessert gods. It wasn't just a slice of cake--it was a declaration of excess, towering with layers of rich chocolate cheesecake, silky mousse, and a dark chocolate ganache so glossy I could see my own reflection in it. Somewhere, a dentist probably felt a great disturbance in the force. I took the first bite and immediately entered a new plane of existence. The chocolate was so intense it should have come with a safety warning. It was deep, velvety, and unapologetically rich, the kind of dessert that makes you question every mediocre brownie you've ever eaten. The cheesecake itself was impossibly smooth, and just when I thought it couldn't get better, the mousse layer swept in like an encore at a rock concert. And then there was the chocolate crust. Oh, the crust. Crunchy, slightly bitter, the perfect contrast to the layers of sweet, creamy perfection stacked on top of it. The whipped cream, usually a forgettable afterthought, was light and airy, a gentle reprieve from the full-on chocolate assault. About halfway through, I had to pause. Not because I wanted to, but because I could feel my body trying to decide whether to surrender or press on. My taste buds were begging for more. My stomach, on the other hand, was filing a complaint. Did I listen? No. I kept going, because some things in life are worth the struggle. By the time I finished, I was in a state of blissful exhaustion, like I had just completed a marathon, except instead of running 26.2 miles, I had eaten my weight in chocolate. The only logical next step was to sit in silence and reflect on the fact that I had just consumed something so decadent, so ridiculously good, that it may have actually ruined all other desserts for me. So if you ever find yourself at The Cheesecake Factory and think, maybe I'll just get a regular cheesecake, stop. Don't do that. Order the Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake, accept your fate, and prepare to have your life changed one absurdly rich bite at a time. read more

my family and i had cheesecake factory for dinner together for the first time in several years, and it was just as wonderful as we'd remembered! i opted for the bang bang chicken and shrimp as i wanted to try something new. before we tucked into our dinner, our appetizers came quickly alongside our lemonades. we had two servers for our experience (unfortunately i can't recall their names since i'm not the best with names), and they were very attentive and friendly! i got my dinner, and it was so-so. it wasn't anything to write home about, but it wasn't the worst thing i've ever eaten either. i feel like the bang bang chicken and shrimp could've used a bit more salt and delivered more on its promise of spiciness (i could be biased since i'm used to drowning everything in crushed red pepper flakes!). maybe as a suggestion for a future menu incorporation there could be adjustable spice levels? since we came here on a sunday afternoon/early evening, the venue was packed and there were equally as many people waiting outside of the entrance and inside of the restaurant as there were people inside. however, for my family and i there was only a ten-minute wait. we'd spent about an hour or so there before taking home our leftovers (and cheesecake, duh!). we left our server(s) a generous tip for their exemplary service. all in all, i would love to visit this location again so long as it's on a day where it's less crowded. however, this is nigh impossible since cheesecake factory is ALWAYS crowded (but for good reason). read more

I went here in my birthday for my free slice and of course with their program you have to buy something to get your free slice to I decided to buy a slice of strawberry cheese cake extra strawberry's and for my free slice I choose tiramisu cheesecake and I told them it was my birthday and not only that I was looking forward to the tiramisu for months! I was confident they would have got my order right especially on my Birthday and when I got home I checked my bag and there was no tiramisu cheesecake and I was devastated, not only did they not tell me happy Birthday but they got my order wrong. I was so thrilled to get exactly what I wanted but then I got home and noticed they didn't get it right, it was already closing by the time I got home I called twice to make it known or the mistake and they never fixed it and they didn't give me a receipt either and I paid with cash, I tried calling more then once but the bakery never picks their phone up only proof I have of that purchase is the redeemed reward no receipt. I have to say that I have a love-hate relationship with the cheesecake factory. Sometimes when I go, it's good sometimes when I go, it's not so good. When I first started visiting the cheesecake factory many years ago it was one of my absolute favorite restaurants. I feel that over the years it's just no longer the same. I will say that most of the entrées that I order are good, Just nothing that truly impresses me. I will say that the Thai chicken salad is it very good every time I order it and you cannot go wrong with the chicken Littles. Be carefull when using your gift cards. I handed the server 2 gift cards, one was for $100 and the other was for $50.00. Both were in the original package, and I took them out at the table, so there is no way I could make a mistake. I had the store recipt for the $50 dollar one and it was a correct charge and the number showed up on my Cheesecake receipt. It was my mistake not checking the last 4 digits for the $100 gift card to match that one as well on the receipt. My sister bought the $100 gift card, so thankfuly she had the store receipt at her house and when we checked the number on the Cheesecake factory receipt it did not match. Server said that the balance for the $100 was only $50 I asked her to give me the cards back but she did not. Instead she printed the receipts again. I insisted again the get my cards back and the second time the Store Manager showed up. This time the CHEESECAKE MANAGERS IN QUESTION THAT LOOKED LIKE HE JUST WOKE UP UNSHAVEN AND UNTIDY AT 6 PM ON A SUNDAY told me that they throw the cards in the trash. He gave me a stupid answer, that the bussers empty the bins offten. The sad part is that I can see the POS station from where I was sitting and all this was happening within 3-4 min. and I did not see no busser emptying the trash. So even if they do throw them, they still should have been on top of the trash by the POS station. So It makes me question the credibility of the server and the Manager. I feel ripped off. I left the server .7 cents for a tip. And to top it off , the service was bad as well. read more
