Initially, the steak was overcooked, but the staff quickly cooked another steak and made it right. Overall a really good experience! Downtown Sevierville has really evolved, and we enjoyed walking around and exploring after dinner.

I was shocked though no manager was ever seen on the floor and typically in most restaurants if there is a problem a manager would come out and explain or apologize. I guess this manager was too busy. Just be warned on the service and the amount of time it will take for lunch as we were there an hour and 45 minutes.

I believe the proprietor of this location is Roger. I cannot remember if that's his name but the guy who is in charge is incredibly active in the community and the place runs like a well oiled machine. Visited this location numerous times and can't find a single bad thing to say about it. For pro tip have included a photo of the QR code that would allow you to join the waitlist.
