I will never be returning to this establishment again. I ordered over the phone and the girl (who was a manager ) had major attitude. She read but my order to me right I did the phone but when I came back to work my order was taken down wrong and was missing food and when I called they kept telling me I was wrong .they made it seem like I was trying to get free food when I spent $180. I didn't want anything for free just for my order to be correct. I also asked for fresh cut lemons and it looks like they gave us the oldest ones they had, super brown and dry. And only gave us 2 little bags when we orders 3 pounds of shrimp and 2 of crab legs . I'd definitely wouldn't come back or recommend it. It was a waste of my money,time and a waste of my energy arguing with the manager who couldn't admit of making a few mistakes when taking down and putting my order together. read more

We are not from the area, but was in town at a local brewery. Found this place on Yelp and thought we'd give it a try. We got there around 9pm and the place wasn't busy. No one greeted us as we walked in, everyone was busy doing their own thing behind the counter. After about 5-7minutes, a young gentlemen offered us a table. Jazzmine was our server, she was nice and patient as we ordered our food, being it's our first time there. I had asked if I can have my sauce on the side and she said of course. When the food came out (another young gentlemen brought it out), the sauce was in the bag with the crab legs. He then took it back to the kitchen. I can hear the chef lecturing Jazzmine about placing wrong orders in, which I thought was unprofessional. When the food came back out, I thought everything was going to be better... wrong. The cook in the back just washed the sauce off and put it in a clean bag. There was still sauce in the crab legs.... they should have made a new batch. Makes me wonder what else they do behind counters/closed doors. Although the sauce had a lot of flavor and Jazzmine was sweet, we won't be coming back. read more

A little disappointed in my take out order of gumbo.They give you a choice between mild and spicy. I chose mild. I didn't get what I asked for. My lips were burning after tasting a spoon full. I called and found out that the mild is a little spicy. Spicy must be a extremely hot. I can't eat it and no one to give it to but the trash. If you order the gumbo ask if it's hot. I'll never order it again. Just a warning for those who don't like spicy. If I go back and order thing that is mild, I'll make sure to understand their definition of mild. read more
