I enjoy the seating, the fact that you can charge your laptops or phones, and the cozy interior. This is now my local Coffee Bean as the ones in my neighborhood sadly closed down (but, my wallet is happy about it). I miss having a Coffee Bean down the block from me, but it is always a pleasure to come here. Every time I'm here, the staff are so wonderful, helpful, and kind. It's a kind of small location, however I always get my order fairly quickly and it's always delicious. In general, I love the wide selection of beverages that Coffee Bean has to offer and my personal favorites at the moment are the Peach Jasmine Cold Brew Tea and Iced Caramel Latte. This isn't the largest Coffee Bean ever, but there's a few tables and barstools to sit on in case you need to study or work. This Coffee Bean is in a strip center with other businesses so sometimes the parking lot can be a bit tricky but I am almost always able to find a spot. read more

I remember the first time I had Coffee Bean was an ice blended vanilla shake I got through a Krispy Kreme drive thru. I was blown away. Fast forward to many years later, when my body doesn't allow me to drink all that stuff, I've explored other items on their menu. This particular Coffee Bean is always hustlin and bustlin, probably because it's the closest coffee shop within walking distance to all these nearby businesses. They have some healthy food snacks and pastries here. The way the line can be set up is a little strange and awkward. Nevertheless, everyone is really nice. I don't really go to Coffee Bean for their coffee, but their teas are stellar and there are a lot of options to choose from. My wife and I love The Coffee Bean. We have the app, build up points, order iced coffee drinks and love the jalapeño cheese bagels. But.. A week ago, Saturday, 9/10/22, my wife was attacked by a homeless man while walking out the door of this Coffee Bean. He tried to take her purse. She stopped into this location around 9am to pick up a few things to go. She noticed a homeless man hanging around inside the store but didn't think much of it. This is LA right? As she walked out the door with her order the guy attacked her from behind and tried to take her purse which was slung over her neck and shoulder. This happened right in the little cement walkway ramp next to the door and large windows that face the parking lot. My wife yelled for help and when the guy couldn't get the purse after pushing and pulling on the strap, he shoved her down to the sidewalk and took off. She was scraped up, bruised and battered. She looked for help from the two women that were working at the Coffee Bean. They just watched the whole thing. No "Hey, leave her alone", no "Hey, we're gonna call the cops".... they never even came outside to ask her if she was ok. She picked herself up, dusted herself off, made eye contact with the two ladies in The Coffee Bean that still remained impassive, got in her car and drove off. She was very shaken up about this incident. I understand this could happen anywhere at any time but when a customer comes into your store, buys something (and leaves a descent tip by the way) could you possibly have the basic decency to at least try yelling at the guy to scare him off and maybe call 911 as your customer lays next to the doorway of your business where they just got mugged? My wife had bruises and scrapes on her hands, arms and legs but it could've been much worse so we're counting our blessings. read more

This coffee bean was on my way to work and I was craving the cookies n cream ice blended. They had a small banner outside with three new different ice blended for a limited time. I drove into the small SHARED parking lot they have and it was packed. There was one car getting out so I got lucky. When I walked in there was about five people in line. There was one employee making the drinks and one cashier. She would ask everyone if they had reward points. I noticed one person take out their phone and showed it to her. I was a disappointed because when I asked for the cookies n cream they said they didn't have it anymore. It was so good. I don't know why they just didn't leave it on the menu. I ordered the small caramel ice blended and to my surprise it was only $3 something. It was a decent size so it was a great price. As I took a sip of the ice blended I didn't really like it. I didn't enjoy the caramel taste. Than I remembered I tried it before and after that I didn't want coffee bean anymore. The cookies n cream made me change my mind. Today I wanted to give them one more chance. I was going to get another flavor of an ice blended, but there was no parking. When I found a spot I went inside and there was a long line. So, I left because I was running late. Since they don't have the cookies n cream and I didn't like the caramel ice blended I'm not sure what flavor to get next time. I do want to give them one more chance. I'll be back to try a different ice blended and hopefully I'll like it. read more

I wanted to start my morning off with a good cup of joe... just like many of us espresso lovers. parked & went inside. requested a hot hazelnut latte w/ a quarter steam oat milk. cashier looked confused and questioned me asking if I meant to say "latte." I said no thank you... and I meant americano. I wanted the americano bc it's water based and adding the steamed oat adds a lil foam. #LactoseIntollerantTingz anyways.... when my drink came out it was iced and just a hazelnut latte. This location lacks public restrooms and I often end up having to be redirected to the other nearby businesses to use their restrooms. Personally, I think that this particular location either needs an expansion improvement, or in other words considered for a possible relocation to another space where there is more space so that public restrooms can also be included. read more
